Abstract

Un acero inoxidable martensitico que tiene una resistencia a la fisura por tensocorrosion por sulfuro de hidrogeno superior a la del acero Super 13Cr y que tiene una firmeza y resistencia a la corrosion comparable con los aceros inoxidables de doble fase y tiene una composicion quimica que consta esencialmente de, en masa %, C:0.001-0.1%, Si:0.05-1.0%, Mn:0.05-2.0%, P: a lo sumo 0.025%, S: a lo sumo 0.010%, Cu: 0-5%, solucion solida de Mo: 3.5-7%, la composicion satisface la siguiente ecuacion (1), opcionalmente por lo menos un elemento seleccionado de por lo menos uno de los siguientes Grupos A-C, y un remanente de Fe e impurezas y Mo no disuelto, si Mo no disuelto esta presente. Ecuacion (1): Ni-bal.=30(C+N)+0.5(Mn+Cu)+Ni+8.2-1.1(Cr+Mo+1.5Si)=-4.5 Grupo A - W: 0.2-5% Grupo B - V:001-0.50%, Nb: 0.001-0.50%, Ti: 0.001-0.50% y Zr: 0.001-0.50% Grupo C - Ca:0.0005-0.05%, Mg: 0.0005-0.05%, REM:0.0005-0.05% y B:0.0001-0.01%.
