Claims (20)

1. Postupak za dobivanje vodenih suspenzija sa visokim udjelom krutog mineralnog(nih) materijala koji sadrži korake: a) osiguravanje najmanje jednog mineralnog materijala, b) pripremu vodene suspenzije koja sadrži najmanje jedan mineral materijal iz koraka a) c) mljevenje mineralnog materijala dobivene vodene suspenzije iz koraka b), d) koncentriranje vodene suspenzije mljevenog mineralnog materijala iz koraka c) pomoću brzog hlađenja, naznačen time da - je najmanje jedno disperzijsko sredstvo dodano u vodenu suspenziju iz koraka b), pri čemu najmanje jedno disperzijsko sredstvo je dodano u potpunosti prije koraka mljevenja c), ili postupno prije i tijekom koraka mljevenja c), ili prije i tijekom i/ili nakon koraka mljevenja c), pri čemu je najmanje jedno disperzijsko sredstvo nezavisno odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži homopolimere ili kopolimere polikarboksilnih kiselina kao što su akrilne, metakrilne kiseline ili maleinske kiseline; i/ili njihove soli, npr. djelomično ili potpuno neutralizirane soli kiselina sa natrijem, litijem, kalijem, amonijakom, kalcijem, magnezijem, stroncijem i/ili aluminijem ili njihovim mješavinama, poželjno natrijem, kalcijem i magnezijem; ili derivatima takvih kiselina kao što su esteri npr., akrilne kiseline, metakrilne kiseline, maleinske kiseline, fumarne kiseline, itakonske kiseline, npr. akril amid ili akrilni esteri kao što je metilmetakrilat, ili njihove mješavine; alkalni polifosfati; ili njihove mješavine, te pri čemu - prije, tijekom ili nakon koraka c), ali prije koraka d), barem jedan zemljo-alkalni oksid i/ili hidroksid se dodaje vodenoj suspenziji iz koraka b), te pri čemu - konačni udio krutih tvari u vodenoj suspenziji dobiven nakon koraka d) je od 80 do 85 % tež..
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je najmanje jedan mineralni materijal odabran iz skupine koja sadrži prirodni kalcijev karbonat (GCC) kao što je mramor, kreda, vapnenac; nataloženi kalcijev karbonat (PCC) kao što je aragonitni PCC, vateritni PCC i/ili kalcitni PCC, naročito prizmatični, romboedarski ili skalenoedarski PCC; površinski modificirani kalcijev karbonat; dolomit; talk; bentonit; glina; magnezit; svileno bijeli; sepiolit, huntit, dijatomit; silikati; i njihove mješavine.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da od 40 do 85 % tež., poželjno od 45 do 80 % tež., poželjnije od 50 do 75 % tež., najpoželjnije od 60 do 70 % tež., npr. 65 % tež. čestica najmanje jednog mineralnog materijala u koraku a) imaju ekvivalentni sferični promjer od < 10 µm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da vodena suspenzija, prije koraka d), ima udio krutih tvari od iznad 70 do 80 % tež., poželjno od 72 do 79 % tež., poželjnije od 74 do 78 % tež., najpoželjnije od 76 do 78 % tež., bazirano na ukupnoj težini suspenzije.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da ukupna količina najmanje jednog disperzijskog sredstva koja je dodana prije koraka mljevenja c), ili prije i tijekom koraka c), ili prije i tijekom i/ili nakon koraka mljevenja c), je od oko 0.01 do 1.25 % tež., poželjno 0.05 do 1 % tež., poželjnije 0.1 do 0.7 % tež., najpoželjnije 0.3 do 0.5 % tež. bazirano na težini suhog mineralnog materijala.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je molekularna težina Mw najmanje jednog disperzijskog sredstva u rasponu od 1000 do 15000 g/mol, poželjno u rasponu od 3000 do 7000 g/mol, npr. 3500 g/mol, najpoželjnije u rasponu od 4000 do 6000 g/mol, npr. 5500 g/mol.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je zemljo-alkalni oksid i/ili hidroksid dodan u vodenu suspenziju iz koraka b) prije, tijekom, ili nakon koraka c), ali prije koraka d), vapno i/ili žareni dolomit.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da je zemljo-alkalni oksid i/ili hidroksid dodan u količini od oko 0.001 do 0.1 % tež., poželjno 0.005 do 0.07 % tež., poželjnije 0.007 do 0.05 % tež., najpoželjnije 0.01 do 0.03 % tež., npr. 0.02 % tež. bazirano na težini suhog mineralnog materijala.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se korak c) provodi nekoliko puta.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da od 20 do 70 % tež., poželjno od 36 do 68 % tež., poželjnije od 40 do 60 % tež., npr. 50 % tež. čestica najmanje jednog mineralnog materijala imaju veličinu čestica od < 2 µm nakon koraka c).
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da od 10 do 90 % tež., poželjno od 20 do 80 % tež., poželjnije od 36 do 75 % tež., posebice od 40 do 70 % tež., najpoželjnije od 50 do 65 % tež., npr. 55 % tež. čestica najmanje jednog mineralnog materijala imaju veličinu čestica od < 1 µm nakon koraka c).
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je nakon koraka mljevenja c), vodena suspenzija mljevenog mineralnog materijala podvrgnuta koraku separacije, npr. pomoću probiranja, filtracije, ili centrifugiranja.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je u koraku d), toplina dovedena omogućavanjem isparavanja vode iz vodene suspenzije, pri čemu je ova toplina dobivena pomoću prethodnog koraka mljevenja c) ili se dobavlja iz vanjskog izvora.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da je temperatura vodene suspenzije na ulazu u hladnjak za brzo hlađenje od 70 do 105°C, npr. 95°C, te na izlazu iz hladnjaka za brzo hlađenje manja od 60 do 30°C, npr. 35°C.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je u koraku d), vodena suspenzija izložena smanjenom pritisku, poželjno pritisku od 200 do 500 mbar, poželjnije od 250 do 400 mbar, najpoželjnije pritisku od 288 do 360 mbar, npr. od 300 do 350 mbar.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je konačni udio krutih tvari u vodenoj suspenziji dobiven nakon koraka d) od 82 do 84 % tež., npr. 83 % tež..
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je konačni udio krutih tvari u vodenoj suspenziji nakon koraka d) najmanje 1 % tež., poželjno najmanje 2 % tež., poželjnije najmanje 3 % tež. veći nego početni udio krutih tvari u vodenoj suspenziji dobivenoj u koraku b).
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je viskoznost prema Brookfieldu mjerena kod 23 °C nakon 1 minute miješanja kod 100 okr/min konačne vodene suspenzije nakon koraka d) od 50 do 1000 mPa·s, poželjno 100 do 750 mPa·s, poželjnije od 150 do 600 mPa·s, najpoželjnije od 200 do 460 mPa·s, npr. 300 mPa·s.
19. Vodena suspenzija sa visokim udjelom krutih mineralnih materijala dobivena postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačena time da je konačni udio krutih tvari u vodenoj suspenziji dobiven nakon koraka d) od 83 do 85 % tež..

Uporaba vodene suspenzije sa visokim udjelom krutih mineralnih materijala dobivenih postupkom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18 u papiru, bojama za prevlačenje papira, bojama i plastici, naznačena time da je konačni udio krutih tvari u vodenoj suspenziji dobiven nakon koraka d) od 83 do 85 % tež..
