Claims (14)
1. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 til anvendelse i tumorbehandling, hvor hæmmeren af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 er et anti-PDLl antistof.
2. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 1, hvor anti-PD-Ll-antistoffet er et antihumant PD-L1-antistof.
3. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 2, hvor det antihumane PD-L1-antistof er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et humaniseret antihumant PD-1-antistof og et antihumant PD-1-antistof af den humane type.
4. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 3, hvor det antihumane PD-L1-antistof er et antihumant PD-1-antistof af den humane type.
5. 6. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 1, hvor tumoren udtrykker PD-L1.
7. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 1, hvor tumorbehandlingen er suppression af tumormetastase.
8. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 til anvendelse i behandling af infektionssygdom, hvor hæmmeren af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 er et anti-PD-Ll-antistof.
9. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 8, hvor anti-PD-Ll-antistoffet er et antihumant PD-L1-antistof.
10. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 9, hvor det antihumane PD-L1-antistof er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et humaniseret antihumant PD-1-antistof og et antihumant PD-1-antistof af den humane type.
11. Hæmmer af immunsuppressivt signal fra PD-1 ifølge krav 10, hvor det antihumane PD-L1-antistof er et antihumant PD-1-antistof af den humane type.
