Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ACONDICIONAR UM DISPOSITIVO SEMICONDUTOR USANDO ADESIVO CONDUTOR ANISOTRóPICO". Trata-se uma placa de circuitos (17) com adesivo condutor anisotrópico (13). Os eletrodos de projeção (14) sobre um dispositivo semicondutor (16) estão posicionados em esquemas de ligações (15) sobre a placa de circuitos (17). O dispositivo semicondutor (16) está montado sobre a placa de circuitos (17). O dispositivo semicondutor (16) é preliminarmente a afixado à placa de circuitos (17) por uma ferramenta (18) de termocompressão a uma temperatura menor do que a temperatura de endurecimento da resina adesiva (11) do adesivo condutor anisotrópico (13). O dispositivo semicondutor (16) é finalmente colado à placa de circuitos (17), aquecendo a resina adesiva (11) na sua temperatura de endurecimento.
