Abstract

"AçO INOXIDáVEL MARTENSìTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aço inoxidável martensítico tendo uma resistência à fratura por estresse por corrosão por sulfeto superior ao aço Super Cr13 e tendo uma resistência e resistência à corrosão comparável ao aço inoxidável de fase dual tem uma composição química consistindo essencialmente em, em % em massa, C: 0,001 - 0,1%, Si: 0,05 -1,0%, Mn: 0,05 - 2,0%, P: no máximo 0,025%, S: no máximo 0,010%, Cr: 11 - 18%, Ni: 1,5 - 10%, sol. de Al: 0,001 - 0,1%, N: no máximo 0,1%, O: no máximo 0,01%, Cu: 0 - 5%, solução sólida de Mo: 3,5 - 7%, a composição satisfazendo a Equação (1), opcionalmente pelo menos um elemento selecionado entre pelo menos um dos Grupos A - C, e um remanescente de Fe e impurezas e Mo não dissolvido, se Mo não dissolvido estiver presente: Equação (1) Ni-restante.= 30(C+N)+0,5(Mn+Cu)+Ni+8,2-1,1(Cr+Mo+1.5Si)<242>-4,5 Grupo A - W: 0,2 - 5% Grupo B - V: 0,001 - 0,50%, Nb: 0,001 - 0,50%, Ti: 0,001 -0,50%, e Zr: 0,001 - 0,50% Grupo C - Ca: 0,0005 - 0,05%, Mg: 0,0005 - 0,05%, REM: 0,0005 - 0,05%, e B: 0,0001 - 0,01 %
