Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の燃料供給装置であって、
低圧領域(4)およびポンプ装置(3)を有し、それにより燃料を前記燃料供給装置の前記低圧領域から前記燃料供給装置の高圧領域(6)に運搬し、
前記高圧領域(6)には、前記ポンプ装置(3)と気筒に配設されたインジェクタ(1)との間に、恒常的に高圧下に置かれている蓄圧システム(7)が設けられており、当該蓄圧システムは、高圧導管(10)を介して結合されている分配ユニット(9)を有し、
前記蓄圧システム(7)は、同様に恒常的に高圧下に置かれている少なくとも一つの高圧導管を介して前記ポンプ装置(3)と接続されており、
前記蓄圧システム(7)は、噴射のタイミングに応じて間欠的に高圧下に置かれる高圧導管(11)を介して前記インジェクタ(1)に接続されている、燃料供給装置において、
前記高圧導管(10)を介して連結されている前記蓄圧システムの全ての分配ユニット(9)は、全ての分配ユニット(9)に対して共通する漏出センサ(14)を有する共通の漏出収集導管(13)に接続されており、それによって前記蓄圧システムに対して限界値を上回る漏出量を単一体として検出し、前記蓄圧システム(7)の各分配ユニット(9)に、独自の目視検査装置(15)が配設されており、それによって前記漏出センサ(14)を介して検出された漏出がある場合、当該漏出を少なくとも一つの分配ユニット(9)を特定し、
各前記目視検査装置(15)は、それぞれの分配ユニット(9)の領域に、前記漏出収集導管(13)に結合された漏出流入部(19)と、同様に前記漏出収集導管(13)に結合された漏出流出部(20)と、を有しており、
前記漏出流入部(19)および前記漏出流出部(20)が前記漏出収集導管(13)に結合されている箇所同士の間には、チョーク(22)が設けられており、
分配ユニット(9)の領域において、漏出が限界値よりも小さい場合、当該漏出は前記チョーク(22)を介して直接的に前記漏出収集導管(13)に流出し、分配ユニット(9)の領域において、漏出が限界値よりも大きい場合、前記チョーク(22)によって堰き止められた漏出は個々の前記漏出流入部(19)を介して、個々の前記目視検査装置(15)の漏出室(21)に到達し、個々の前記目視検査装置(15)の前記漏出室(21)が限界値以上に漏出によって充填されている場合、さらに流入する漏出は、個々の前記漏出流出部(20)を介して前記漏出室(21)から前記漏出収集導管(13)に流出することを特徴とする燃料供給装置。 - 前記漏出流出部(20)は前記漏出流入部(19)の上方で個々の前記目視検査装置(15)の前記漏出室(21)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 前記漏出流出部(20)と前記漏出流入部(19)は個々の前記目視検査装置(15)の前記漏出室(21)と結合されており、当該結合はエンジンが傾斜位置にある場合でも前記漏出室(21)が空にならないように行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料供給装置。
- 各分配ユニット(9)の前記目視検査装置(15)の前記漏出室(21)は、弁(25)を介して空にできることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料供給装置。
