Description
Claims (13)
- 油圧テンショナーであって、
入口を介して加圧流体源と流体連通するボアを有するテンショナー本体と、そして、
前記テンショナー本体のボア内に受容された中空ピストンであって、当該中空ピストン内から空気及び加圧流体を排出するための直径及び断面積を有する少なくとも1つの軸方向穴を有するピストンノーズを備えたピストン本体と、当該ピストン本体に前記中空ピストン内から空気及び加圧流体を排出するための少なくとも1つの半径方向穴とを含む、前記中空ピストンと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの軸方向穴径は1mm未満であり、前記少なくとも1つの軸方向穴及び前記少なくとも1つの半径方向穴の総断面積は0.01mm2~1.1mm2の間であり、
前記中空ピストンと前記ボアによって画定された油圧チャンバと、そして、
前記中空ピストンを前記入口から離れるように偏らせるために、前記油圧チャンバ内に受容されたピストンスプリングと、
をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つの軸方向の穴は、前記油圧チャンバと大気との間のオイル流れを制御し、前記油圧テンショナーが張力を掛けているチェーンを潤滑するように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つの半径方向の穴は、前記ボアを加圧された流体で直接潤滑することによって、前記ピストンと前記ボアとの間の摩擦を減少させる、
油圧テンショナー。 - 前記少なくとも1つの軸方向穴及び前記少なくとも1つの半径方向穴の前記総断面積が少なくとも0.013mm2である、請求項1に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 各穴の直径が0.1mm~0.5mmである、請求項1に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 各穴の直径が0.1mm~1.0mmである、請求項1に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 前記軸方向穴が2つの穴を含み、前記2つの穴の総断面積が0.01mm2~1.1mm2である、請求項1に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 前記軸方向穴が3つの穴を含み、前記3つの穴の総断面積が0.01mm2~1.1mm2である、請求項1に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 前記軸方向穴が4つの穴を含み、前記4つの穴の総断面積が0.01mm2~1.1mm2である、請求項1に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 前記軸方向穴が5つの穴を含み、前記5つの穴の総断面積が0.01mm2~1.1mm2である、請求項1に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- チェーンに張力を与えるための油圧テンショナーであって、
入口を介して加圧流体源と流体連通するボアを有するテンショナー本体と、
前記テンショナー本体のボア内に受容されたピストン本体を備える中空ピストンであって、前記ピストン本体はピストンノーズを備え、前記ピストンノーズは、前記ピストンノーズ内に少なくとも1つの軸方向穴及び前記ピストン本体内に半径方向穴を含む、前記中空ピストンと、
前記中空ピストン、前記ボアによって画定された油圧チャンバと、そして、
前記中空ピストンを前記入口から離れるように偏らせるために前記油圧チャンバ内に受容されたピストンスプリングと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの軸方向穴及び前記半径方向穴は、前記中空ピストン内から空気及び加圧油を排出し、
前記軸方向穴及び前記半径方向穴の各々の直径が1mm未満であり、前記軸方向穴及び前記半径方向穴の総断面積が0.01mm2~1.1mm2であり、
前記少なくとも1つの軸方向の穴は、前記油圧チャンバと大気との間のオイル流れを制御し、前記油圧テンショナーが張力を掛けているチェーンを潤滑するように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つの半径方向の穴は、前記テンショナー本体のボアを加圧された流体で直接潤滑することによって、前記中空ピストンと前記ボアとの間の摩擦を減少させる、
油圧テンショナー。 - 前記軸方向穴及び前記半径方向穴の総断面積は、少なくとも0.013mm2である、請求項9に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 前記軸方向穴及び前記半径方向穴の直径は、0.1mm~0.5mmである、請求項9に記載の油圧テンショナーピストン。
- 前記軸方向穴及び前記半径方向穴の直径は、0.1mm~1.0mmである、請求項9に記載の油圧テンショナー。
- 前記軸方向穴は、前記中空ピストンの内面から前記中空ピストンの前記ピストン本体の外面まで延びる、請求項9に記載の油圧テンショナー。
