Claims (12)
1. Приводной вал, в частности карданный вал для автомобилей, содержащий по меньшей мере один полый участок и по меньшей мере один шарнир равных угловых скоростей, наружная обойма которого соединена с полым участком вала и который герметично изолирован от полого участка вала крышкой, отличающийся тем, что крышка и полый участок вала выполнены и расположены таким образом, чтобы внутренняя обойма шарнира равных угловых скоростей вследствие воздействия на нее осевого усилия, в частности при дорожно-транспортном происшествии, не могла проникнуть в полый участок вала или по меньшей мере проникала в него незначительно.
2. Приводной вал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полый участок вала имеет по меньшей мере одну зону с определенным характером пластической деформации, в частности по типу выворачиваемой трубы.
3. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей, в частности для приводного вала по п.1 или 2, содержащий внутреннюю обойму, наружную обойму, расположенный между внутренней и наружной обоймами сепаратор, в котором размещены шарики, которые для передачи крутящего момента входят в канавки внутренней и наружной обойм, и крышку, герметично закрывающую наружную обойму, отличающийся тем, что крышка образует упорную поверхность, которая ограничивает осевое перемещение внутренней обоймы относительно наружной обоймы, в частности при дорожно-транспортном происшествии.
4. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что крышка ограничивает осевое перемещение внутренней обоймы относительно наружной обоймы примерно до значения, меньшего 25 мм, в частности примерно до значения, меньшего 15 мм.
5. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что за счет подходящего выбора геометрии и/или материала крышки она выдерживает передаваемое внутренней обоймой осевое усилие по меньшей мере 50 кН, в частности по меньшей мере 100 кН.
6. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что крышка имеет обращенный к внутренней обойме выступ, образующий упорную поверхность.
7. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что крышка имеет для жесткости гофры, ребра, загибы и т.п.
8. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что крышка состоит из высокопрочного металла или из синтетического материала, в частности армированного волокном.
9. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что крышка не влияет на необходимый в эксплуатации максимальный поворот внутренней обоймы относительно наружной обоймы.
10. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что наружная обойма по меньшей мере на отдельных участках охвачена держателем, в частности образующим полый участок вала, с фиксацией от проворачивания и закреплена в этом держателе.
11. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что внутренняя обойма соединена, в частности, за одно целое с втулкой, которая имеет внутренние шлицы для соединения с фиксацией от проворачивания с шейкой вала коробки передачи или дифференциала.
12. Шарнир равных угловых скоростей по п.3, отличающийся тем, что во внутренней обойме выполнены распределенные по ее окружности первые и вторые внутренние канавки, расположенные попеременно и напротив друг друга, в наружной обойме выполнены распределенные по ее окружности первые и вторые внешние канавки, расположенные попеременно и напротив друг друга, а сепаратор установлен с возможностью направленного перемещения в наружной обойме, причем на внутренней поверхности наружной обоймы между внешними канавками выполнены попарно примыкающие друг к другу первые и вторые поверхности центрирования сепаратора, причем первые поверхности центрирования сепаратора примыкают к первым внешним канавкам, а вторые поверхности центрирования сепаратора - ко вторым внешним канавкам, и первые поверхности центрирования сепаратора проходят от первого края в направлении противоположного второго края и при этом приближаются к оси наружной обоймы, а вторые поверхности центрирования сепаратора проходят от второго края в направлении первого края и при этом приближаются к оси наружной обоймы.
