Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記のa)、b)を含む管状の管腔内移植片。 a)外表面と内腔面と壁を有し、この壁を貫く多数の開口がある、直径方向に 調整の可能な管状ステント。 b)この直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに張りつけられたカバーであって 、厚さが約0.10mm未満であり、外表面、内腔面、そして当該カバーの外表面から 内腔面に達するシームを有する、多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの 管状カバー。 2.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの管状カバーが前記直径 方向に調整可能な管状ステントの外表面に張りつけられている、請求の範囲第1 項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 3.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの管状カバーが前記直径 方向に調整可能な管状ステントの外表面に接着剤によって張りつけられている、 請求の範囲第2項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 4.前記接着剤が熱可塑性接着剤である、請求の範囲第3項記載の管状の管腔 内移植片。 5.前記熱可塑性接着剤が熱可塑性フルオロポリマー接着剤である、請求の範 囲第4項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 6.前記熱可塑性フルオロポリマー接着剤がフッ素化エチレンプロピレンであ る、請求の範囲第5項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 7.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの管状カバーが前記直径 方向に調整可能な管状ステントの内腔面に張りつけられている、請求の範囲第1 項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 8.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの管状カバーが前記直径 方向に調整可能な管状ステントの内腔面に接着剤によ って張りつけられている、請求の範囲第7項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 9.前記接着剤が熱可塑性接着剤である、請求の範囲第8項記載の管状の管腔 内移植片。 10.前記熱可塑性接着剤が熱可塑性フルオロポリマー接着剤である、請求の範 囲第9項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 11.前記熱可塑性フルオロポリマー接着剤がフッ素化エチレンプロピレンであ る、請求の範囲第10項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 12.前記管状カバーが、直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントの外表面に張りつ けられた多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第一の管状カバー、並び に前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントの内腔面に張りつけられた多孔質延伸 膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムの第二の管状カバーを含む、請求の範 囲第1項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 13.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第一の管状カバーが前 記ステントの壁を貫く開口を通して前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチ レンフィルムの第二の管状カバーに張りつけられている、請求の範囲第12項記載 の管状の管腔内移植片。 14.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第一の管状カバーが前 記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムの第二の管状カバーに接 着剤によって張りつけられている、請求の範囲第13項記載の管状の管腔内移植片 。 15.前記接着剤がフッ素化エチレンプロピレンである、請求の範囲第14項記載 の管状の管腔内移植片。 16.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第一及び第二の管状カ バーが接着剤によって張りつけられている、請求の範囲第12項記載の管状の管腔 内移植片。 17.前記接着剤がフッ素化エチレンプロピレンである、請求の範囲第16項記載 の管状の管腔内移植片。 18.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンが互いに対し実質的に平 行な一軸配向フィブリルによりノードが相互につながれた微細構造を持ち、当該 一軸配向フィブリルが前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに関し周方向に配 向されている、請求の範囲第2項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 19.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンが互いに対し実質的に平 行な一軸配向フィブリルによりノードが相互につながれた微細構造を持ち、当該 一軸配向フィブリルが前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに関し長さ方向に 配向されている、請求の範囲第7項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 20.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンが実質的に垂直な二つの 方向に配向されたフィブリルによりノードが相互につながれた微細構造を持ち、 当該実質的に垂直な二つの方向が前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに関し 周方向と長手方向に配向されている、請求の範囲第2項記載の管状の管腔内移植 片。 21.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第一の管状カバーが前 記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに関し周方向に配向された一軸配向フィブ リルによりノードが相互につながれた微細構造を持ち、そして前記多孔質延伸膨 張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第二の管状カバーが前記直径方向に調整可能な 管状ステントに関し長手方向に配向された一軸配向フィブリルによりノードが相 互につながれた微細構造を持つ、請求の範囲第12項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 22.前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第一の管状カバーが前 記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに関し周方向に 配向された一軸配向フィブリルによりノードが相互につながれた微細構造を持ち 、そして前記多孔質延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第二の管状カバーが 前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに関し長手方向に配向された一軸配向フ ィブリルによりノードが相互につながれた微細構造を持つ、請求の範囲第13項記 載の管状の管腔内移植片。 23.当該管状の管腔内移植片が直径方向に調整可能な2以上の管状ステントに 張りつけられた管状カバーを含む、請求の範囲第1項記載の管状の管腔内移植片 。 24.前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントがNitinol ステントである、請求 の範囲第1項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 25.前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントがNitinol ステントである、請求 の範囲第2項記載の管状の管腔内移植片。 26.前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントがNitinol 43.前記管状カバーを接着剤で張りつける、請求の範囲第42項記載の方法。 44.前記接着剤がフッ素化エチレンプロピレンである、請求の範囲第43項記載 の方法。 45.a)外表面と内腔面と壁を有し、この壁を貫く多数の開口のある、直径方 向に調整の可能な少なくとも一つの管状ステントを選び、 b)上記外表面に第一の管状カバーを、そして上記内腔面に第二の管状カバー を張りつけ、これらの第一及び第二の管状カバーは一緒になって厚さが約0.l0mm 未満であり、且つこれらの第一及び第二の管状カバーが外表面、内腔面、そして 当該管状カバーの外表面から内腔面に達するシームを有することを含む管状の管 腔内移植片の製造方法。 46.前記第一及び第二の管状カバーを接着剤で張りつける、請求の範囲第45項 記載の方法。 47.前記接着剤がフッ素化エチレンプロピレンである、請求の範囲第46項記載 の方法。 48.a)外表面と内腔面と壁を有し、この壁を貫く多数の開口のあるステント であって、しぼませた直径と拡張した直径とを持ち、この拡張した直径が当該し ぼませた直径の少なくとも1.5倍であり、当該ステントがこの拡張した直径に 直径方向に調整されている、直径方向に調整可能な少なくとも一つの管状ステン トを選び、 b)この直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントに管状カバーを張り っけ、 c)当該直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントを上記しぼませた直径近くまでし ぼませることを含む管状の管腔内移植片の製造方法。 49.前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントを前記しぼませた直径近くまでし ぼませる工程を、当該直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントをオリフィスを通して 引っ張ることでなし遂げ、このオリフィスには入口直径と出口直径とがあって、 この入口直径は当該出口直径より大きく、且つこのオリフィスは当該入口直径と 出口直径との間でテーパー付きにされている、請求項48記載の方法。 50.前記管状カバーを前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントの外表面に張り つける、請求の範囲第48項記載の方法。 51.前記管状カバーを前記直径方向に調整可能な管状ステントの内腔面に張り
