Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 清掃中に傷を付けにくく、しかもモップ本体
の着脱が簡単でありながらも、使用中は抜けにくいよう
に工夫したハンディモップを提供する。 【解決手段】 ゴミや埃を付着させるためのモップ本体
１０とそれを取り付けるための把手２０とからなるハン
ディモップであって、モップ本体１０は２本の平行な取
付け用の隙間ｂを有しており、把手２０は偏平で水平な
２本の差込板３１を根元から二股状に有する取付け部３
０とその取付け部３０の根元から後上方へ延びる把持部
４０とで構成されており、モップ本体１０の取付け用の
隙間ｂに把手２０の取付け部３０における差込板３１を
挿入することで使用状態にする。モップ本体１０をワン
タッチで着脱することができて、しかも使用中は抜けに
くいという利点があり、またモップ本体１０は偏平な差
込板３１に取り付けられ、押した時にしなりがあること
から、清掃対象物に傷を付けるようなことがない。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、室内や車内などの
埃を除去するための清掃作業に用いられるハンディモッ
プに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】一般に、この種のハンディモップとして
は、把手にモップ本体を取り付けたものが使用されてい
る。そして、従来は、モップ本体が汚れると洗って繰り
返し使うようにするものが殆どであったが、最近では、
使い捨てタイプのモップ本体とそれを取り付けるための
把手とを組み合わせたものが広く利用されるようになっ
てきている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の技術で述べたハ
ンディモップは、使い捨てタイプのモップ本体とそれを
取り付けるための把手とからなるが、使用中にモップ本
体が把手から外れないようにするため、しっかりとした
把手にモップ本体を差し込んでバネで押さえたり、ゴム
の成形品で固定するようにしている。このように、使用
中に外れないことを考慮すると脱着が簡単でなくなると
いう問題があり、またモップ本体を取り付ける把手部の
先端が棒状であるため、清掃中に家具等に当たったりす
ると傷がつくという問題がある。
【０００４】本発明は、上記のような問題点に鑑みてな
されたものであり、その目的とするところは、清掃中に
傷を付けにくく、モップ本体の着脱が簡単でありながら
も、使用中は抜けにくいように工夫したハンディモップ
を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】請求項１に記載の発明で
あるハンディモップは、ゴミや埃を付着させるためのモ
ップ本体とそれを取り付けるための把手とからなるハン
ディモップであって、モップ本体は２本の平行な取付け
用の隙間を有しており、把手は偏平で水平な２本の差込
板を根元から二股状に有する取付け部とその取付け部の
根元から後上方へ延びる把持部とで構成されており、モ
ップ本体の取付け用の隙間に把手の取付け部における差
込板を挿入することで使用状態にすることを特徴として
いる。
【０００６】請求項２に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項１に記載のハンディモップにおいて、差込
板の先端に丸みを設けたことを特徴としている。
【０００７】請求項３に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項１又は２に記載のハンディモップにおい
て、取付け部の根元から２本の差込板の間に突き出る押
さえ板を形成し、その押さえ板の先端を上向きに傾斜す
るとともに、裏面に引っ掛け部分を設けたことを特徴と
している。
【０００８】請求項４に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項１〜３のいずれかに記載のハンディモップ
において、差込板の縁に少なくとも一つの凸部を形成し
たことを特徴としている。
【０００９】請求項５に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項４に記載のハンディモップにおいて、モッ
プ本体における挿入用の隙間に、把手の差込板に設けた
凸部が嵌まる拡大領域を形成したことを特徴としてい
る。

【発明の実施の形態】図１は本発明に係るハンディモッ
プの一例を示す斜視図であり、同図に示されるハンディ
モップは、モップ本体１０とそれを取り付けるための把
手２０とで構成されている。
【００１１】モップ本体１０には、毛羽立った合成樹脂
製の不織布を２〜３枚重ね合わせ、中央を横切るように
してライン状に溶着することで束ねられたものが使用さ
れている。そして、そのモップ本体１０の上面は、モッ
プサイズの不織布の上に長さの短い不織布が中程に重ね
られ、その状態で長さ方向の３本の溶着ラインａにより
貼り合わせられており、それら３本の溶着ラインａの間
に２本の平行な取付け用の隙間ｂが形成されている。
【００１２】把手２０は、図２に示すように、合成樹脂
製の取付け部３０とその根元に嵌合固定される同じく合
成樹脂製の把持部４０とで構成されている。このうち取
付け部３０は、図３にも示すように、偏平で水平な２本
の差込板３１を根元から二股状に有している。この差込
板３１は押圧した時に適度なしなりを生じるように長さ
に応じて厚みを決めればよい。一方、把持部４０は、図
４にも示すように、取付け部３０と嵌合した際に取付け
部３０の根元から後上方に延びる形状になっており、平
面的に見た長さは使い勝手の良さを考えると１０〜２０
ｃｍ程度にするのがよい。なお、これらの取付け部３０
と把持部４０はともにポリプロピレンを用いて作製する
のが好ましい。
【００１３】そして、取付け部３０の差込板３１の先端
には丸みが設けられている。この先端の丸みは、平面的
な形状での丸みのみならず、垂直断面的にも設けておく
ことが好ましい。この垂直断面的な丸みは、モップ本体
１０の隙間ｂへの差込板３１の挿入しやすさを考慮する
と、下面側を微小な丸みとし上面側を大きな丸みとする
ことが好ましい。
【００１４】さらに、各差込板３１にはそれぞれ外縁の
２箇所に円弧状の凸部３２が形成されている。この凸部
３２は、挿入時に溶着ラインａに接することで抜け止め
の役目を果たすものであり、２本の差込板３１の外縁と
内縁のいずれかに少なくとも一つ設けてあればよく、い
ずれ側にいくつ設けるかは、抜け止め効果と挿入しやす
さを考慮して適宜設計すればよい。
【００１５】また、取付け部３０の根元から２本の差込
板３１の間に突き出る押さえ板３３が形成されており、
この押さえ板３３は先端が上向きに傾斜しているととも
に、裏面に引っ掛け部分３３ａが形成されている。
【００１６】取付け部３０の根元には、表側をフランジ
３４で囲まれた半円状の薄肉部分３５が設けてあり、そ
の薄肉部分３５には切欠３６が形成されている。一方、
把持部４０は把手部分４１の先端に上下２枚の板部分４
２，４３からなる嵌合構造を設けてある。そして、把持
部４０の板部分４２，４３の間に取付け部３０の薄肉部
分３５が挿入されると、板部分４２，４３の接続部分４
４が薄肉部分３５の切欠３６に合致するとともに、上方
の板部分４２の下面に設けた溝４２ａが薄肉部分３５の
凸部３５ａに嵌まって固定されるようになっている。
【００１７】上記の構成からなるハンディモップは、使
用時に際し、取付け部３０と把持部４０とにより把手２
０を組み立てるとともに、その把手２０にモップ本体１
０を取り付けて図１に示す状態にする。
【００１８】モップ本体１０を把手２０に取り付けるに
は、モップ本体１０の上面にある取付け用の隙間ｂに取
付け部３０の差込板３１を挿入する。この場合、図示の
モップ本体１０は、どちらからでも差し込むことができ
る。挿入すると、差込板３１の凸部３２が外側の溶着ラ
インａに接した状態で挿入され、最後に差込板３１の間
の押さえ板３３が真中の溶着ラインａを乗り越えること
で、図５に示す状態で取付けが完了する。取付け状態で
は、差込板３１の凸部３２が外側の溶着ラインａに接す
るとともに、押さえ板３３の裏面には引っ掛け部分３３
ａが設けてあるので、簡単に抜けることはない。
【００１９】図６は挿入用の隙間に拡大領域を形成した
モップ本体を把手に取り付けた状態を示す説明図であ
る。図６（Ａ）は、溶着ラインａに外側に膨らむ丸みを
持たせた場合であり、この丸みは差込板３１の凸部３２
に対応させてある。また、図６（Ｂ）は溶着ラインａに
抜け部分を残した場合であり、この抜け部分も差込板３
１の凸部３２に対応させてある。このように、挿入用の
隙間に拡大領域を形成しておくことにより、図６
（Ａ），（Ｂ）に示すように、取付け状態において差込
板３１の凸部３２が溶着ラインａの丸み部分又は抜け部
分に嵌まるので、さらに抜けにくくなる。
【００２０】以上、本発明を実施の形態について詳細に
説明してきたが、本発明によるハンディモップは、上記
した実施の形態に何ら限定されるものではななく、本発
明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の変更が可能で
あることは言うまでもないことである。
【００２１】例えば、モップ本体は、取付け用の２本の
隙間が設けてありさえすれば、どのようなタイプであっ
ても構わない。
【００２２】また、上記の例では、不使用時においてコ
ンパクトにするため、把手を嵌合タイプの２部材で構成
しているが、１部材で構成しても勿論構わない。

【発明の効果】請求項１に記載の発明であるハンディモ
ップは、ゴミや埃を付着させるためのモップ本体とそれ
を取り付けるための把手とからなるハンディモップであ
って、モップ本体は２本の平行な取付け用の隙間を有し
ており、把手は偏平で水平な２本の差込板を根元から二
股状に有する取付け部とその取付け部の根元から後上方
へ延びる把持部とで構成されており、モップ本体の取付
け用の隙間に把手の取付け部における差込板を挿入する
ことで使用状態にすることを特徴としているので、モッ
プ本体をワンタッチで着脱することができて、しかも使
用中は抜けにくいという利点があり、またモップ本体は
偏平な差込板に取り付けられ、押した時にしなりがある
ことから、清掃対象物に傷を付けるようなことがない。
【００２４】請求項２に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項１に記載のハンディモップにおいて、差込
板の先端に丸みを設けたことを特徴としているので、上
記効果に加えて、モップ本体の隙間に差込板を挿入する
際に引っ掛かることなくスムースに挿入できるという効
果を奏する。
【００２５】請求項３に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項１又は２に記載のハンディモップにおい
て、取付け部の根元から２本の差込板の間に突き出る押
さえ板を形成し、その押さえ板の先端を上向きに傾斜す
るとともに、裏面に引っ掛け部分を設けたことを特徴と
しているので、上記効果に加えて、モップ本体の隙間に
差込板を挿入した際に、差込板の間の押さえ板が真中の
溶着ラインを乗り越え、抜け止め状態で押さえるように
作用することから、さらに抜けにくくなるという効果を
奏する。
【００２６】請求項４に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項１〜３のいずれかに記載のハンディモップ
において、差込板の縁に少なくとも一つの凸部を形成し
たことを特徴としているので、上記効果に加えて、モッ
プ本体の隙間に差込板を挿入した際に、差込板の凸部が
外側の溶着ラインに接した状態で挿入されることから、
さらに抜けにくくなるという効果を奏する。
【００２７】請求項５に記載の発明であるハンディモッ
プは、請求項４に記載のハンディモップにおいて、モッ
プ本体における挿入用の隙間に、把手の差込板に設けた
凸部が嵌まる拡大領域を形成したことを特徴としている
ので、上記効果に加えて、モップ本体の隙間に差込板を
挿入した際に、差込板の凸部が拡大領域に嵌まった状態
になるので、さらに抜けにくくなるという効果を奏す
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 ゴミや埃を付着させるためのモップ本体
    とそれを取り付けるための把手とからなるハンディモッ
    プであって、モップ本体は２本の平行な取付け用の隙間
    を有しており、把手は偏平で水平な２本の差込板を根元
    から二股状に有する取付け部とその取付け部の根元から
    後上方へ延びる把持部とで構成されており、モップ本体
    の取付け用の隙間に把手の取付け部における差込板を挿
    入することで使用状態にすることを特徴とするハンディ
    モップ。
  2. 【請求項２】 差込板の先端に丸みを設けたことを特徴
    とする請求項１に記載のハンディモップ。
  3. 【請求項３】 取付け部の根元から２本の差込板の間に
    突き出る押さえ板を形成し、その押さえ板の先端を上向
    きに傾斜するとともに、裏面に引っ掛け部分を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のハンディモッ
    プ。
  4. 【請求項４】 差込板の縁に少なくとも一つの凸部を形
    成したことを特徴とする請求項１〜３のいずれかに記載
    のハンディモップ。
  5. 【請求項５】 モップ本体における挿入用の隙間に、把
    手の差込板に設けた凸部が嵌まる拡大領域を形成したこ
    とを特徴とする請求項４に記載のハンディモップ。
