Abstract
【解決手段】 前記等速自在ジョイント11の1つがアウタージョイント部材12と、インナージョイント部材17と、ボール19と、ケージ20を含んでおり、1対の軌道の前記ボール軌道14,18の前記第1および第2交差角が大きさにおいて同一でありかつ前記ジョイント軸線に対して対称的に位置決めされ、前記ボールケージ20が前記等速ジョイント内に軸方向に固定され、前記中間軸が軸方向に延びる第1ボール溝43を備えたスリーブ42、軸方向に延びる第2ボール溝45を備えたジャーナル44、各々第1ボール溝43および第2ボール溝45からなっている1対の溝の内にグループで保持されるボール46、および互いから一定の距離に前記ボール46を保持するケージ47からなっている長手方向突入ユニット41を含んでいる。

Description
ボールケージが、インナージョイント部材がその中で半径方向に保持されるインナー筒状案内面、およびアウタージョイント部材のインナー筒状案内面内に半径方向に保持される球状外面を含んでおり;前記ボールケージが第1軸方向において前記アウタージョイント部材の前記環状ストッパ面に支持されそして前記インナージョイント部材が第2軸方向において前記ボールケージの第2環状ストッパ面に支持されることに存する。

Claims (1)
- 2つの等速自在ジョイントおよび中間軸を含んでいる駆動軸であって、
前記等速自在ジョイント(11)の1つがジョイント軸線(A)との第1交差角を形成する第1ボール軌道(14)を備えたアウタージョイント部材(12)と、
前記ジョイント軸線(A)との第2交差角を形成する第2ボール軌道(18)を備えたインナージョイント部材(17)と、
前記第1ボール軌道(14)と前記第2ボール軌道(18)からなる1対の軌道内で走行するボール(19)と、
共通平面(E)内に前記ボール(19)を保持するケージ(20)と、を含んでおり、 前記1対のボール軌道(14,18)の前記第1、第2交差角の大きさが同一であり、 かつ、前記ジョイント軸線(A)に対して対称的に位置決めされ、かつ、前記ボールケ ージ(20)が前記等速ジョイント内に軸方向に固定され、
前記中間軸が軸方向に延びる第1ボール溝(43)を備えたスリーブ(42)と、軸 方向に延びる第2ボール溝(45)を備えたジャーナル(44)と、第1ボール溝(4 3)および第2ボール溝(45)からなっている1対の溝の内にグループで保持される ボール(46)と、互いに一定の距離に前記ボール(46)を保持するケージ(47) とを含む長手方向押込ユニット(41)を含んでいることを特徴とする駆動軸。
