Abstract

본 발명은 재료 절삭 가공 공정시 절삭 공구와 가공물을 윤활 냉각하는 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로,적어도 2가지의 섞이지 않는 유체가 절삭 공구 또는 가공물에 공급되며, 유체 기질(a)은 절삭 공구, 가공물 또는 칩 사이의 마찰을 감소시키는데 사용되며, 유체 기질(b)은 공구, 가공물, 공구 홀더 및 칩을 냉각하는데 사용되며, 2가지 유체(a,b)가 상이한 용기(1,2)에 각각 저장되어 연관된 용기(1,2)에서 별개의 공급관(10,11)을 통해 분사요소(3,4)로 보내지고 연관된 분사요소 (3,4)에서 가공될 가공물(15) 또는 사용중인 공구에 분사되는데, 공구와 가공물(15)이 상개 이동하는 동안에 윤활제(a)가 먼저 천공 구역 또는 재료 절삭 구역에 분사되어 접착성 윤활막을 형성하고 그 후에 냉각제(b)가 확산된 윤활막에 분사되므로 윤활 및 냉각 효과를 놀라울만큼 형성시킬 수 있다.

절삭날 및 가공물을 윤활하는 장치 및 그 방법(SEPARATE LUBRICATION AND COOLING FOR MACHINING PROCESSES)

제1도는 기계톱(sawing machine) 테이블의 상면이 부분적으로 나타나 있는 장치의 블록 선도이다.
제4도는 가스없이 가압하여 원자화하는 분사 헤드를 나타낸 도면이다.
제5도는 압축 공기로 가압하여 원자화하는 분사헤드를 나타낸 도면이다.
제6도는 윤활제와 냉각제 공급 지점을 지닌 원형 톱날의 측면도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 절삭날 또는 가공물에 적어도 2개의 섞이지 않은 유체가 공급되며, 절삭날과 가공물 또는 칩 사이의 마찰을 감소시키는 유체 기질(a)과, 절삭날, 가공물, 절삭날 지지부 및 필요에 따라 칩을 냉각하는 유체 기질(b)이 사용되는, 가공 공정중에 절삭날 및 가공물을 윤활 냉각하고 칩을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 2가지 유체(a,b)가 별도의 용기(1,2)에 각각 저장되며, 각각의 유체(a,b)는 연결된 용기(1,2)에서 별도의 공급관(10,11)을 통해 분사요소(3,4)로 이송되어, 연결된 분사 요소(3,4)에서 가공될 가공물(15) 또는 사용중인 절삭날에 분사되며, 관통부 또는 칩 제거부를 향해 절삭날 및 가공물(15)이 상대 이동하는 동안에, 윤활 유체(a)를 먼저 분사하여 접착성 윤활막을 형성한 후, 확산된 윤활막에 냉각 유체(b)를 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활유체(a)가 과다하지 않도록 가공 공정시 소비량에 맞는 양의 윤활 유체(a)를 분사하여 재생 또는 재가공을 피할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 원형 또는 밴드형 톱날(27)을 이용하여 절삭하는 동안에 가공물(15) 및 톱날(27)을 냉각할 필요성에 따라, 적절한 양의 냉각 유체(b)를 분사하여 가공 공정중에 자연적으로 증발되도록하고, 칩 제거 구역 앞에 간격을 두고 톱날(27)의 일지점에 별도로 분사될 윤활 유체(a)가 분사될 경우, 냉각 유체(b)가 없은 톱날(27)의 건조면에 윤활 유체가 분사되어 날표면에 접착성이 양호한 윤활막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가공물(15)에 대해 이동되는 공구, 톱날, 또는 밀링 커터(27)에서 윤활 유체(a)는 절삭 이동 진행 방향에서 보았을때 칩 제거 구역앞의 지점(16)에서 사용되고, 냉각제(b)는 칩 제거 구역에 직접 사용되며 공구(27)상에 미리 확산된 윤확막에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활 유체(a)는 조절된 분사 흐름(30)의 균일한 에어졸 형태로 분사되어 고경계 접착성 및 전단 안정성을 가지며 두께가 10내지 150 미크론, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50 미크론 가장 바람직 하게는 5 내지 20미크론 범위내에 있는 매우 얇은 막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 윤활 유체(a)는 가열된 압축 공기로 에어졸 분사 제트(30) 방식으로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 지방산 에스테르, 첨가제, 열적 안정화용 첨가제 및 기계적 안정화용 첨가제를 구비하는 액체에서 추출한 광유가 윤활 유체(a)로서 사용되며, 그래파이트 또는 몰리브덴 형태의 고형물을 선택적으로 함유하는 첨가제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 장력을 감소시키는 계면활성제, 금속염, 폴리하이드릭 알코올 또는 그 유도물 형태의 첨가제가 냉각 유체(b)에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급 속도(N/h)는 가공 공정중에 공작 기계의 동력 입력에 따라 유체에 대해 달리 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 기계 톱을 이용하여 가공 공정중에 톱날(27)을 윤활 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법의 이용법.
  11. 가공 공정중에 칩을 제거하면서 절삭날 및 가공물을 윤활 냉각하고, 특히 선행항에 따른 방법을 실행하는 장치에 있어서, -별도의 저장 및 배출 용기(1,2)가 유체(a,b)에 각각 활당되며, 적어도 하나의 분사 요소(3,4)가 유체(a,b)에 각각 활당되며, -상기 배출용기(1,2)와 분사 요소(3,4) 사이에 배치된 별개의 공급관(10,11)은 각각의 유체(a,b)에 활당되며, -분사 요소(3,4)는 칩 제거 구역과 각각 간격을 두고 배치되며,가공물에 대한 절삭날의 상대 이동 방향에서 보았을때 분사 요소(3)는 냉각 유체에 활당된 분사 요소(4)보다 칩 제거 구역과의 간격이 넓은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 가공하는 동안 공작 기계의 동력 입력에 부합하는 측정 부재와, 측정 조절 유닛(42)에 측정 값을 보내는 신호선(41)을 구비하며, 측정 조절 장치는 측정치에 따라 유체(a,b)를 이송하는 이송 수단(7,8)을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 기계 톱의 톱날(27)을 윤활 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치의 이용법.
