Description
Claims (20)
- 中空シャフト部と、固定ジョイントである等速ジョイントとを有し、前記ジョイントの外側ハブが前記中空シャフト部に接続され、前記ジョイントが蓋によって前記中空シャフト部に対してシールされている駆動シャフトにおいて、
前記蓋及び前記中空シャフト部が、前記等速ジョイントに作用する軸力の結果として前記等速ジョイントの内側ハブが前記中空シャフト部内へと突出することができないように構成されて配置されており、
前記等速ジョイントの前記内側ハブの外径は、前記中空シャフト部の内径より小さく、
前記中空シャフト部が、所定の塑性変形挙動を示す少なくとも1つの領域を有し、
前記蓋が、補強のためのビード又はリブを有することを特徴とする駆動シャフト。 - 請求項1に記載の駆動シャフトのための固定ジョイントである等速ジョイントであって、内側ハブと、外側ハブと、前記内側ハブと前記外側ハブとの間に配置され且つトルクを伝達するために前記内側ハブ及び前記外側ハブのランニングトラックに係合するボールが内部に収容されるケージと、前記外側ハブをシールする蓋とを有する等速ジョイントにおいて、
前記蓋が、前記外側ハブに対する前記内側ハブの軸方向変位を制限する接触面を規定することを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 前記蓋が、前記外側ハブに対する前記内側ハブの軸方向変位を約25mm未満に制限することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記蓋が、当該蓋の幾何学的形状及び/又は材料の適切な選択により、前記内側ハブによって伝えられる50kNの軸力に耐えることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記蓋が、前記内側ハブと対向し且つ前記接触面を形成する突起を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記蓋が、高強度金属、又は、プラスチックから成ることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記蓋が、動作時に必要とされる前記外側ハブに対する前記内側ハブの最大偏位を妨げないことを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記外側ハブが、全領域で又は一部の領域で、収容部によって囲まれて収容部と共に回転し、前記蓋が前記収容部内に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記内側ハブがスリーブに接続され、前記スリーブが、トランスミッションジャーナル又は差動ジャーナルと共に回転するために当該ジャーナルとの接続固定のための内歯系を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記内側ハブにおいては、カウンタトラックとしての第1及び第2のランニング溝が交互に分布されるように配置され、前記外側ハブにおいては、カウンタトラックとしての第1及び第2の外側ランニング溝が交互に分布されるように配置され、これにより、外側ランニング溝間の前記外側ハブの内面には、対を成して互いに隣接する第1のケージ心出し面及び第2のケージ心出し面が外側ランニング溝間に形成され、第1のケージ心出し面がどの場合にも第1の外側ランニング溝に隣接し、第2のケージ心出し面が第2の外側ランニング溝に隣接し、第1のケージ心出し面が、一端部から始まり、反対側の第2の端部の方向へと延び、そうすることで外側ハブ軸に近づき、第2のケージ心出し面が、第2の端部から始まり、第1の端部の方向へと延び、そうすることで外側ハブ軸に近づくことを特徴とする、請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記駆動シャフトは自動車用の長手方向シャフトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動シャフト。
- 前記軸力は、事故に起因する軸力であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動シャフト。
- 前記蓋及び前記中空シャフト部が、前記等速ジョイントに作用する軸力の結果として前記等速ジョイントの内側ハブが前記中空シャフト部内へと大きく突出することができないように構成されて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動シャフト。
- 前記中空シャフト部が、折り畳み可能なチューブの態様で所定の塑性変形挙動を示す領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動シャフト。
- 前記軸方向変位は、事故に関連する変位であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記蓋が、前記外側ハブに対する前記内側ハブの軸方向変位を約15mm未満に制限することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記蓋が、当該蓋の幾何学的形状及び/又は材料の適切な選択により、前記内側ハブによって伝えられる100kNの軸力に耐えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記蓋が、繊維強化プラスチックから成ることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記収容部が、中空シャフト部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記内側ハブが一体でスリーブに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイント。
