Abstract
본 발명의 궤도 스크롤은 세라믹 입자 강화 알루미늄 금속 기재 조성물로 제조된다. 이렇게 제조된 부품은 증가된 내 마모성을 가지며 주철과 열펑창이 일치하므로 선단 시일이 없이도 사용할 수 있으며 경량화와 관련된 이점을 제공한다. 본 발명의 부품을 재조함에 있어서, 상기 부품을 거의 망상으로 가압 주조하고 최종 형상으로 기계 가공한다.

제2도는 궤도(orbiting)스크롤을 제작하는 단계를 나타내는 흐름 선도.
Claims (5)
- 스크롤 기계 장치(100)에 있어서, 세라믹 입자 강화 알루미늄 금속 기재 조성물로 제조되며 포위부(23)및 플로어 부분을 포함하고 이 포위부가 측면 및 선단을 구비하도록 구성된 제1스크롤 수단(21)과, 포위부(22)및 플로어 부분을 포함하고 이 포위부가 측면 및 선단을 구비하도록 구성된 제2스크롤수단(20)과, 상기 제1스크롤 수단과 상기 제2스크롤 수단 간에 측면 밀봉 접촉이 이루어 지도록 상기 제1스크롤 수단을 구동시키는 구동 수단(60)과. 상기 제1스크롤 수단의 선단이 상기 제2스크롤 수단의 플로어 부분과 직접 밀봉 접촉되게 하고 상기 제2스크롤 수단의 선단이 상기 제1스크롤 수단의 플로어부분과 직접 밀봉접촉되게 하는 축 방향 컴플라이언스(28,40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 기계 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 입자 강화 알루미늄 금속 기재가 10내지 25부피%의 실리콘 카바이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 기계 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2스크롤 수단이 주철로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 기계 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2스크롤 수단이 알루미늄 금속 기재 조성물로 제 된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 기계 장치.
- 세라믹 입자 강화 금속 기재 부재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 10내지 25부피%의 실리콘 카바이드입자와 알루미늄의 혼합물을 용탕 상태까지 가열하는 단계와, 거의 망상의 주조품을 제조하기 위하여 용탕 흔함물을 가압 주조하는 단계와, 상기 주조품을 소정 형상으로 기계 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
