본 발명은 염화아연, 물 및 염화수소로 이루어진 시약과 3-에폭시-4-하이드록시-5-니트로벤즈알데히드와의 반응에 의해 3,4-디하이드록시-5-니트로벤즈알데히드를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 3-에톡시-4-하이드록시-5-니트로벤즈알데히드를 염화아연, 물 및 염화수소로 이루어진 시약과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 3,4-디하이드록시-5-니트로벤즈알데히드를 제조하는 방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염화아연의 양이 3-에톡시-4-하이드록시-5-니트로벤즈알데히드 1㎏당 1.5-25㎏인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 염화아연의 양이 3-에톡시-4-하이드록시-5-니트로벤즈알데히드 1㎏당 2.5-4㎏인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염산의 양이 염화아연 1㎏당 0.17-0.6L인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 염산의 양이 염화아연 1㎏당 0.22-0.4L인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염산의 농도가 10-38%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 염산의 농도가 20-40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 70-130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 80-110℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
