Claims (17)
1. Оптическое устройство, создающее похожие на мерцание оптические эффекты, где оптическое устройство включает, по меньшей мере, одну структуру пиктограмм изображений, образованных из одного или более отвержденных пигментированных материалов, и, по меньшей мере, одну структуру необязательно включенных фокусирующих элементов, расположенных так, чтобы формировать одно или более синтетических изображений, по меньшей мере, части, по меньшей мере, одной структуры пиктограмм изображений, при этом все или некоторое количество одного или более пигментированных материалов отверждено с помощью коллимированного света, направленного через фокусирующие элементы под одним или более углом(-ами) относительно поверхности оптического устройства, чтобы образовать направленно отвержденные пиктограммы изображений, где одно или более синтетическое(-ые) изображение(-я) направленно отвержденных пиктограмм изображений видимо(-ы) под одним или более углом(-ами) отверждения коллимированным светом и, таким образом, визуально появляется и исчезает, или включается и выключается, во время перемещения угла наблюдения устройства через эти углы.
2. Оптическое устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что пиктограммы изображений выбраны из группы, которая включает узлы на или в поверхности оптического устройства, пустоты или углубления на или в поверхности оптического устройства, или их комбинации.
3. Оптическое устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что пиктограммы изображений микроразмера и наноразмера установлены вместе в одной структуре или слое пиктограмм изображений внутри устройства.
4. Оптическое устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что каждая пиктограмма изображений в, по меньшей мере, одной структуре пиктограмм изображений образована из одного отвержденного пигментированного материала, при этом пигментированный материал отвержден путем применения коллимированного света под отличающимся углом.
5. Оптическое устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что каждая пиктограмма изображений в, по меньшей мере, одной структуре пиктограмм изображений образована из двух отвержденных пигментированных материалов, каждый из которых имеет отличающийся цвет, и каждый из которых отвержден путем применения коллимированного света под отличающимся углом.
6. Способ изготовления оптического устройства по п. 5, включающий: отверждение цветного пигментированного материала с использованием коллимированного света под одним углом, смывание неотвержденного пигментированного материала с устройства, и затем добавление второго цветного пигментированного материала и отверждение его под другим углом.
7. Оптическое устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что каждая пиктограмма изображений в, по меньшей мере, одной структуре пиктограмм изображений образована из одного отвержденного флуоресцирующего пигментированного материала и одного отвержденного нефлуоресцирующего пигментированного материала.
8. Лазерно маркируемое оптическое устройство, включающее оптическое устройство по п. 1 и, необязательно, один или более слоев, расположенных выше и/или ниже оптического устройства, при этом, по меньшей мере, одна структура или слой оптического устройства или, по меньшей мере, один слой выше или ниже оптического устройства является лазерно маркируемой структурой или слоем.
9. Лазерно маркируемое оптическое устройство по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что лазерно маркируемое оптическое устройство имеет, по меньшей мере, один слой, расположенный ниже оптического устройства и являющийся лазерно маркируемым слоем, и где, по меньшей мере, одна структура пиктограмм изображений оптического устройства образована из одного или более отвержденных пигментированных материалов и одного или более отвержденных непигментированных материалов.
10. Лазерно маркированное оптическое устройство, включающее оптическое устройство по п. 1 и, необязательно, один или более слоев, расположенных выше и/или ниже оптического устройства, при этом, по меньшей мере, одна структура или слой оптического устройства или, по меньшей мере, один слой выше или ниже оптического устройства является лазерно маркируемой структурой или слоем, и где таковая, по меньшей мере, одна лазерно маркируемая структура или слой имеет одно или более лазерно маркированных статических двумерных изображений.
11. Лазерно маркированное оптическое устройство по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что лазерно маркированное оптическое устройство имеет, по меньшей мере, один слой, расположенный ниже оптического устройства и являющийся лазерно маркируемым слоем, и где, по меньшей мере, одна структура пиктограмм изображений оптического устройства образована из одного или более отвержденных пигментированных материалов и одного или более отвержденных непигментированных материалов.
12. Способ нанесения лазерной маркировки на лазерно маркируемое оптическое устройство по п. 8, включающий направление лазерной энергии внутрь или ниже оптического устройства под углом, отличающимся от угла или углов применения коллимированной отверждающей энергии.
13. Листовой материал, сделанный из оптического устройства по п. 1 или использующий оптическое устройство по п. 1.
14. Документ, сделанный из листового материала по п. 13.
15. Базовая платформа, сделанная из оптического устройства по п. 1 или использующая оптическое устройство по п. 1.
16. Документ, сделанный из базовой платформы по п. 15.
17. Полимерная ИД-карта, включающая оптическое устройство по п. 1 в виде включенной в ИД-карту накладки.
