Abstract
Métodos para la produccion de las mismas, a composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen dichos anticuerpos, y usos de las mismas. Reivindicacion 1: Proteína biespecífica de union a antígeno, que comprende: a) dos cadenas ligeras y dos cadenas pesadas de un anticuerpo, que se une específicamente a un primer antígeno y comprende dos fragmentos Fab, b) dos fragmentos Fab adicionales de un anticuerpo que se une específicamente a un segundo antígeno, en donde dichos fragmentos Fab adicionales se fusionan, ambos mediante un péptido conector, a los extremos C-terminales o N-terminales con las cadenas pesadas en a), en donde, en los fragmentos Fab se llevan a cabo las modificaciones siguientes: i) en ambos fragmentos Fab en a), o en ambos fragmentos Fab en b), los dominios variables VL. y VH se sustituyen mutuamente, y/o los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen mutuamente, ii) en ambos fragmentos Fab en a), los dominios variables VL y VH se sustituyen mutuamente, y los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen mutuamente, y en ambos fragmentos Fab en b), los dominios variables VL y VH se sustituyen mutuamente, o los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen mutuamente, iii) en ambos fragmentos Fab en a), los dominios variables VL y VH se sustituyen mutuamente, o los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen mutuamente, y en ambos fragmentos Fab en b), los dominios variables VL y VH se sustituyen mutuamente, y los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen mutuamente, iv) en ambos fragmentos Fab en a), los dominios variables VL y VH se sustituyen mutuamente, y en ambos fragmentos Fab en b), los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen mutuamente, o v) en ambos fragmentos Fab en a), los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen mutuamente, y en ambos fragmentos Fab en b), los dominios variables VL y VH se sustituyen mutuamente.
