Claims (3)
- 有底筒状のシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に同軸的に往復動自在に受容されたピストンとを有し、前記ピストンにオリフィスが設けられているエアダンパであって、
前記ピストンが、合成樹脂材により成形され、かつ前記シリンダの底面に対する側とは相反する側に延出されたピストンロッドと、前記底面に対する側に設けられた凹部とを有し、
前記シリンダの底面に、前記ピストンの前記シリンダへの最大没入状態で前記凹部に突入する凸部が設けられ、
前記凸部と前記凹部とが、前記突入の状態で互いに嵌合するようにそれぞれに設けられたリブにより形成されていることを特徴とするエアダンパ。 - 前記凸部と前記凹部とにそれぞれに設けられたリブは、前記シリンダの軸線に対して同軸的に延在する円弧または円形形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアダンパ。
- 前記凸部と前記凹部とにそれぞれに設けられたリブは、前記シリンダの軸線に対して複数の同心円上に延在する円弧または円形形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアダンパ。
