Claims (2)
- (a) 하기 화학식 III의 화합물과 하기 화학식 IV의 화합물과의 반응화학식 III[상기 식 중, R2 및 X1은 하기 화학식 I에서 정의한 바와 같고, L1은 치환 가능한 부위임]화학식 IV[상기 식 중, R1과 m은 하기 화학식 I에서 정의한 바와 같음]; 및화학식 I의 퀴나졸린 유도체의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염이 필요한 경우, 얻어진 화합물을 반응시켜서 필요한 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 얻는 반응을 포함하여, 하기 화학식 I의 퀴나졸린 유도체 또는 이것의 염을 제조하는 방법.화학식 I상기 식 중,m은 1 내지 3의 정수이고,R1은 할로게노 또는 (C1-C3)알킬을 나타내며,X1은 -O-를 나타내고,R2는 하기 열거한 3가지 기, 즉(1) (C1-C5)알킬R3(여기서, R3은 히드록시, 할로게노, (C1-C4)알킬, (C1-C4)히드록시알킬 및 (C1-C4)알콕시 중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 치환체를 함유할 수 있는 피페리딘-4-일임),(2) (C2-C5)알케닐R3(여기서, R3은 상기 정의한 바와 같음), 및(3) (C2-C5)알키닐R3(여기서, R3은 상기 정의한 바와 같음)중 하나로부터 선택되며,여기서 알킬기, 알케닐기 또는 알키닐기는 히드록시, 할로게노 및 아미노 중에서 선택된 하나의 치환체를 함유할 수 있다.
- (b) 하기 화학식 V의 화합물과 하기 화학식 VI의 화합물과의 반응화학식 V[상기 식 중, m, X1 및 R1은 하기 화학식 I에서 정의한 바와 같음]화학식 VIR2-L1[상기 식 중, R2는 하기 화학식 I에서 정의한 바와 같고, L1은 치환 가능한 부위임]; 또는(c) 하기 화학식 VII의 화합물과 하기 화학식 VIII의 화합물과의 반응화학식 VII화학식 VIIIR2-X1-H[상기 식 중, R1, R2, m 및 X1은 하기 화학식 I에서 정의한 바와 같고, L1은 치환 가능한 부위임]; 또는(d) 하기 화학식 IX의 화합물의 탈보호 반응화학식 IX[상기 식 중, R1, m 및 X1은 하기 화학식 I에서 정의한 바와 같고, R4는 보호된 R2기를 나타내며, 여기서 R2는 하기 화학식 I에서 정의한 바와 같지만, 추가로 t-부톡시카르보닐, t-아밀옥시카르보닐, 시클로부톡시카르보닐, 프로폭시카르보닐, 메톡시카르보닐, 에톡시카르보닐, 이소프로폭시카르보닐, 알릴옥시카르보닐 및 벤질옥시카르보닐로부터 선택된 하나의 보호기 P2를 함유함]; 및화학식 I의 퀴나졸린 유도체의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염이 필요한 경우, 얻어진 화합물을 반응시켜서 필요한 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 얻는 반응을 포함하여, 하기 화학식 I의 퀴나졸린 유도체 또는 이것의 염을 제조하는 방법.화학식 I상기 식 중,m은 1 내지 3의 정수이고,R1은 할로게노 또는 (C1-C3)알킬을 나타내며,X1은 -O-를 나타내고,R2는 하기 열거한 3가지 기, 즉(1) (C1-C5)알킬R3(여기서, R3은 히드록시, 할로게노, (C1-C4)알킬, (C1-C4)히드록시알킬 및 (C1-C4)알콕시 중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 치환체를 함유할 수 있는 피페리딘-4-일임),(2) (C2-C5)알케닐R3(여기서, R3은 상기 정의한 바와 같음), 및(3) (C2-C5)알키닐R3(여기서, R3은 상기 정의한 바와 같음)중 하나로부터 선택되며,여기서 알킬기, 알케닐기 또는 알키닐기는 히드록시, 할로게노 및 아미노 중에서 선택된 하나의 치환체를 함유할 수 있다.
