Abstract
Tinta za postupak tiskanja s graviranim čeličnim pločama, koja sadrži polimernu organsku vezivnu tvar i materijal koji apsorbira IC svjetlo, pri čemu navedena tinta ima konzistenciju paste i vrijednost viskoziteta koja na temperaturi od 40°C iznosi najmanje 3 Pas, poželjno je najmanje 5 Pa.s, naznačena time, danavedeni materijal za apsorpciju IC svjetla sadrži spoj prijelaznog elementa kojemu je apsorpcija infracrvenog područja uzrokovana prelaskom elektrona unutar d-ljuske atoma ili iona prijelaznog elementa, navedeni materijal za apsorpciju IC svjetla nalazi se u koncentraciji u rasponu od 10% to 50%, poželjnije je od 20% do 50%, težinskog udjela tinte, te sadrži atome ili ione prijelaznog elementa koji apsorbiraju IC svjetlo u koncentraciji od 10 % ili više, poželjno je 20 % ili više, a još poželjnije 40 % ili više, težinskog udjela, pri čemu navedeni materijal koji apsorbira IC apsorbira svjetlo u NIR području (700 do 1100 nm), a njegova je vrijednost difuzne reflektancije (L*) prema CIE (1976) viša od 70, poželjno je viša od 80, izmjereno na čistom prašku, a prozirna je u području između 1100 i 2500 nm. Patent sadrži još 19 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (20)
1. Tinta za postupak tiskanja s graviranim čeličnim pločama, koja sadrži polimernu organsku vezivnu tvar i materijal koji apsorbira IC svjetlo, pri čemu navedena tinta ima konzistenciju paste i vrijednost viskoziteta koja na temperaturi od 40°C iznosi najmanje 3 Pas, poželjno je najmanje 5 Pa.s,
naznačena time, da
navedeni materijal za apsorpciju IC svjetla sadrži spoj prijelaznog elementa kojemu je apsorpcija infracrvenog područja uzrokovana prelaskom elektrona unutar d-ljuske atoma ili iona prijelaznog elementa,
navedeni materijal za apsorpciju IC svjetla nalazi se u koncentraciji u rasponu od 10% to 50%, poželjnije je od 20% do 50%, težinskog udjela tinte, te sadrži atome ili ione prijelaznog elementa koji apsorbiraju IC svjetlo u koncentraciji od 10 % ili više, poželjno je 20 % ili više, a još poželjnije 40 % ili više, težinskog udjela,
pri čemu navedeni materijal koji apsorbira IC apsorbira svjetlo u NIR području (700 do 1100 nm), a njegova je vrijednost difuzne reflektancije (L*) prema CIE (1976) viša od 70,

2. Tinta sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da je navedeni prijelazni elelement odabran iz skupine koju čine Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni i Cu.
3. Tinta sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time, da je navedeni prijelazni element ion odabran iz skupine iona koju čine Ti3+, VO2+, Cr5+, Fe2+, Ni2+, Co2+ i Cu2+.
4. Tinta sukladno bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačena time, da je materijal koji apsorbira infracrveno područje, a sadrži ion ili ione prijelaznog elementa koji apsorbiraju IC svjetlo, staklo, poželjno je staklo koje sadrži fosfat i/ili fluorid u kojem postoji koordinacija jednog ili više iona prijelaznog elementa i aniona fosfata i/ili fluorida koji se nalaze u staklu.
5. Tinta sukladno bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačena time, da je materijal koji apsorbira infracrveno područje, a sadrži ion ili ione prijelaznog elementa koji apsorbiraju IC svjetlo, kristalni spoj koji se sastoji od jednog ili više kationa i jednog ili više aniona.
6. Tinta sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time, da je anion odabran iz skupine koju čine fosfat (PO43), hidrogenfosfat (HPO42), pirofosfat (P2O74"), metafosfat (P3O93"), polifosfat, silikat (SiO44), kondenzirani polisilikati; titanat (TiO32), kondenzirani polititanati, vanadat (VO43), kondenzirani polivanadati, molibdat (MoO42), kondenzirani polimolibdati, tungstenat (WO42), kondenzirani politungstenati, fluorid (F), oksid (O2') i hidroksid (OH~).
7. Tinta sukladno jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačena time, da je materijal koji apsorbira infracrveno područje odabran iz skupine spojeva koju čine bakrov(ll) fluorid (CuF2), bakrov hidroksifluorid (CuFOH), bakrov hidroksid (Cu(OH)2), bakrov fosfat (Cu3(PO4)2*2H2O), bezvodni bakrov fosfat (Cu3(PO4)2), bazični bakrovi(II) fosfati Cu2PO4(OH) (Libetenit), Cu3(PO4)(OH)3 (Kornetit), Cu5(PO4)3(OH)4 (Pseudomalahit), CuAI6 (PO4)4(OH)8-5H2O (tirkiz), bakrov(II) pirofosfat (Cu2(P2O7)*3H2O), bezvodni bakrov(II) pirofosfat (Cu2(P2O7)), bakrov(II) metafosfat (Cu3(P3O9)2), željezov(II) fluorid (FeF2*4H2O), bezvodni željezov(II) fluorid (FeF2), željezov(ll) fosfat (Fe3(PO4)2*8H2O, Vivianit), litij željezov (II) fosfat (LiFePO4, Trifilit), natrij željezov(II) fosfat (NaFePO4, Maricit), željezov(II) silikati (Fe2SiO4, Fajalit; FexMg2.xSiO4, Olivin), željezov(II) karbonat (FeCO3, Ankerit, Siderit); niklov(II) fosfat (Ni3(PO4)2*8H2O), titanijev(III) metafosfat (Ti(P3O9)), Ca2Fe(PO4)2*4H2O, (Anapait) i MgFe(PO4)F (Wagnerit).
8. Tinta sukladno bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačena time, da je materijal koji apsorbira infracrveno područje atom ili ion prijelaznog elementa koji apsorbira IC svjetlo spojen na komponentu polimernog vezivnog sredstva tinte.
9. Tinta sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time, da polimemo vezivno sredstvo tinte sadrži specifična mjesta za vezanje iona prijelaznih elemenata, poželjno za Cu2+ i/ili za Fe2+.
10. Tinta sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačena time, da su navedena mjesta za vezanje fosfatne skupine koje su umrežene ili usađene na polimernu osnovu.
11. Tinta sukladno bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačena time, daje materijal koji apsorbira infracrveno područje kompleks atoma ili iona prijelaznog elementa koji apsorbira IC svjetlo i mjesta za vezanje sadržanog u polimeru, poželjno je organski kompleks tioruea-bakar(II) otopljen u vezivnom sredstvu.
12. Tinta sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da sadrži dodatno sredstvo za apsorpciju infracrvenog područja pri čemu je dodatno sredstvo za apsorpciju infracrvenog područja organski spoj.
13. Tinta sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačena time, da navedeno dodatno sredstvo za apsorpciju infracrvenog područja karakterizira uža vršna vrijednost apsorpcije infracrvenog područja od materijala za apsorpciju infracrvenog područja koje se temelji na prijelaznom metalu.
14. Postupak proizvodnje tinte za tisak graviranim čeličnim pločama sukladno bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 13, naznačen time, da uključuje korak dodavanja materijala koji apsorbira infracrveno područje i sadrži spoj prijelaznog elementa, kod kojeg je apsorpcija infracrvenog područja uzrokovana prelaskom elektrona unutar d-ljuske atoma ili iona navedenih prijelaznih elementa, pri čemu je navedeni materijal koji apsorbira infracrveno područje prisutan u rasponu koncentracije od 10 % do 50 %, poželjnije je 20 % do 50 % težinskog udjela tinte, te sadrži atome ili ione prijelaznog elementa koji apsorbiraju IC svjetlo u koncentraciji od 10 % ili više, poželjno je 20 % ili više, a još poželjnije 40 % ili više, težinskog udjela, pri čemu navedeni materijal koji apsorbira IC apsorbira svjetlo u NIR području (700 do 1100 nm), a njegova je vrijednost difuzne reflektancije (L*) prema CIE (1976) viša od 70, poželjno je viša od 80, izmjereno na čistom prašku, a proziran je u području između 1100 i 2500 nm, u polimerno organsko vezivno sredstvo prema potrebi zajedno s drugim dodatnim materijalima.
15. Uporaba tinte za postupak tiskanja graviranim čeličnim pločama sukladno bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 13, naznačena time, da se ta uporaba odnosi na tiskanje sigurnosnih dokumenata, poput novčanice, putovnice, čeka, vaučera, osobne iskaznice ili transakcijske kartice, poštanske marke, biljega.
16. Sigurnosni dokument, poput novčanice, putovnice, čeka, vaučera, osobne iskaznice ili transakcijske kartice, poštanske marke, biljega, naznačen time, da sadrži tintu koja apsorbira IC svjetlo sukladno jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
17. Sigurnosni dokument sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačen time, da sadrži najmanje dvije vrste tinte koje apsorbiraju IC svjetlo sukladno jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se tinte koje apsorbiraju IC svjetlo međusobno razlikuju po razini apsorpcije IC svjetla.
18. Sigurnosni dokument sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačen time, da sadrži tintu koja apsorbira IC svjetlo otisnutu pločom za Intaglio tisak sa zonama različite dubine gravure čime se dobivaju otisnute zone s različitim razinama apsorpcije IC svjetla.
19. Sigurnosni dokument sukladno jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 16 do 18, naznačen time, da sadrži najmanje jednu dodatnu tintu koja apsorbira IC svjetlo i sadrži organsku tvar koja apsorbira IC svjetlo.
20. Postupak izrade sigurnosnog dokumenta sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 16 do 19, naznačen time, da obuhvaća korak nanošenja tinte koja apsorbira IC svjetlo sukladno jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14 na navedeni sigurnosni dokument postupkom tiskanja graviranim čeličnim pločama.
