托盘容器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于存放并且用于运输尤其是危险的液态的填充物质(Füllgut)的托盘容器(Palettencontainer),该托盘容器具有能够更换的塑料内部储藏罐(Kunststoffinnenbeh?lter)和紧密地将所述塑料内部储藏罐包围的、由管式格栅框架(Rohrgitterrahmen)构成的支撑罩,该支撑罩被固定在所述托盘的上方的外部边缘处,其中所述矩形的托盘具有扁平的托盘上层以及托盘下层结构,该托盘上层作为用于所放入的塑料内部储藏罐的支承件,该托盘下层结构具有四个角部撑脚(Eckfu?)和四个布置在其之间的中间撑脚(Mittelfu?)以及水平地环绕的底环(矩形的底座环)。所述托盘在所述托盘上层与所述环绕的底环之间并且在所述角部撑脚与所述中间撑脚之间分别配备有相应的用于推入叉车车辆的托叉的空隙。可以从所有四个侧面沿着纵向或者横向方向移到所述托盘的下面。被填充的、具有大约1000升的填充容积、具有1200mm×1000mm的常见的托盘尺寸的托盘容器视所述液态的填充物质的比重而定可能具有远远超过1t的重量,并且还只能用叉车车辆来搬运。在此,将较短的托盘侧面(1000mm)称为正面和背面,并且将两个较长的托盘侧面(1200mm)称为纵侧面。在所述正面的当中,在所述塑料内部储藏罐处的下方通常布置了取出配件(Entnahmearmatur)。
背景技术
这样的托盘和托盘容器(=IBC)在不同的制造商的不同的实施变型方案中广为人知,比如从公开文献EP-A 0 673 846(Sch.)、EP-A 1 426 299(SCH)、EP-A 1 232 961(Mm.)、EP-A 1 982 924(Fu.)或者DE-A 100 50 920(So.)中已知。
在公开文献DE-A 41 08 399(Sch.)中说明了一种具有钢托盘的托盘储藏罐,所述钢托盘具有与内部储藏罐的朝托盘中心并且向前倾斜的出口底部相匹配的钢板上底部(Stahlblech-Oberboden),所述钢板上底部构造为用于形状配合地容纳所述内部储藏罐的底部垫板(Bodenwanne)。所述底部垫板在外侧面具有环绕的竖立的支撑墙并且在用于所述内部储藏罐的支承面中具有向下成形的、具有减小的高度的加固加强筋(Versteifungssicke),所述加固加强筋的加强筋底部处于共同的水平平面中,用于在运输所述托盘储藏罐时用作用于叉车车辆的托叉的支承件。在从DE-A 42 06 945(Sch.)中已知的托盘储藏罐的另一种实施方式中,所述底部垫板具有向上拉伸的外部的支撑边缘,该支撑边缘与平的底部在空腔底部的加固加强筋的区域中构造有封闭的或者敞开的腔室。在DE 42 06 945中已知一种托盘储藏罐,该托盘储藏罐具有被横向地固定在底部垫板下方的、桥式长条支撑梁或者横梁的类型的坚固的加固板,其中在所述桥状的加固板的端部处一体地成形了两个中间撑脚并且具有两个中间撑脚的加固板构造为深冲的钢板型材件。
现有技术的缺点:
在通过运输车、比如载货车(LKW)或者叉车车辆来运输托盘储藏罐的期间,从在所述内部储藏罐中来回晃荡的液体中不断地发出有力度的浪涌振动(Schwallschwingung),所述浪涌振动将持久的负荷施加到托盘储藏罐或者说管式格栅框架和托盘上。额外地所述托盘由于从所述运输车辆上发出的行驶振动而经受交替弯曲应力。这些多方面的荷载对于从所提到的现有技术中已知的托盘储藏罐来说如此之大,从而必须相应地在所述底部垫板的下面或者在所述托盘上层的下面引入坚固的横梁,用于保证运输安全性。对于这些已知的托盘结构来说,所述底部垫板区域在所述桥状的加固横梁的前面和后面经常会下垂,由此通过所述正面的取出配件进行剩余排空(Restentleerung)会显著变差。通过已知的具有钢板底部垫板的托盘的外侧面的围墙式凸起(Wallerhebung),促进了所述底部垫板的由于通过被填充的内部储藏罐引起的面状的竖直负荷而产生的“下垂”,所述外侧面的围墙式凸起手风琴式地对竖直负荷做出反应并且因此沿着水平方向朝托盘中心屈服(nachgeben)。
发明内容
任务提出
本发明的任务是,由较高的运输安全性看来进一步开发并且改进一种具有特殊的底部托盘的托盘容器,其克服现有技术的缺点并且以经济的制造为目标来提出结构的简化。
按照本发明该任务通过权利要求1的特征得到解决。
对于所述按本发明的托盘容器来说,所述托盘上层由扁平的平坦的矩形的金属板构成,该金属板在其四个外侧面分别具有直角的向下一小段的折边(Abkantung),该折边被所述从上方安放的管式格栅框架用其最下面的水平地环绕的框架管朝布置在金属板下方的角部撑脚和中间撑脚压入到在那里设置的、与所述折边相匹配的空隙中并且如此在侧面被固定,使得所述平坦的矩形的金属板在外侧面线状地在所述托盘下层结构上完全被撑开。
所述金属板对于纯粹的钢托盘来说可以在所述环绕的折边的区域中直接被焊接在框架状的托盘下层结构(钢管架、钢板托盘撑脚)处。
对于具有由木材或者塑料或者这二者的组合构成的、框架状的托盘下层结构的托盘或者复合材料托盘(具有钢板底座管的塑料撑脚)来说,在深入化的设计方案中规定,沿着外侧面延伸的、较短的直角的、向下的折边分别具有较短的直角的、沿着水平方向延伸的另外的折边,该另外的折边被从上方安放的管式格栅框架用其最下面的、水平地环绕的框架管所覆盖并且朝在所述金属板的下方在外侧面沿着所述角部撑脚和中间撑脚布置的、与所述折边相匹配的空隙的底面平放且如此被固定,使得所述平坦的矩形的金属板在外侧面线状地在所述托盘下层结构上按蹦床的式样被绷紧地撑开。通过所述双重的L形的、在外侧面环绕的、向下的折边以及与所述框架状的托盘下层结构固定地连接或者旋紧的管式格栅框架的安放,来保证对于所述金属板的双重的、形状配合的和传力的固定,并且在由于被填充的内部储藏罐引起的负荷的情况下非常显著地降低了下垂。
在此,所述内部储藏罐平地平放在底部托盘或者平坦的托盘上层上,所述托盘上层在这里由被撑开的、由薄的镀锌的钢板构成的金属板制成并且完全不含任何向上竖立的成形部(Ausformung)、比如处于平面中的加固加强筋、面状的斜度或者外侧面的围墙式凸起。在这里不会再谈及与所述塑料内部储藏罐的底部相匹配的底部垫板,如其在已知的托盘储藏罐中迄今为止常见的那样。
所述管架的最下面的水平地环绕的格栅管在所述托盘上层的平坦的基面的下方处于在外侧面环绕的、由所述金属板的折边构成的支承面中,并且将底板固定在由管构成的支承结构和所述四个角部撑脚以及分别处于所述角部撑脚之间的中间撑脚上(不存在中央的中间撑脚)。所述由管构成的支承结构具有在两个平面中延伸的管,其中上方的平面直接在平坦的金属板的下方几乎与所述托盘撑脚的上侧面齐平地延伸并且下方的平面几乎与所述托盘撑脚的下侧面齐平地延伸。通过在所述托盘上侧面上在外侧面环绕地撑开所述金属板并且通过在所述支承结构的上方的平面中的直接在所述金属板的下方延伸的管,来避免所述托盘上层的下垂或者在所述塑料内部储藏罐的支承面中的下垂,由此保证所述内部储藏罐的保持相同的良好的剩余排空。
在本发明的设计方案中规定,所述托盘下层结构构造为管架支承结构,所述管架支承结构在直接处于所述金属板的下方的上方的平面中平行四边形形状似地具有四个菱形地相对于彼此延伸的管并且在下方的平面中具有矩形的环绕的底座管,其中所述上方的平面的管与所述下方的平面中的底座管通过四个角部撑脚和四个处于其之间的中间撑脚相连接。在此所述四个菱形地相对于彼此延伸的管在其端部处向下折弯,并且通过这些分别被***到两个相邻的中间撑脚中的折弯的管端与所述底座管相连接或者旋紧。所述四个处于管架支承结构的上方的平面中的、菱形地延伸的管表示一种用于所述中间撑脚的压模(Druckstempel),所述中间撑脚因而也在出现较高的负荷时保持在其所规定的位置处并且引起所述薄的金属板的“撑开”。
在本发明的优选的设计方案中,所述管架支承结构在所述直接处于所述金属板的下方的上方的平面中除所述四个菱形地延伸的管之外具有另外两个平行的横向管,所述横向管分别支承和固定在较长的托盘侧面的两个侧面的中间撑脚中。
在另一种实施方式中,也可以取代所述横向管而设置两个平行的纵向管,所述纵向管而后支承在所述前面的和后面的中间撑脚中。对于用于具有较高的比重的液态的填充物质(例如硫酸)的重载荷实施方式来说,也可以设置用于对所述管架支承结构进行加固的纵向管和横向管。
本发明的优点:
所述托盘上层或者所述平坦的金属板通过直接布置在其下面的、在所述上方的平面中对角地或者菱形地并且必要时沿着横向和/或纵向方向延伸的管作为被撑开的、具有不易压缩的(drucksteif)并且不易弯曲的(biegesteif)管棒的支承结构明显地得到稳定。在构造所述托盘上层或者板材时,可以通过在所述支承管***上的直接支承来放弃除此之外大量常见的加固加强筋并且放弃处于所述底部垫板或者托盘上层的下方的、作为用于叉车的托叉的支承加强筋(Auflagesicke)的、坚固的长条支撑梁(Unterzug)(横梁、横桥),因为所述叉车的托叉现在不再直接与所述托盘上层或者所述底部垫板相接触,而是无论如何还仅仅在底部接合(untergreifen)所述被撑开的支承框架结构的上面的管。所述金属板的通过所述叉车的托叉引起的直接的荷载和变形—如其迄今为止对于已知的底部垫板来说常见的那样—现在被排除在外。
其它的优点:
-用所述按本发明的复合材料托盘实现了到所有角部撑脚和中间撑脚中的更为均匀的负荷分布和导入;
-直接处于底板下方的、菱形的支承管结构将支承负荷直接导入到所述底座管中;
-所述薄的板材或者金属板在所有四个侧面棱边处被固定地夹紧和撑开,并且像“蹦床”一样起作用(有弹性的柔软的并且不是僵硬的且能够持续地变形);
-所述金属板的外侧面的L形的、具有被卷起的外部棱边(向里弯曲的冲裁边缘)的折边排除了伤害危险,因为不再存在锋利的切割或者冲裁棱边;
-在所述取出配件下方的中间撑脚构造为两件式的或者双壳的(doppelschalig),具有下面的底座撑脚和上面的所安放的、作为能够更换的盛液盘的滴盘(two piece block(两件式模块)),上盘比如可以通过咬合卡锁连接构造成能够容易地更换;
-所述角部撑脚—与所已知的角部撑脚相比—实施为沿着侧面方向延长,这产生了倾斜力矩的降低并且改进了所述底座环的刚性。
所述托盘支承管框架的、仅仅被叉车的托叉在底部接合的四个对角线管以及两个平行管可以适宜地用防滑装置(比如橡胶软管件、聚氨酯涂层或类似物)来覆盖。
SM13 底板:
所述托盘的上层是尤其通过所述中间撑脚来夹紧的薄的“膜片”。这种膜片是由大约0.6mm到1mm、优选大约0.75mm的薄的镀锌的具有扁平的、完全平坦的并且光滑的表面的钢板构成的矩形的板材(没有任何凸起,比如处于平面中的加固加强筋或者向上成形的外部的围墙边缘或者竖立的横向延伸的中间的加筋条),仅仅中间的从后往前朝所述取出配件延伸的集流槽以及彼此对称地布置的较短的用于对上面的支承管进行保护的加强筋向下成形到所述板材中。在所述板材的下方,作为托盘下层结构布置了具有所集成的托盘撑脚的支承的管架(比如钢或者塑料角部撑脚和中间撑脚)。
通过侧面的折边进行力的导入(15mm阶梯)
所述平坦的钢板底板在其整个的外部边缘处阶梯形地直角地竖直向下折弯并且以大约15mm高的法兰边缘(阶梯)与所述角部撑脚及中间撑脚搭接;由此在所述角部撑脚和中间撑脚的整个外部长度的范围内进行线状的力的导入,没有如在已知的IBC托盘中那样通过螺栓和凸轮进行的不利的点状的力的导入;这些折边环绕地构造在所述平坦的底板的整个外部边缘处。在所述笔直的侧壁的区域中—除了经过倒圆的角部区域之外—所述法兰边缘还成一次性L形延长地构造并且水平地折弯。所述角部撑脚和中间撑脚在其上方的外部边缘处拥有相应的直角的采用纵向槽的形式的空隙,所述折弯的L形的法兰边缘以其竖直的并且水平的接片刚好装配入所述空隙中。所述水平的接片在其自由的外部棱边处还一次性向里翻转或者向里卷边,并且被放到最下面的环绕的格栅框架管的下面,用于可靠地排除在所述板材外部边缘处的切割危险(无切割伤害的卷边边缘)。
在安装的状态中,所述格栅管框架以其最下面的环绕的水平管配合精确地放入到该折弯的法兰边缘上并且放入到处于所述角部撑脚及中间撑脚中的直角的退进的(rückspringend)的空隙中,并且比如借助于连续的螺栓穿过所述角部撑脚和中间撑脚与所述水平地环绕的底座管相连接。由此在所述侧面的折边的整个长度范围内由所述格栅管框架的、最下面的环绕的水平管来夹紧并且固定所述平坦的钢板底板,因为所述最下面的水平管通过所述角部撑脚及中间撑脚牢固地与所述底座管旋紧。
SM 13 塑料撑脚
双构件的前面的、具有单独的排放凹槽(Auslaufmulde)的中间撑脚在对使用过的IBC重新预处理时,如果这种排放凹槽被弄脏则允许通过重新预处理装置(Rekonditionierer)NCG来替换所述排放凹槽。所述两个处于较短的托盘侧面的中间撑脚构造成向里延长了大约20mm到60mm,这用于在辊式运输机上进行更好的运输或者滑动,并且用于***所述两个平行的支承管,这另外用于在高架仓库中堆放时进行更好的平放以及更大的负荷分配。
管架
-所述菱形地延伸的、来自所述支承结构的上方的平面的管在其端部处相应地折弯并且***到所述四个中间撑脚中(没有***到所述角部撑脚中!)。
所述菱形地延伸的、来自所述上方的平面的管以其折弯的并且被***到所述四个中间撑脚中的端部直接支撑在所述底座环上,并且牢固地与这个底座环相连接、优选地旋紧。
两个处于管架支承结构的上方的平面中的横向管拥有作为用以使(所述两个侧面的中间撑脚的)端点稳定的压力管的功能,用于菱形地撑开所述薄的托盘上层金属板。在另一种设计方案中,两个纵向管同样用于稳定并且支撑(所述前面的和后面的中间撑脚的)端点,用于菱形地撑开所述薄的金属板。另一方面,两个纵向管以其抗弯刚度用于沿着纵向方向来支撑所述金属板;为此,所述两个纵向管紧密地在侧面在所述中间的排放槽(Auslaufrinne)的旁边延伸或者平行于所述中间的排放槽来延伸,所述中间的排放槽在与处于所述塑料内部储藏罐的底部中的、中间的排放槽相一致的情况下在当中沿着纵向方向被从上方压入到所述金属板中。所述纵向管及横向管的另一个重要的功能在于使所述托盘外侧面处的中间撑脚稳定,以便这些中间撑脚不会在所述底座环上“倾翻(abkippen)”。
在管架支承结构的上方的平面中的、菱形的管原则上在每次***叉车车辆的托叉时、甚至在未完全地仅仅80%***时也被所述托叉在底部接合,以便所述托叉决不与所述薄的金属板、所述托盘上层相接触。在所述托叉通常从前面(沿着纵向方向)驶入时,也还额外地一起在底部接合所述两个横向管。为了防止所述托盘容器在所述叉车车辆的托叉上滑动,这些管可以设有相应的防滑涂层、比如塑料或者橡胶覆盖层。

具体实施方式
图1中用附图标记10来表示“复合材料IBC”(IBC=Intermediate Bulk Container(中间散粒物容器))类型的、轻型结构的托盘容器。该托盘容器10提供有官方的、用于存放并且运输尤其是危险的液态的填充物质的危险品许可,并且具有能够更换的塑料内部储藏罐16、紧密地将所述塑料内部储藏罐16包围的由管式格栅框架14构成的支撑罩以及底部托盘12。所述管式格栅框架14被固定在所述托盘12的上面的外部边缘处,其中所述矩形的托盘12具有作为用于所放入的塑料内部储藏罐16的支承件的扁平的托盘上层的薄的金属板18,并且具有带四个角部撑脚28及四个布置在其之间的中间撑脚26和水平地环绕的底环或者矩形的底座环34的托盘下层结构。

所述矩形的金属板18在可以嵌入叉车的托叉的区域中具有从上往下加入的造型46或者所谓的加强筋;两排纵向加强筋平行于并且紧密地相邻于所述中间的集流槽来延伸;在所有四个象限中分别压入两个彼此平行的、在总体上对角地延伸的但是较短地构成的保护加强筋。处于所述金属板18中的中间的集流槽与常见的、在所述塑料内部储藏罐的底部中向下成形的集成槽相一致地构成,并且同样向下成形到所述金属板18中。同样向下成形的保护折边应该防止:所述叉车车辆的托叉可能在无意之中嵌入到所述薄的金属板18与上方的管结构之间。由此这些平行于所述上方的支承结构的管的被压入的、构造得比所述管的直径扁平的造型46表示用于在金属板的下方延伸的管的、侧面的保护墙,从而可靠地防止叉车车辆的托叉错误地推入。
图3中示出了所述优选的实施方式,在该实施方式中与图2不同的是:取代所述两个纵向管30而安装了两个平行的横向管42。所述横向管42在中间的区域中构造成有一小段稍许为弧形的结构,它们在那里横向于所述在金属板18中所成形的集流槽来延伸。所述横向管42的端部在所述两个中间撑脚26中被支承和固定在所述托盘的较长的侧面棱边处。在这里,也对所述金属板18进行固定,用于通过由所安放的格栅框架来固定的金属板外部边缘的、上面描述的折弯来线状地承受拉力。在相一致的结构中,所述上方的冲压板18在其笔直的侧面棱边处相应地L形地向下折弯,并且通过所安放的管式格栅框架14通过所述角部撑脚及中间撑脚24、26与所述托盘下层结构旋紧,中央的中间撑脚并非必不可少而且也未设置。所述横向管42的稍许弯曲的端部被形状配合地放入到处于所述中间撑脚26中的相应的空隙中,并且通过所述管式格栅框架14的、被牢固地旋紧的、最下面的格栅框架管22夹紧。
图4中示出了所述按本发明的、具有“Easy Entry(容易进入)”类型的底部托盘的托盘容器的另一种实施方式。在这里,取代所述水平地环绕的底座管34而设置了改动的底座管50,该底座管在所述较短的托盘侧面上、也就是前面和后面在可以嵌入叉车的托叉的区域中弧形向上地成形。这种托盘版本尤其适用于在企业内部用剪切式起重车进行的运输,所述剪切式起重车具有在托叉下方延伸的辊子底盘(Rollen-Fahrrahmen)并且不适用于常见的(具有扁平地环绕的底座管的)托盘。
与已知的托盘储藏罐(对于已知的托盘储藏罐来说主要负荷由所述两个中间撑脚传递到处于横梁的端部处的、较长的托盘侧面上)相比,用所述复合材料托盘SM13的按本发明的实施方式实现了更好地并且更为均匀地将负荷分布到所有托盘撑脚上。通过具有更好的负荷分配的、特殊的结构上的设计方案,所述新颖的托盘SM13在总体上具有比所有其它类似的在市场上存在的已知的托盘小的挠度。

其特征在于,
沿着外侧面延伸的、较短的直角的、向下的折边(20)分别具有较短的直角的、沿着水平方向延伸的、L形的另外的折边(44),所述另外的折边被所述从上方安放的管式格栅框架(14)用其最下面的、水平地环绕的框架管(22)所覆盖并且朝在所述金属板(18)的下方在外侧面沿着角部撑脚和中间撑脚(24、26)布置的、与所述折边(20、44)相匹配的空隙(28)的底面平放且被固定,使得平坦的矩形的金属板(18)在外侧面线状地在所述托盘下层结构上按蹦床的式样被撑开。
6.按前述权利要求1到5中任一项所述的托盘容器,
其特征在于,
所述金属板(18)在能够嵌入叉车的托叉的区域中相应地在侧面并且平行于对角地延伸的管(32)及所述横向管或纵向管(42、30)具有相应的向下的造型(46),所述造型构造得比所述管(32、42)的直径扁平。
7.按前述权利要求1到6中任一项所述的托盘容器,
其特征在于,
托盘支承管框架的、仅仅被叉车的托叉在底部接合的四个对角管(32)以及两个平行管(42、30)通过防滑装置所覆盖。
 

Claims (8)

1. 托盘容器(10),用于存放并且用于运输尤其是危险的液态的填充物质,具有能够更换的塑料内部储藏罐(16)和紧密地将所述塑料内部储藏罐(16)包围的、由管式格栅框架(14)构成的支撑罩,所述支撑罩被固定在所述托盘(12)的上方的外部边缘处,其中矩形的托盘(12)具有扁平的托盘上层和托盘下层结构,所述托盘上层作为用于所放入的塑料内部储藏罐(16)的支承件,所述托盘下层结构具有四个角部撑脚(24)和四个布置在其之间的中间撑脚(26)以及水平地环绕的底环(34)(矩形的底座环),
其特征在于,
所述托盘上层由扁平的、平坦的、矩形的金属板(18)构成,所述金属板不含任何向上竖立的成形部、比如处于平面中的加固加强筋或者外侧面的围墙式凸起,所述金属板在其四个外侧面处分别具有沿着所述外侧面延伸的、较短的向下的直角折边(20),所述折边被从上方安放的管式格栅框架(14)用其最下面的、水平环绕的框架管(22)朝布置在所述金属板(18)下方的角部撑脚和中间撑脚(24、26)压入到在那里设置的、与所述折边(20)相匹配的空隙(28)中并且被固定,使得平坦的矩形的金属板(18)在外侧面线状地在所述托盘下层结构上被撑开。

其特征在于,
所述托盘下层结构构造为管架支承结构,所述管架支承结构在直接在所述金属板(18)的下方的上方的平面中平行四边形形状似地具有四个菱形地相对于彼此延伸的管(32)并且在下方的平面中具有矩形的环绕的底座管(34),其中所述上方的平面的管(32、30、42)与在所述下方的平面中的底座管(34)通过四个角部撑脚(24)和四个处于其之间的中间撑脚(26)相连接。

其特征在于,

沿着外侧面延伸的、较短的直角的、向下的折边(20)分别具有较短的直角的、沿着水平方向延伸的、L形的另外的折边(44),所述另外的折边被所述从上方安放的管式格栅框架(14)用其最下面的、水平地环绕的框架管(22)所覆盖并且朝在所述金属板(18)的下方在外侧面沿着角部撑脚和中间撑脚(24、26)布置的、与所述折边(20、44)相匹配的空隙(28)的底面平放且被固定,使得平坦的矩形的金属板(18)在外侧面线状地在所述托盘下层结构上按蹦床的式样被撑开。
7. 按前述权利要求1到6中任一项所述的托盘容器,
其特征在于,
所述金属板(18)在能够嵌入叉车的托叉的区域中相应地在侧面并且平行于对角地延伸的管(32)及所述横向管或纵向管(42、30)具有相应的向下的造型(46),所述造型构造得比所述管(32、42)的直径扁平。
