所述托盘在所述托盘上层与所述环绕的底环之间并且在所述角部撑脚与中间撑脚之间分别配备有相应的用于推入叉车车辆的托叉的空隙。可以从所有四个侧面沿着纵向或者横向方向移到所述托盘下面。这样的被填充的、具有大约 1000 升的填充容积、具有 1200mm × 1000mm 的常见的托盘尺寸的托盘容器视所述液态的填充物质的比重而定可能具有远远超过 1t 的重量,并且还只能用叉车车辆来搬运。在此,将较短的托盘侧面( 1000mm )称为正面和背面,并且将两个较长的托盘侧面( 1200mm )称为纵侧面。在所述正面的当中,在所述塑料内部储藏罐( Kunststoffinnenbehälter )的下面一般布置了取出配件( Entnahmearmatur )。
为了运输危险的液态的填充物质,这样的托盘容器必须具有用于其特殊的结构形式的官方许可。如果要在这样的托盘容器中运送可燃的或者有***危险的液体,那么这些储藏罐就需要非常特殊的行政机关的许可,其中证明所存在的设计上的措施用于导出电荷并且一定防止所述储藏罐会充电(火花形成),且由此排除***危险。
背景技术
EP 1 481 918 B1 Ro-Fust )或者 EP 2 433 880 A1 Sch )中公开的、具有木托盘或者拥有不导电的塑料撑脚的托盘的托盘储藏罐,为了保证托盘储藏罐的整个***的不利电荷的电导出能力而需要以在至少一个托盘撑脚处或者内部的电导板的形式的特殊的措施。也已知在总体上导电的具有较高份额的传导颗粒( Leitruß )的塑料撑脚。不过,这些本身能传导的塑料撑脚由于所集聚的传导颗粒而具有显著降低的断裂强度,并且因此不能用于所有使用领域。因此,对于危险品许可来说,应该在官方检查中通过不同的测试,如尤其例如是低温跌落测试( Kälte-Falltest )。具有含有较高的传导颗粒份额的塑料撑脚的托盘储藏罐在各种情况下不会通过这样的跌落测试。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,说明一种特殊类型的托盘容器,该托盘容器以所述底部托盘的、得到提高的总体稳定性也满足多方面导出电荷的条件。
该任务用权利要求 1 的特征部分特征得到解决。在所述按本发明的设计中,为了防止电荷而规定,所述托盘下层结构具有带四个单独的( einzeln )一样长的管件的上方的管架,所述管件对角地在直接的接触中在所述金属板的下方延伸并且以其端部如此被固定在相应的两个相邻的中间撑脚处,从而在所述金属板的下方构成菱形的支承架,在该支承架上所述金属板被撑开,其中所述四个单独的管件通过相应的螺纹连接与所述底部侧的、表示下方的管架的钢管底座环导电地连接。
在本发明的结构上的设计方案中规定,所述四个单独的管件分别在其端部处直角地被折弯,用所述折弯的端头分别***到相应的、处于两个相邻的塑料中间撑脚中的空隙中并且通过相应的两个螺纹连接与所述底部侧的底座环导电地连接。为此,所述四个管件的折弯的端头与所述底部侧的底座环旋紧,从而通过这些金属的螺纹连接在总体上提供八重的电连接。
在本发明的另一种有利的设计方案中规定,所述四个管件的折弯的端头在紧邻所述管端的上方处在侧面星形地成形,从而构成减小了的管横截面,在所述管横截面中成形了用于与所述底部侧的底座环进行螺纹连接的内螺纹。通过这种方式可以放弃长的固定螺栓和锁紧螺母。由此所述固定螺栓保持得较短。在结构上的特点中,所述在塑料中间撑脚内部的空隙在紧邻所述底座管的上方处终止,并且在那里为了容纳所述折弯的端头的、下面敞开的管端而具有圆锥形的管定心件,在所述管定心件中设置了用于穿插所述固定螺栓的中心孔。这个中心孔以相当适宜的方式在所述圆锥形的管定心件中以从下往上朝圆锥尖部在直径方面稍许减小的方式构成,其中在圆锥尖部的区域中的直径构造得稍许小于所述固定螺栓的直径。通过构件的这种彼此相协调的结构上的设计方案来实现这一点:所述固定螺栓通过所述折弯的端头的、被套装到圆锥形的管定心件上的管端在旋紧的状态中固定地被夹紧在所述塑料撑脚的管定心件中并且由此最佳地防止比如由于运输振动而自动地松开。
所述按本发明的托盘容器的另一种有利的设计方案在于:所述底部侧的底座环在每个塑料中间撑脚处分别设有用于穿插所述固定螺栓的两个相应的穿孔( Lochung ),所述固定螺栓则用于旋入到所述四个对角地延伸的管件的折弯的端头中,其中所述底座环在其下侧面上在所述穿孔处具有相应的锥状的凹入,使得半圆头螺栓或者埋头螺栓的螺栓头下沉到与管下侧面齐平。由此比如实现这一点:所述托盘下侧面构造得光滑而平坦,并且所述托盘容器可以容易且光滑地 - 在没有振颤或者保持挂住的情况下 - 在辊式运输机的辊子(辊子传送带)上滑动。以相同的方式,按照本发明来规定,所述底部侧的底座环具有连接区域,在该连接区域中所述底座环的两个管端彼此相连接,并且所述连接区域在塑料角部撑脚的下方布置在具有较小的弯曲负荷的位置处。这尤其在将被填充的托盘容器堆放在高货架仓库中时具有以下优点:所述底座环的连接区域在所述高货架中总是平放在架子板上,并且由此得到支撑且不再悬空挂着,其中这个经受不住弯曲负荷的连接区域迄今为止总是容易弯曲。

两个在管架支承结构的上方的平面中的横向管一方面拥有作为用以使两个侧面的中间撑脚的端点稳定的压力管的功能用于菱形地撑开所述薄的金属板。另一方面,所述横向管以其抗弯刚度用于面状地支撑所述金属板。所述横向管的另一个重要的功能在于使所述处于托盘外侧面处的中间撑脚稳定,以便这些中间撑脚不会在所述底座环上“倾翻”。所述底部侧的底座环 34 具有连接区域,在该连接区域中其两个管端彼此相连接。这个连接区域现在为了提高所述托盘刚度而在塑料角部撑脚 24 的下方布置在具有较小的弯曲负荷的位置处。
3 中,以塑料中间撑脚 26 的部分截面详细地示出了所述托盘结构的有利的装配,并且通过所述最下面的水平地延伸的格栅管、通过所述薄的冲压板 18 、通过所述塑料撑脚 26 将所述管式格栅框架与所述钢管底座环 34 的多重导电连接变得清楚。所述平行地延伸的横向管的端部稍许弯曲( abkröpfen )并且在其支承在侧面的中间撑脚 26 中的区域中构造为双壁的半管 62 ;它们形状配合地被放入到相应的处于中间撑脚 26 中的空隙中,并且在安装状态中且传力地被所述管式格栅框架的在其上方横向地延伸的牢固地被旋紧的最下面的格栅框架管固定并且夹紧。

利用所述复合材料托盘 SM13 的按本发明的实施方式,与已知的托盘储藏罐相比 - 对于所述已知的托盘储藏罐来说主要负荷由所述两个中间撑脚在坚固的横梁的端部处传递到较长的托盘侧面上 - ,实现了更好并且更均匀地将负荷分布到所有托盘撑脚上。通过具有更好的负荷分布的特殊的结构上的设计方案,新颖的托盘 SM13 在总体上具有比所有其它类似的在市场上存在的已知的托盘小的挠度。通过所述四个对角的管件 32 的折弯的端头 36 的与所述底部侧的底座环 34 的金属螺纹连接以灵巧的方式提供多重的电连接。

所述底部侧的底座环(34)在每个塑料中间撑脚(26)处具有用于穿插固定螺栓(48)的两个相应的穿孔,所述固定螺栓则用于旋入到所述四个对角地延伸的管件(32)的折弯的端头(36)中,其中所述底部侧的底座环(34)在其下侧面上在所述穿孔处具有相应的锥状的凹入(60),使得半圆头螺栓或者埋头螺栓的螺栓头齐平地下沉。
8.按权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6或7所述的托盘容器,
其特征在于,
所述底部侧的底座环(34)具有连接区域,在所述连接区域中所述底座环的两个管端彼此相连接,并且所述连接区域在塑料角部撑脚(24)的下方布置在具有较小的弯曲负荷的位置处。
9.按权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6、7或8所述的托盘容器,
其特征在于,
除所述四个对角地或者菱形地延伸的管(32)之外,在所述上方的管架支承结构中设置了两个另外的平行地紧密并排地延伸的横向管(42),所述横向管的端部分别支承和固定在较长的托盘侧面处的两个中间撑脚(26)中。
10.按权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8或9所述的托盘容器,
其特征在于,
所述平行地延伸的横向管(42)的端部在其支承在所述侧面的中间撑脚(26)中的区域中构造为双壁的半管(62)并且在安装状态中形状配合地且传力地由在其上方横向地延伸的、固定地旋紧的、最下面的格栅框架管(22)所固定。
