Claims (12)

  1. 챔버내에서 공기를 압축하기 위하여 피스톤이 소정의 행정을 마친후 공기압축 챔버와 대기축 사이에 적어도 한개 또는 다수의 연결장치를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  2. 제1항에있어서 적어도 한개 또는 다수의 제어 가능한 교축 밸브 수단이 공기압축 챔버와 대기축 사이에 연결하는 각 통로상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  3. 제1항에 있엇, 공기 압축 챔버에서 초기 공기압을 조정하는 공기압 공급장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하우징과 미끌어질 수 있게 내장된 피스톤과 피스톤에 의해 제1공기압 챔버와 제2챔버로 분할된 챔버와 제1챔버의 단부와 중간부가 챔버내의 피스톤의 소정행정인 중간부 사이에 연결하게 제공되어 있는 바이패스 통로와, 바이패스 통로 상에 제공되어 있는 교축밸브 수단과 챔버내에 미끌어 질수 있게 설치되어 있는 피스톤과 1단에 피스톤을 가지는 봉을 구비하며 상기 봉의 다른 단부가 외력에 의해 내측으로 압축하기 위해 하우징에서 신장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 피스톤이 봉상에 미끌어 질 수있게 제공되 있으며, 패킹이 봉 둘레 그리고 1측에 설치되고 리레이닝링이 봉의 다른 측의 단부에 고정되 있음을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 큰챔버와 봉으로 미끌어질 수 있게 제공된 큰 피스톤과 큰 챔버에 연속한 작은 챔버 및 작은 챔버내에 미끌어질 수 있게 제공되며 봉의 단부에 제공된 작은 피스톤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  7. 제4항에 있어서 피스톤이 중공이며 원통형 홈이 피스톤의 후단부에서 외츨 표면 둘레에 배치되 있고 적어도 한개 또는 다수의 중공이 피스톤의 중공부를 통해 원통형 홈에 제공되 있음을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  8. 제4항에 있어서 적어도 한개 또는 다수의 패킹 실링 부재가 중공인 피스톤 둘레에 제공되고 스프링 수단은 피스톤의 중공부에 제공되며 스프링 수단은 봉 둘레의 챔버로 신장함을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  9. 제6항에 있어서 챔버를 개방하는 적어도 한개 또는 다수의 공기 충전 중공과 공기충전 중공의 통로에 제공된 적어도 한개 또는 다수의 압력 감소 밸브와 공기압의 적어도 한개의 원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량된 공기압 완충기.
  10. 챔버내에서 공기를 압축하기 위해 피스톤이 소정행정을 마친 후 공기압 챔버와 대기 사이를 연결하므로써 가동장치를 원할하게 정지하는 공기압 완충방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서 공기압 챔버와 대기측 사이를 연결하는 통로상에 제어할 수 있는 교축밸브의 활성단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 완충방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서 공기압 챔버내에서 초기 공기압의 조정 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기압 완충방법.
