背景技术

根据本发明,压力存储***的通过高压管路联结的所有的分配单元联接到带有用于所有的分配单元的共同的泄漏传感器的共同的泄漏总管路处,以便探测用于作为单元的压力存储***的处在极限值之上的泄漏量,其中,单独的目检装置与压力存储***的每个分配单元相关联,以便在通过泄漏传感器探测到泄漏的情况下使该泄漏与至少一个分配单元相关联。

在此本发明涉及一种尤其构造为大型柴油内燃机或船用柴油内燃机的内燃机的燃料供应设备,尤其共轨燃料供应设备。这种燃料供应设备的基本结构已经参考图1进行了说明。在此本发明现在涉及燃料供应设备的这样的细节,即其使得能够实现安全且可靠地探测到泄漏以及安全且可靠地关联在燃料供应设备的高压区域6中(更具体地讲,在压力存储***7中)的泄漏。
图2显示了根据本发明的燃料供应设备在压力存储***7的区域中(更具体地讲,在压力存储***7的通过高压管路10联结的两个分配单元9的区域中)的示意性的细节。
所有的分配单元9联接到共同的泄漏总管路13处,其中,共同的泄漏传感器14与用于所有的分配单元9的泄漏总管路13相关联。如果在压力存储***7的整个***中(即在在压力存储***7的任何密封部位处)出现大于所限定的极限值的泄漏,那么作为整体或作为单元的压力存储***7的该泄漏可通过泄漏传感器14探测到。
此外,根据本发明的燃料供应设备在压力存储***7的每个分配单元9的区域中具有单独的目检装置15。如果通过泄漏传感器14探测到的总泄漏大于限定的极限值,那么利用目检装置15可识别出在压力存储***7中的非密封的泄漏部位且使之与一个或多个分配单元9具体地相关联。
因此,为了探测大于极限值且不再保证燃料供应设备的整洁的运行的泄漏,单个的泄漏传感器14便已足够。泄漏的关联和因此引起泄漏的未密封的密封部位的识别通过目检装置15实现,该目检装置与单个分配单元9单独地相关联。
如可从图2中得悉的那样,压力存储***7的此处显示的分配单元9通过高压管路10彼此联结,其中,每个分配单元9在一侧具有高压进口16且在另一侧具有高压出口17。通过高压进口16和高压出口17可将分配单元9和因此还有分配单元9的目检装置15联接到高压管路10处或者使分配单元9通过高压管路10结合成压力存储***7。
在相应的分配单元9的相应的高压进口16与相应的高压出口17之间延伸有高压管路区段18,其由在相应的分配单元9中的孔形成。燃料通过该孔或从高压管路区段18从高压进口16至高压出口17流动通过相应的分配单元9。燃料可以该孔或高压管路区段18为出发点从相应的分配单元9朝相应的喷射器1的方向上被引出。
如可从图2中得悉的那样,每个目检装置15在相应的分配单元9的区域中在一侧通过泄漏进口19且在另一侧通过泄漏出口20与泄漏总管路13相联结。不仅泄漏进口19而且泄漏出口20在相应的分配单元9的区域中作用在相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21处。
可通过泄漏进口19将泄漏物从待监测的密封部位(在所显示的实施例中,从相应的分配单元9的待监测的高压进口16)朝相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21的方向上导引,并且其中,可通过泄漏出口20将泄漏物从相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21朝泄漏总管路13的方向上引出。
此外,根据图2,每个分配单元9的相应的目检装置15包括节流阀22,其连接在这样的位置之间,即在该位置处泄漏进口19和泄漏出口20联结到泄漏总管路13处。
如果在分配单元9的区域中泄漏小于极限值,那么泄漏物可通过相应的节流阀21直接流出到泄漏总管路13中。
反之,如果在相应的分配单元9的区域中泄漏大于极限值,那么泄漏物堵在节流阀22之前且然后通过泄漏进口19到达到相应的目检装置15的相应的泄漏室21的区域中。
如果相应的分配单元9或者相应的目检装置15的属于各个分配单元的泄漏室21填充有泄漏物,且其他的泄漏物通过泄漏进口19继续流入(nachfließen),那么那时泄漏物可通过相应的泄漏出口20从相应的目检装置15的相应的泄漏室21流出到泄漏总管路13中,以避免泄漏室21被泄漏物的过度充满。
因此,如已经解释的那样,在压力存储***7中在大于极限值且不再能够实现燃料供应设备的整洁的运行的泄漏的情况下,作为单元的压力存储***7的作为这样的泄漏借助于共同的泄漏传感器14来探测(其与泄漏总管路13相关联)。尽管使用共同的泄漏传感器14,为了可使泄漏与具体的密封部位或具体的分配单元9相关联,每个分配单元9具有目检装置15,其在所显示的实施例中联结到相应的分配单元9的高压进口16处。相应的目检装置15包括泄漏室21,其通过泄漏进口19和泄漏出口20联结到泄漏总管路13处,更确切地说如此进行,即在泄漏进口19与泄漏总管路13之间连接有节流阀22。如果在分配单元19的区域中形成大于极限值的泄漏,泄漏不可通过节流阀22完全流出到用于所有的分配单元19的共同的泄漏总管路13中,而是那时泄漏物堵在节流阀22之前且然后通过泄漏进口19到达到相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21中。在泄漏室21中存在的空气通过泄漏出口20从集流室21朝泄漏总管路13的方向上引出。如果将其他的泄漏物通过泄漏进口19输送到相应的泄漏室21中,其他的泄漏物自在泄漏室21中的一定的填充高度起通过泄漏出口20从泄漏室21朝泄漏总管路13的方向上流出。
如可从图3中得悉的那样,泄漏出口20在泄漏进口19上方联结到相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21处,以便在相应的分配单元9的区域中在大于极限值的泄漏的情况下首先能够填装相应的泄漏室21,且以便当泄漏室21已经达到一定的填充高度时,那时紧接着将进一步继续流入的泄漏物朝泄漏总管路13的方向上引出。
如果在目检装置15的区域中(更具体地讲,在这种目检装置的泄漏室21的区域中)已经积聚有泄漏物,那么可通过视孔玻璃23视觉地注意到泄漏物。
为了当在识别出大于极限值且已经导致燃料供应设备断开的泄漏时避免泄漏物从相应的分配单元9的相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21(在该处出现不可靠的很高的泄漏)完全流出,泄漏进口19如此作用在相应的泄漏室21处,即泄漏物不可通过泄漏进口19完全排出。如果存在内燃机和因此燃料供应设备的斜置,那么这同样适用。因此图3在安装位置中显示了燃料供应设备在分配单元9的区域中的截面,其中,利用点划线24表明了在相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21中的泄漏物填充高度。
如果燃料供应设备停止运转且因此没有其他的泄漏继续流入到泄漏室21中,且如果此外由于内燃机的横荡内燃机离开在图3中显示的相对位置,那时保证泄漏物的至少一部分残留在泄漏室21中且可通过视孔玻璃23从外部识别出。
为了在完成维修或修复燃料供应设备的非密封部位后完全排空相应的目检装置15的泄漏室21,在图2和3的实施例中可通过松开螺丝移去视孔玻璃23,从而那时将仍在泄漏室21中存在的泄漏量从泄漏室中除去。
不同于此,图4显示了一这样的实施例,在其中存在附加的阀25,在修理泄漏部位之后可通过该阀将残余泄漏物从泄漏室21中导出。于是在这种情况下不必再拆卸视孔玻璃23,而可在装配的视孔玻璃23的情况下通过操纵阀25保证相应的目检装置15的相应的泄漏室21的完全的排空。

Claims (8)

1.一种内燃机的燃料供应设备,其带有具有泵装置(3)的低压区域(4),以便将燃料从所述燃料供应设备的低压区域输送到该燃料供应设备的高压区域(6)中,其中,在所述泵装置(3)和与气缸相关联的喷射器(1)之间的高压区域中设置有永久处在高压下的压力存储***(7),其具有通过高压管路(10)联结的分配单元(9),其中,所述压力存储***(7)通过至少一个同样永久处在高压下的高压管路与所述泵装置(3)相连接,其中,所述压力存储***(7)通过取决于喷射节拍暂时处在高压下的高压管路(11)与所述喷射器(1)相连接,其特征在于,所述压力存储***的通过所述高压管路(10)联结的所有的分配单元(9)联接到带有用于所有的分配单元(9)的共同的泄漏传感器(14)的共同的泄漏总管路(13)处,以探测用于作为单元的所述压力存储***的处在极限值之上的泄漏量,并且单独的目检装置(15)与所述压力存储***(7)的每个分配单元(9)相关联,以便在通过所述泄漏传感器(14)探测到泄漏的情况下将该泄漏与至少一个分配单元(9)相关联;
其中,所述单独的目检装置(15)具有泄漏室(21),其集成在所述分配单元(9)中并且当所述单独的目检装置(15)安装就位时为可视的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料供应设备,其特征在于,在相应的分配单元(9)的区域中的每个目检装置(15)具有与所述泄漏总管路(13)相联结的泄漏进口(19)和同样与所述泄漏总管路(13)相联结的泄漏出口(20),其中,节流阀(22)定位在这样的部位之间,即,所述泄漏进口(19)和所述泄漏出口(20)在该部位处联结到所述泄漏总管路(13)处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料供应设备,其特征在于,如果在分配单元(9)的区域中泄漏小于极限值,那么泄漏物通过所述节流阀(22)直接流出到所述泄漏总管路(13)中,如果在分配单元(9)的区域中泄漏大于极限值,那么由所述节流阀(22)堵住的泄漏物通过相应的所述泄漏进口(19)到达到相应的所述目检装置(15)的泄漏室(21)中,且如果相应的所述目检装置(15)的泄漏室(21)被泄漏物填充到大于极限值,那么继续流入的泄漏物通过相应的所述泄漏出口(20)从所述泄漏室(21)中流出到所述泄漏总管路(13)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃料供应设备,其特征在于,所述泄漏出口(20)在所述泄漏进口(19)上方联结到相应的所述目检装置(15)的泄漏室(21)处。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的燃料供应设备,其特征在于,所述泄漏出口(20)和所述泄漏进口(19)如此联结到相应的所述目检装置(15)的泄漏室(21)处,即即使在马达斜置的情况下不会出现所述泄漏室(21)的排空。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的燃料供应设备,其特征在于,每个分配单元(9)的目检装置(15)的泄漏室(21)可通过阀(25)排空。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的燃料供应设备,其特征在于,所述内燃机为大型柴油内燃机或船用柴油内燃机。
8.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的燃料供应设备,其特征在于,所述燃料供应设备为共轨燃料供应设备。
