Claims (19)
1. Узел интерьера автомобильного транспортного средства, содержащий спинку сиденья, включающую первую часть; вторую часть, сформированную отдельно от первой части, и прикрепленную к первой части при помощи, по меньшей мере, одного соединения с образованием спинки сиденья, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из первой части или второй части изготовлена из формованной пластмассы и ей дополнительно придана конфигурация, включающая множество отдельных интегрированных усиливающих структур, образующих рисунок интегрированных усиливающих структур, и крепежный узел, приспособленный для прикрепления спинки сиденья непосредственно к, по меньшей мере, одной части каркаса кузова автомобильного транспортного средства, при этом указанная комбинация компонентов обеспечивает способность спинки сиденья выдерживать без разрушения силу, по меньшей мере, составляющую около 13000 Н в направлении, в котором обращено сиденье, в плоскости, параллельной продольной центральной линии транспортного средства, и при быстром ускорении с перегрузкой от 20 до 30 g по существу не демонстрировать разрушений при наличии массы, составляющей, по меньшей мере, 36 кг, помещенной сзади от спинки сиденья.
2. Узел по п.1, дополнительно содержащий клей, скрепляющий первую часть и вторую часть с образованием соединения.
3. Узел по п.1, в котором первая часть и вторая часть выполнены из разных материалов.
4. Узел по п.3, в котором разные материалы являются пластмассовыми.
5. Узел по п.1, в котором одна из первой или второй частей получена посредством выдувного формования, а другая из первой или второй частей получена посредством литья под давлением.
6. Узел по п.1, в котором каждая из первой и второй частей выполнена посредством литья под давлением из пластмассы.
7. Узел по п.4, в котором материал первой части и материал второй части относятся к пластмассам одного вида.
8. Узел по п.1, дополнительно содержащий обивку, выбранную из тканого покрытия, кожаного или замшевого покрытия, покрытия из искусственной кожи или замши или их комбинации, ковра или другого покрытия пола или их комбинации.
9. Узел по п.1, в котором первая и вторая части сформированы с образованием поручневой скобы.
10. Узел по п.1, в котором формованной пластмассой является микропористая вспененная пластмасса.
11. Узел по п.1, в котором первая часть и вторая часть разнесены друг от друга с образованием между ними множества полых внутренних пространств.
12. Узел по п.11, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно из полых пространств образует канал, который проходит к вентиляционному отверстию в одной или обеих из первой и второй частей, для создания воздушного сообщения через вентиляционное отверстие.
13. Узел по п.1, дополнительно содержащий мягкую на ощупь поверхность на, по меньшей мере, одной из первой или второй частей.
14. Узел по п.11, дополнительно содержащий отдельно выполненный компонент, который расположен, по меньшей мере, в одном из полых внутренних пространств.
15. Узел по п.1, в котором первая часть включает поликарбонат/акрилонитрил/бутадиенстирол.
16. Узел по п.1, в котором вторая часть включает олефиновый материал.
17. Узел по п.16, в котором олефином высокой плотности является полиэтилен высокой плотности.
18. Узел по п.1, дополнительно содержащий узел панели управления, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одну расположенную поперек транспортного средства опорную панельную структуру из формованной пластмассы, имеющую полый канал и приспособленную для приема компонента панели управления транспортного средства.
19. Узел интерьера автомобильного транспортного средства, содержащий спинку сиденья, включающую первую часть; вторую часть, сформированную отдельно от первой части, и прикрепленную к первой части при помощи, по меньшей мере, одного соединения с образованием спинки сиденья, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из первой части или второй части изготовлена из формованной пластмассы, и ей дополнительно придана конфигурация, включающая множество отдельных интегрированных усиливающих структур, образующих рисунок интегрированных усиливающих структур, и крепежный узел, приспособленный для прикрепления спинки сиденья непосредственно к, по меньшей мере, одной части каркаса кузова автомобильного транспортного средства при помощи шарнирного узла, при этом указанная комбинация компонентов обеспечивает способность спинки сиденья выдерживать без разрушения силу, по меньшей мере, составляющую около 13000 Н в направлении, в котором обращено сиденье, в плоскости, параллельной продольной центральной линии транспортного средства; и при быстром ускорении с перегрузкой от около 20 до около 30 g по существу не демонстрировать разрушений при наличии массы, составляющей, по меньшей мере, 36 кг, помещенной сзади от спинки сиденья.
