参考图3,当后车门6A打开并且前车门4A保持关闭时,用户可以***手并抓住前车门4A的后边缘30A。如果后车门6A要被关闭,则这可能会夹住位于前夹紧传感器22A附近的用户的手。如下面结合图9A、9B、10A和10B更详细地讨论的,控制器28可以被配置/编程为驱动线性驱动器24和/或旋转驱动器60,以当后车门6A打开时,如果前车门4A关闭,防止夹紧。如图3所示,防夹紧传感器122A、122C等可以可选择地安装在后边缘30A、30C等附近的车门4A、6A上,而不是安装在车身上。
参照图4和图5,车门4A可以可选择地包括线性电力驱动的车门打开机构24A,该线性电力驱动的车门打开机构24A设置在位于车门4A的外侧36A和内侧38A之间的车门4A内部空间34A中。车辆1的所有车门可以包括基本上类似于机构24A的动力车门打开机构24。机构24A可以包括壳体或基部结构46和与壳体46可移动地互连以相对于壳体46往复移动的柱塞26。机构24A可以包括电动马达40和齿轮驱动器42,其提供柱塞26在缩回位置和一个或多个延伸位置之间的动力移动。传感器44使控制器28能够确定柱塞26相对于壳体46的位置。图4和图5中示意性地示出了动力驱动器24A的部件。应当理解,动力车门打开机构24A可以具有针对特定应用所需的各种配置。例如,动力车门打开机构24可以被配置为如在2016年8月3日提交的题为“优先级驱动动力侧门开启/关闭操作”的共同审理中的美国专利申请号15/227,672中公开的。
柱塞26可以被驱动以延伸到第一检查位置26A(图4),导致车门4A打开到第一部分打开位置(也参见图7),由此在车门4A的内表面38A和车身2的表面50之间形成的间隙“G1”。在柱塞26接触车身2的表面50的区域中,可以将垫或表面48设置在车身2的表面50上。如图5所示,柱塞26可以进一步延伸到比图4的位置26A稍微进一步延伸的完全延伸位置26B。柱塞26可以移动到完全延伸位置26B,以使车门移动到具有稍微大于间隙G1的间隙“G2”的第一检查位置。可以驱动驱动器24将柱塞26直接移动到位置26B,以将车门移动到具有间隙G2的第一检查位置。通常,第一检查位置的间隙G2足够大以确保不发生夹紧。驱动器24可由控制器28驱动以将柱塞26保持在位置26B中,以确保车门不会关闭到用户的手上。车门4A已经移动到完全打开位置(例如由用户拉开)之后,柱塞26可以移动到完全延伸位置26B。控制器28可以被配置为检测柱塞26到完全延伸位置26B的行程,并利用位置26B作为车门已经被移动到完全打开位置的指示。或者,车门铰链16A、18A等和/或旋转驱动器60可以包括检测车门的角位置的位置传感器(未示出),使得控制器28可以利用来自旋转驱动器60的数据来确定车门何时完全打开。通常,间隙G2可以是大约1英寸至大约4英寸。

齿轮驱动器61A和电动马达59也可以被配置为使得当离合器接合时施加到车门的力不(不能)导致电动马达59的反向驱动。例如,齿轮驱动器61A可以包括不可反向驱动的蜗杆装置。如果以这种方式配置齿轮驱动器61A,则电动马达59用作制动器,当离合器接合时该制动器防止车门的旋转,并且不向电动马达59提供电力。此外,离合器可以包括将离合器偏压到接合位置的弹簧(未示出),使得必须向驱动器(例如螺线管)提供电力以使离合器脱离。相反,离合器可以包括将离合器偏压到脱离位置的弹簧等,使得动力驱动器必须被驱动以接合离合器。通常,对于反向可驱动和不可反向驱动的齿轮驱动器61A,当离合器接合时,电动马达60产生趋于防止车门关闭的力,从而提供防夹紧特征或功能。此外,当离合器接合时,也可以通过ECU28将趋向于打开车门的电力供应到电动马达60,以使电动马达60产生趋向于防止车门关闭的力以提供防夹紧特征或功能。
进一步参考图6-8,当车门4或6处于关闭位置(图6)时,用户最初驱动开闩/打开开关或传感器20A。然后,控制器28开闩动力闩锁32。如果车门包括线性动力驱动器24,则控制器28驱动线性动力开门器24以将柱塞26延伸到第一检查(距离P1)位置,在该位置,车门4或6处于如图7所示的产生间隙G1的第一部分打开位置。用户然后可以抓住车门4的边缘30并将车门拉到图8所示的完全打开位置。或者,控制器28驱动旋转驱动器60以将车门从第一检查位置旋转到完全打开位置。如果车门不包括线性动力驱动器24,则控制器28一经传感器20驱动就开闩动力闩锁32,然后控制器28驱动旋转驱动器60以将车门4或6旋转到第一或第二检查位置或完全打开位置(图8)。当车门处于完全打开位置(图8)时,控制器28缩回柱塞26,然后重置动力闩锁32。然后用户可以通过将车门4从打开位置(图8)推到关闭位置(图6)来手动关闭车门。动力闩锁32然后将车门4A保持在完全关闭位置(图6)。或者,用户可以驱动“关闭”开关或传感器21以向控制器28产生“关闭”信号,然后控制器28驱动旋转驱动器60以将车门从打开位置旋转到关闭位置。动力闩锁32可以包括收紧式车门闩锁(cinchingdoor latch)。例如,在美国专利申请号15/227,672中描述的动力闩锁的卡爪180可以可操作地连接到动力驱动器(例如电动马达),由此卡爪从打开/释放位置旋转到闭锁/关闭位置以接合撞销以将车门拉到一个完全关闭位置。如果动力闩锁32是收紧式车门闩锁,则车门可以最初由用户或由驱动器60移动到基本上关闭位置52(图8),然后可以驱动动力闩锁32以将车门移动到图6的完全关闭位置。收紧式闩锁机构在2014年3月24日提交的题为“可调节闩锁总成”的美国专利申请号14/223,444以及于2015年4月17日提交的题为“可调节行李箱盖闩锁总成”的美国专利申请号14/689,811中公开了,其每个的全部内容通过引用并入本文。收紧式车门闩锁总体上在本领域中是已知的,因此不认为对收紧式车门闩锁的详细描述是必要的。应当理解,车辆1的所有车门4A、4B、6A和6B可以以与图2-8有关在上面所示和描述的车门基本相同的方式操作。
图9A和9B分别是示出包括电力驱动的旋转驱动器60但不包括电力驱动的线性驱动器24的车门***的操作的流程图的第一和第二部分。打开车辆前车门的过程开始于步骤102(图9A),并且打开后车门的过程开始于步骤150(图9B)。
参考图9A,在步骤102,用户驱动车辆前车门上的打开传感器/按钮20,以向控制器28产生“打开车门”命令信号。应当理解,传感器20可以包括按钮或其他手动驱动的开关,或者其可以包括接近传感器。此外,车辆1的安全***(例如ECU 28和/或其他部件)可以被配置为仅在检测到授权用户时才允许打开车门。例如,车辆1可以包括无钥匙进入和启动(PEPS)***,其检测用户携带的无线钥匙扣的存在。如果检测到授权的钥匙扣,则***可以转换到动力闩锁32可以开闩的授权或解锁状态。安全***可以被配置为需要授权钥匙扣的检测和接近传感器的驱动(例如除了开关和传感器20、21之外的定位在车门的外部设备上的“解锁”接近传感器)来解锁车门以允许车门的开闩和打开。
如步骤104所示,如果ECU28确定已经检测到授权用户(例如无线钥匙扣)从而授权/解锁车门,并且如果打开(开闩)传感器20被驱动,则ECU28将信号发送到动力前车门闩锁32以如步骤106所示的开闩前车门闩锁32。如步骤108和110所示,ECU28然后发送信号到电力驱动的旋转驱动器60,并且电力驱动的旋转驱动器60开始将车门旋转到第二检查位置。图9A和9B中使用的术语“第二检查位置”通常对应于完全打开位置(例如图8)。然而,第二检查位置可以替代地是打开位置,在该打开位置车门比第一检查位置(例如图5)更加打开,但不完全打开。
如步骤112和116(图9A)所示,如果检测到障碍物,则ECU 28在车门到达第二检查位置之前切断到电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的电流,以停止车门的移动。然而,电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的离合器可以在步骤112保持接合,使得用户必须在车门上施加显著的力以旋转车门并反向驱动电动马达59,以提供防夹紧安全特征。
如上文与图5A有关的讨论,电力驱动的旋转驱动器60可以包括电动马达59(例如步进马达)和旋转位置传感器。ECU28可以被配置为向电力驱动的旋转驱动器60提供电力(电流)来以已知的速率打开车门,并且ECU 28可以被配置为增加或减少供应到旋转驱动器60的电流,以在打开和/或关闭操作期间保持车门的恒定角速度。如果车门遇到妨碍车门打开的物体,则对于供应到旋转驱动器60的给定量的电力,车门将通常相对于预期的旋转速度减慢(或停止)旋转。ECU28可以被配置为将供应到旋转驱动器60的电流限制到预定的最大值以防止损坏。此外,ECU28可以被配置为将用于在恒定或增加的电流下保持目标速度和/或减小的(或零)角速度的电压的突然增加解释为,物体已经被车门遇到的指示。接近传感器等(未示出)也可用于检测车门路径中的物体。接近传感器可以用于在车门接触物体之前检测物体,并且ECU 28可被配置为在车门接触物体之前停止电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的驱动。
如步骤112和114(图9A)所示,如果没有检测到障碍物,则ECU继续向电力驱动的旋转驱动器60供电,并且前车门将旋转到第二检查(完全打开)位置,然后ECU 28将切断到旋转驱动器60的电流。当车门到达完全打开位置时,ECU 28可以(可选择地)脱离电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的离合器,以允许车门手动关闭而不需要反向驱动电动马达59。
如步骤118、120、122所示,如果用户在车门已经移动到第二位置之后将手放在前车门的防夹紧传感器22上,则ECU 28可以向前电力驱动的旋转驱动器60提供电力,以使电力驱动的旋转驱动器60将车门旋转到完全打开位置。或者,在步骤122,ECU 28可以切断到电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的电力,同时使电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的离合器保持接合,使得车门上的外力不会移动车门,除非力足够反向驱动电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的电动马达59。
控制器28可以被配置为提供电力到前电力驱动的旋转驱动器60,以将前车门旋转到部分打开位置(图4)或第一检查位置(图5)。或者,控制器28和电力驱动的旋转驱动器60可以被配置为将车门旋转到完全打开的第二检查位置(例如图8)。如果控制器28和旋转驱动器60未被配置为将车门旋转到完全打开的第二检查位置,则ECU28在步骤126确定门是否因为用户将前车门拉到完全打开位置,或者由于ECU28对旋转驱动器60的电力驱动,而已经达到完全打开位置。在步骤126,ECU利用旋转驱动器60的车门位置传感器来确定车门是否打开。如果车门在步骤126没有打开,则过程返回到步骤122,并且ECU28向驱动器60供电,或者驱动电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的离合器/制动器而不向电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的电动马达59供电,以防止车门关闭。然而,如果车门已经完全打开,则在步骤130,ECU 28重置前车门闩锁32以使其能够收紧和闭锁。应当理解,车门闩锁32可以包括动力收紧闩锁,或者它可以包括不具有收紧功能的动力闩锁。如果车门闩锁32没有动力收紧特征,则在步骤130,ECU 28不能收紧。
如步骤132(图9A)所示,如果用户驱动前车门上的关闭开关/按钮/传感器21以产生“关闭车门”请求,则该过程继续到步骤134。或者,在步骤132,如果电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的离合器接合并且用户推动前车门(即开始反向驱动电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的电动马达59),ECU 28可将其解释为“关闭车门”要求。响应于该关闭车门请求,ECU可以使电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的离合器脱离,以允许前车门自由地关闭,或者ECU 28可以驱动电力驱动的旋转驱动器60以关闭车门。在步骤134,ECU28向旋转驱动器60提供电力以将前车门旋转到关闭位置,并且车门如步骤136所示的旋转。当前车门关闭时,位置传感器(例如旋转驱动器60)感测车门关闭并且向ECU 28提供信号。如上面结合步骤112所讨论的那样,ECU 28可以利用来自旋转驱动器60的数据来确定车门是否遇到物体。如步骤146(图9A)所示,如果检测到物体,则ECU切断到前旋转驱动器60的电力/电流,然后过程返回到步骤132。如果在步骤140没有检测到物体,则过程继续到142,并且ECU 28使前闩锁32重置以实现收紧和闭锁。然后,如步骤144所示的前车门关闭。
步骤150-186所示的后车门操作(图9B)通常对应于前车门操作(图9A的步骤102-140)。关于后电力驱动的旋转驱动器60,步骤170可以包括与如上面结合步骤122和前电力驱动的旋转驱动器60所讨论的基本相同的操作。
但是,后车门的操作与前车门的操作不相同。具体地,在步骤188(图9B)中,如果没有检测到物体,则过程返回到步骤192(图9A)。然后,***(ECU28)在步骤192确定用户的手是否位于前车门防夹紧传感器22上。如果没有,则在步骤196和198,ECU 28重置后闩锁,并且允许后车门关闭并闭锁。然而,如果在步骤192,在前车门防夹紧传感器22上检测到用户的手,则该过程继续到步骤194。如果前车门打开,则如上所述,过程在步骤122继续。如果在步骤194前车门没有打开,则如上所述,过程继续到步骤104。
因此,可以看出,除非在步骤192没有检测到前车门上的用户的手,否则后车门不会关闭。在用户在相邻的后车门6A打开时将手放置在沿着关闭的前车门的后边缘(图3)的情况下,这防止夹紧。在后车门6A打开时用户的手沿着前车门4A的后边缘30A放置(图3)并且后车门6A然后将要被关闭(图2)的情况下,则可能导致夹紧状况。图9A的步骤192、194和122所示的过程防止了这种夹紧情况。
图10A和10B分别是示出包括线性电力驱动的驱动器24和电力驱动的旋转驱动器60的车门***的操作的流程图的第一和第二部分。前车门的操作从步骤202(图10A)开始,后车门的操作从步骤252(图10B)开始。
步骤202-210大体对应于图9A的步骤102-110。然而,在步骤210中,线性驱动器24的柱塞被延伸以将车门推动到第一检查位置,然后ECU28将信号发送到旋转驱动器60,如步骤212所示。然后如步骤214所示,旋转驱动器60开始将前车门旋转到完全打开的第二检查位置。如果在步骤216检测到物体,则如步骤220所示,ECU切断到前旋转驱动器60的电流(电力),以防止车门进一步打开。如果在步骤216没有检测到物体,则前车门旋转到完全打开的第二检查位置,如步骤218所示。如步骤222、224和226所示,用户然后将手放在前车门防夹紧传感器22上,并且ECU28为旋转驱动器60和/或线性驱动器24供电,以将车门保持在第一次检查位置以防止夹紧。
在步骤228,ECU28激活前车门收紧。在步骤230,ECU利用例如旋转驱动器60的传感器来确定用户是否已经将前车门拉到打开位置。如果用户在步骤230没有拉开车门,则过程返回到步骤226。然而,如果用户在步骤230利用旋转驱动器60拉开前车门(步骤232),则ECU28然后如步骤234所示的使线性驱动器24的柱塞26缩回以允许车门被关闭。
如步骤238所示,用户然后驱动车门上的关闭按钮/传感器21以产生到ECU 28的“关闭车门”命令/请求以关闭车门。然后ECU 28如步骤240所示为旋转驱动器60供电以关闭前车门。如步骤242和244所示,当前车门关闭时,ECU28从旋转驱动器60接收关于车门的位置的信号。如果在步骤246检测到物体,则ECU 28如步骤252所示切断到旋转驱动器60的电流(电力)以停止车门。如上所述,ECU28可以监视驱动器60的电力和位置,以确定车门已经遇到了物体。
如果在步骤246没有检测到物体,则ECU 28如步骤248所示的重置前闩锁32,并且如步骤250所示的允许后车门关闭并闭锁。
参见图10B,后车门打开操作在步骤252开始。后车门操作的步骤254-286(图10B)大体分别对应于前车门操作(图10A)的步骤204-238,因此不认为这些步骤的详细描述是必要的。类似地,步骤288、290、292和294(图10B)分别基本上类似于图10A的步骤240、242、244和246。如果在步骤294中检测到物体,则ECU 28如步骤296所示地切断到后车门旋转驱动器60的电流(电力),以停止车门的移动,然后过程返回到步骤286。然而,如果在步骤294检测到物体(例如ECU28确定旋转驱动器60不关闭车门和/或发生到旋转驱动器60的电力的突然增加),则过程返回到步骤298(图10A)。在步骤298,ECU28确定用户的手是否在前车门防夹紧传感器22上。如果前车门打开并且用户的手在前车门防夹紧传感器22上,则过程继续到步骤226,并且驱动旋转驱动器60和/或线性驱动器24以防止前车门关闭。这防止了在用户的手被放置在前车门4A的后边缘30A(图2和3)上而后车门6A打开并且被关闭的情况下可能发生的夹紧。如果在步骤298没有在前车门防夹紧传感器22上检测到用户的手,则ECU 28重置动力闩锁32(图2),并且允许后车门关闭并闭锁(步骤304)。
应当理解,在不脱离本发明的构思的情况下,可以对上述结构进行变化和修改,并且还应当理解,这些概念旨在被所附权利要求书覆盖,除非这些权利要求用他们的语言明确地另有声明。
Claims (20)
1.一种车门***,包括:
具有车门开口的车辆结构;
车门,所述车门具有可旋转地安装到所述车辆结构的前边缘部分,以当所述车门处于关闭位置时关闭所述车门开口,所述车门包括与所述前边缘部分相对的后边缘部分;
防夹紧传感器,所述防夹紧传感器被配置为针对用户的手检测是否有用户的手被放置在所述车门开口附近和/或邻近所述车门的边缘;
电力驱动的车门驱动器,所述电力驱动的车门驱动器可以被驱动以通过将所述车门从关闭位置移动到部分打开位置来部分地打开所述车门,以在所述车门的所述后边缘部分和所述车辆结构之间形成间隙,使得用户可以抓住所述后边缘部分并将所述车门拉到完全打开位置,并且其中所述电力驱动的车门驱动器可以被驱动以将所述车门从所述完全打开位置移动到所述关闭位置;
控制器,所述控制器被配置为:1)如果所述防夹紧传感器检测到用户的手,则使所述电力驱动的车门驱动器产生趋向于防止所述车门关闭的力;以及2)驱动所述电力驱动的车门驱动器以将所述车门从所述完全打开位置移动到所述关闭位置。

17.根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中:
所述控制器被配置为在所述防夹紧传感器检测到用户的手的情况下,驱动所述电力驱动的线性驱动器以将所述柱塞保持在所述延伸位置。
18.一种车门***,包括:
车门;
电力驱动的线性和旋转驱动器;
夹紧传感器;以及
控制器,所述控制器被配置为:1)一经接收到打开车门命令就驱动所述线性驱动器,随后驱动所述旋转驱动器;2)如果所述夹紧传感器检测到在车门开口处的手,则驱动所述线性驱动器以防止关闭所述车门;以及3)一经接收到关闭车门命令就驱动所述旋转驱动器以关闭所述车门。
19.根据权利要求18所述的车门***,其中:
如果所述夹紧传感器检测到用户的手,则所述控制器不驱动所述旋转驱动器以关闭所述车门。
20.根据权利要求19所述的车门***,其中:
当关闭所述车门时,所述控制器首先使所述线性驱动器缩回,并且然后驱动所述旋转驱动器以关闭所述车门。
