Abstract
本发明涡旋式动力机械是把两动、静涡旋盘中的一个用金属做成,另一个涡旋盘用金属做成骨架,在其表面外敷或注塑一层一定厚度的具有一定弹性和塑形变形且耐磨的材料,或者全部用上述材料直接注塑或压铸成涡旋盘,再在两涡旋形线的槽底嵌入一定厚度的上述材料做成的垫片。在两动、静涡旋盘相互运转时,利用该材料的弹性和塑性变形达到密封和轴向及径向补偿的目的,使涡旋式动力机械的加工精度和装配精度大大降低,降低了成本,减少了噪音和振动,同时延长了使用寿命。
Description
本发明涡旋式动力机械属动力机械技术领域,特别涉及一种低成本的涡旋式动力机械。
常规的涡旋式动力机械由于两动、静涡旋盘的涡旋形线的加工精度和装配精度要求非常高,其形位公差为8.~15.微米(容积式压缩机技术手册730页,郁永章主编,北京机械工业出版社.2000.10出版),如此高的精度只有进口专用设备才能达到,还有涡旋式动力机械的轴向和径向补偿机构也很复杂,其加工精度和装配精度要求也非常高。因此使涡旋式动力机械的制造难度加大,从而使制造成本太高,无法推广和应用。
本发明的目的是提供一种涡旋式动力机械,使其加工精度和装配精度大大降低,用普通的国产机床加工就可以达到其技术要求,同时很方便的解决了轴向和径向补偿。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:将动静两涡旋盘中的一个用金属做成,另一个用金属做成骨架,再在其表面注塑或涂敷一层一定厚度具有一定弹性和塑性且耐磨的材料,或另一涡旋盘用这种材料直接注塑或压铸成型;或将另一涡旋盘底面用金属做成,再在其金属底面上用上述材料做成涡旋形线,再在两涡旋形线的槽底嵌入一定厚度的上述材料做成的垫片。
由于采用上述方案,两动、静涡旋盘在运转时利用上述材料的弹性和塑性变形达到密封和轴向及径向补偿的目的,同时降低了两动、静涡旋盘之间的摩擦和磨损,降低了噪音和振动,也延长了使用寿命。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
将两动、静两涡旋盘中的一个用金属做成,另一个用金属做成骨架,再在其涡旋形线的表面和槽底注塑或涂敷一层一定厚度的具有一定弹性和塑性且耐磨的材料。
另一实施例:将两动、静涡旋盘中的一个用金属做成,另一涡旋盘底面用金属做成,再在其金属底板上用上述材料注塑或压铸成涡旋形线。
又一实施例:将两动、静涡旋盘中的一个用金属做成,另一涡旋盘用上述材料注塑或压铸成形。
在上述的实施例中,将一定厚度的上述材料做成的垫片嵌入两动、静涡旋形线的槽底。经上述处理后使两动、静涡旋盘在运转时利用具有一定弹性和塑性且耐磨材料的弹性变形和塑性变形达到密封和轴、径向补偿的目的。
Claims (4)
1、一种涡旋式动力机械,是把两动、静涡旋盘中的一个用金属做成,另一个涡旋盘先用金属做成骨架,其特征是:在其涡旋形线的外表面注塑或涂敷一层一定弹性和塑性且耐磨的材料,並且在两涡旋形线的槽底再嵌入一定厚度的该材料,利用该材料的弹性和塑性变形,使其达到密封和径向及轴向补偿的作用。
2、根据权力要求1所述的一种涡旋式动力机械,其特征是:将另一涡旋盘全部用具有一定弹性和塑性且耐磨的材料注塑或压铸成型。
3、根据权力要求1所述的一种涡旋式动力机械,其特征是:另一涡旋盘用金属做成底板,再在其底板上用具有一定弹性和塑性且耐磨的材料注塑或压铸成涡旋形线。
4、根据权力要求1所述的一种涡旋式动力机械,其特征是:在两涡旋形线的槽底嵌入一定厚度的具有一定弹性和塑形变形且耐磨的材料做成的垫片。
