Claims (18)

1. Postupak proizvodnje vodenih suspenzija mineralnih materijala s visokim udjelom krutina koji sadrži korake: a) dobavljanje barem jednog mineralnog materijala, b) pripremu vodene suspenzije koja sadrži barem jedan mineralni materijal iz koraka a) c) mljevenje mineralnog materijala rezultirajuće vodene suspenzije iz koraka b), d) koncentriranje vodene suspenzije mljevenog mineralnog materijala iz koraka c) brzim hlađenjem, naznačen time da - u vodenu suspenziju iz koraka b) se dodaje barem jedno sredstvo za raspršivanje, pri čemu se barem jedno sredstvo za raspršivanje dodaje u potpunosti prije koraka mljevenja c), ili u obrocima prije i tijekom koraka mljevenja c), ili prije i tijekom i/ili nakon koraka mljevenja c), gdje je barem jedno sredstvo za raspršivanje nezavisno izabrano iz skupine koja sadrži homopolimere ili kopolimere polikarboksilnih kiselina poput akrilne, metakrilne kiseline ili maleinske kiseline; i/ili njihove soli, npr. djelomično ili potpuno neutralizirane kisele soli sa natrijem, litijem, kalijem, amonijem, kalcijem, magnezijem, stroncijem i/ili aluminijem ili njihove smjese, poželjno natrij, kalcij i magnezij; ili derivate takvih kiselina poput estera zasnovanih na, npr., akrilnoj kiselini, metakrilnoj kiselini, maleinskoj kiselini, fumarnoj kiselini, itakonskoj kiselini, npr. akril amid ili akrilni esteri poput metilmetakrilata, ili njihove smjese; alkalne polifosfati; ili njihove smjese, te gdje - vodena suspenzija, prije koraka d), ima sadržaj krutina od iznad 70 do 80 wt% zasnovano na ukupnoj masi suspenzije, te gdje - u koraku d), vodena suspenzija podvrgava se tlaku od 200 do 500 mbara, te gdje - konačan sadržaj krutina vodene suspenzije dobivene nakon koraka d) je od 80 do 85 wt%.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je barem jedan mineralni materijal izabran iz skupine koja sadrži prirodni kalcij karbonat (GCC), poput mramora, krede, vapnenca; istaloženi kalcij karbonat (PCC) poput aragonitskog PCC; vateritskog PCC i/ili kalcitskog PCC; posebno prizmatični, rombohedralni ili skalenohedralni PCC; kalcij karbonat modificirane površine; dolomit; talk; bentonit; glina; magnezit; satensko bijelilo; sepiolit, huntit, diatomit; silikate; te njihove smjese.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da od 40 do 85 wt%, poželjno od 45 do 80 wt%, još poželjnije od 50 do 75 wt%, najpoželjnije od 60 do 70 wt%, npr. 65 wt% čestica barem jednog mineralnog materijala u koraku a) imaju ekvivalentni sferični promjer od < 10 µm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da vodena suspenzija, prije koraka d), ima sadržaj krutina od 72 do 79 wt%, poželjno od 74 do 78 wt%, još poželjnije od 76 do 78%, zasnovano na ukupnoj masi suspenzije.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da ukupna količina barem jednog sredstva za raspršivanje dodanog prije koraka mljevenja c), ili prije i tijekom koraka c), ili prije i tijekom i/ili nakon koraka mljevenja c), je od oko 0.01 do 1.25 wt%, poželjno 0.05 do 1 wt%, još poželjnije 0.1 do 0.7 wt%, najpoželjnije od 0.3 do 0.5 wt% zasnovano na suhoj masi mineralnog materijala.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je molekularna masa Mw barem jednog sredstva za raspršivanje u rasponu od 1000 do 15000 g/mol, poželjno u rasponu od 3000 do 7000 g/mol, npr. 3500 g/mol, najpoželjnije u rasponu od 4000 do 6000 g/mol, npr. 5500 g/mol.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da prije, tijekom ili nakon koraka c), ali prije koraka d), se u vodenu suspenziju iz koraka b) dodaje barem jedan oksid i/ili hidroksid zemnoalkala, poželjno vapnenac i/ili spaljeni dolomit.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da se oksid i/ili hidroksid zemnoalkala dodaje u količini od oko 0.001 do 0.1 wt%, poželjno 0.005 do 0.07 wt%, još poželjnije 0.007 do 0.05 wt%, najpoželjnije 0.01 do 0.03 wt%, npr. 0.02 wt% zasnovano na suhoj masi mineralnog materijala.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se korak c) provodi nekoliko puta.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da od 20 do 70 wt%, poželjno 36 do 68 wt%, još poželjnije od 40 do 60 wt%, npr. 50 wt% čestica barem jednog mineralnog materijala ima veličinu čestica od < 2 µm nakon koraka c).
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da od 10 do 90 wt%, poželjno 20 do 80 wt%, još poželjnije od 36 do 75 wt%, posebno od 40 do 50 wt%, najpoželjnije od 50 do 65 wt%, npr. 55 wt% čestica barem jednog mineralnog materijala ima veličinu čestica od < 2 µm nakon koraka c).
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da nakon koraka mljevenja c) vodena suspenzija mljevenog mineralnog materijala podilazi koraku separacije, npr. sijanjem kroz sito, filtracijom ili centrifugiranjem.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da, u koraku d), se dovodi toplina što omogućuje vodi da ispari iz vodene suspenzije, pri čemu se ova toplina generira prethodnim korakom mljevenja c) ili se dovodi izvana.
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da je temperatura vodene suspenzije na ulazu u brzo hladilo od 70 do 105°C, npr. 95°C, te na izlazu iz brzog hladila manje od 60 do 30 °C, npr. 35°C.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da, u koraku d), se vodena suspenzija podvrgava sniženom tlaku, poželjno tlaku od 250 do 400 mbara, još poželjnije tlaku od 288 do 360 mbara, npr. od 300 do 350 mbara.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je konačni sadržaj krutina u vodenoj suspenziji nakon koraka d) od 82 do 84 wt%, npr. 83 wt%.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je konačni sadržaj krutina u vodenoj suspenziji nakon koraka d) barem 1 wt%, poželjno barem 2 wt%, još poželjnije barem 3 wt% veći nego inicijalni sadržaj krutina vodene suspenzije dobivene u koraku b).
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je viskoznost prema Brookfieldu mjerena pri 23 °C nakon 1 minute miješanja pri 100 rpm konačne vodene suspenzije nakon koraka d) od 50 do 1000 mPa·s, poželjno 100 do 750 mPa·s, još poželjnije od 150 do 600 mPa·s, najpoželjnije od 200 do 460 mPa·s, npr. 300 mPa·s.
