本发明一种新型适合在双胶纸上采用平板胶印印刷方式生产的油性电磁油墨属于化工领域。 
背景技术
目前在市场上销售的普通防伪油墨有以下不足: 
1、不适用于在轮转机上采用胶印或柔版印刷。即不适合印刷在例如各式***、有价证券、门票等同类物上。 
2、同一面积在相同印刷情况下使用油墨量大,导致成本高。 
3、技术成份低,单一检测手段,易仿制。 
发明内容
为克服目前在市场上销售的普通防伪油墨存在的不足,本发明使用了新的油墨配方,提供了一种新型适合在双胶纸上采用平板胶印印刷方式生产的油性电磁油墨,该油墨技术含量高,不易被仿制,适合平板胶印印刷方式。 
其配方如下: 
●    25%   荧光材料 
●    5%    石油树脂 
●    10%   油基料 
●    15%   十六酸甲酯 
●    10%   石蜡 
●    8%    甲苯 
●    8%    颜料 
●    3%    酚醛树脂 
●    3%    醇酸树脂 
●    3%    松香酯 
●    3%    聚酰胺树脂和丙烯酸树脂 
●    3%    磁粉 
●    4%    助剂

1.一种新型适合在双胶纸上采用平板胶印印刷方式生产的油性电磁油墨,因其配方的独特性,所以十分适合平板胶印印刷方式,而不是常见的丝网印刷。其配方如下:
●    25%   荧光材料
●    5%    石油树脂
●    10%   油基料
●    15%   十六酸甲酯
●    10%   石蜡
●    8%    甲苯
●    8%    颜料
●    3%    酚醛树脂
●    3%    醇酸树脂
●    3%    松香酯
●    3%    聚酰胺树脂和丙烯酸树脂
●    3%    磁粉
●    4%    助剂
2.根据权利要求1所述的、一种新型适合在双胶纸上采用平板胶印印刷方式生产的油性电磁油墨,这种油墨具有油性电磁防伪功能。
