Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.3−エトキシ−4−ヒドロキシ−5−ニトロベンズアルデヒドを、塩化亜鉛 、水および塩化水素からなる試薬と反応させることを特徴とする3,4−ジヒド ロキシ−5−ニトロベンズアルデヒドの製造方法。 2.塩化亜鉛の量が3−エトキシ−4−ヒドロキシ−5−ニトロベンズアルデヒ ド1kgあたり1.5kg〜25kgであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の方法。 3.塩化亜鉛の量が3−エトキシ−4−ヒドロキシ−5−ニトロベンズアルデヒ ド1kgあたり2.5kg〜4kgであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記 載の方法。 4.塩酸の量が塩化亜鉛1kgあたり0.17L〜0.6Lであることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5.塩酸の量が塩化亜鉛1kgあたり0.22L〜0.4Lであることを特徴と する請求の範囲第4項記載の方法。 6.塩酸の濃度が10%〜40%であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載 の方法。 7.塩酸の濃度が20%〜38%であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載 の方法。 8.温度が70℃〜130℃であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。 9.温度が80℃〜110℃であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項記載の方 法。 10.粗生成物をさらにトルエンから結晶化することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項記載の方法。
