Claims (13)

1. Postupak proizvodnje materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima: a) dobivanja vodene suspenzije koja uglavnom ne sadrži dispergirajuće sredstvo najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, koja sadrži dispergirajuće sredstvo u količini ≤ 0,005 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne suhe težine najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, gdje vodena suspenzija ima sadržaj čvrste tvari u rasponu od 10,0 do 80,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine vodene suspenzije; b) vlažnog usitnjavanja vodene suspenzije kao što je dobivena u koraku a) u najmanje jednom koraku usitnjavanja radi dobivanja vodene suspenzije najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat ponderiranog srednjeg promjera d50 < 0.5 µm; c) uklanjanja vode iz vodene suspenzije kao što je dobivena u koraku b) u cijevnom tijesku kako bi se dobilo filtarski kolač sa sadržajem čvrste tvari u rasponu od 40,0 do 88,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine filtarskog kolača; d) deaglomeriranju filtarskog kolača dobivenog u koraku c) u ćelijskom mlinu, gdje filtarski kolač dobiven u koraku deaglomeriranja d) sadrži najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat ponderiranog srednjeg promjera d50 u rasponu od 0,1 do 1,0 µm; e) dodavanja najmanje jednog dispergirajućeg sredstva deaglomeriranom filtarskom kolaču dobivenom u koraku d) i miješanja filtarskog kolača s najmanje jednim dispergirajućim sredstvom kako bi se dobilo vodenu suspenziju sa sadržajem čvrste tvari u rasponu od 70,0 do 80,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine vodene suspenzije.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se najmanje jedno dispergirajuće sredstvo dodaje isključivo tijekom koraka e).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat dodan u vodenu suspenziju iz koraka a) dolomit i/ili prirodni drobljeni kalcijev karbonat (NGCC), poput jednog ili više od mramora, vapnenca i/ili krede.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je sadržaj čvrste tvari u vodenoj suspenziji koja uglavnom ne sadrži dispergirajuće sredstvo iz koraka a) u rasponu od 15,0 do 50,0 %, težinski, a po mogućnosti od 20,0 do 38,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine vodene suspenzije.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je sadržaj čvrste tvari u vodenoj suspenziji dobivenoj u koraku usitnjavanja b) u rasponu od 5,0 do 30,0 %, težinski, a po mogućnosti od 10,0 do 20,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine vodene suspenzije.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se korak uklanjanja vode c) provodi pod tlakom, po mogućnosti tlakom od 20,0 do 140,0 bara (2 do 14 MPa), poželjnije od 65,0 do 120,0 bara (6,5 do 12 MPa), te najpoželjnije od 80,0 do 110,0 bara (8 do 11 MPa).
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je sadržaj čvrste tvari u filtarskom kolaču dobivenom u koraku uklanjanja vode c) u rasponu od 45,0 do 88,0 %, težinski, a po mogućnosti u rasponu od 45,0 do 85,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine filtarskog kolača.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što postupak dodatno uključuje korak f) sušenja filtarskog kolača dobivenog u koraku c) toplinskim postupkom kako bi se dobilo filtarski kolač sa sadržajem čvrste tvari većim od sadržaja čvrste tvari u filtarskom kolaču dobivenom u koraku c) gdje se, po mogućnosti, sušenje provodi prije ili tijekom koraka deaglomeriranja d).
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što je sadržaj čvrste tvari u filtarskom kolaču dobivenom u koraku sušenja u rasponu od 45,0 do 99,0 %, težinski, a po mogućnosti u rasponu od 60,0 do 90,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine filtarskog kolača.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 ili 9, naznačen time što se korak sušenja provodi na temperaturi između 50 i 150 °C, po mogućnosti između 60 i 130 °C, te najpoželjnije između 80 i 125 °C.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se najmanje jedno dispergirajuće sredstvo bira iz skupine koju čine soli natrija, kalija, kalcija, magnezija, litija, stroncija, primarnog amina, sekundarnog amina, tercijarnog amina i/ili amonija, pri čemu su soli amina nerazgranate ili cikličke, u najmanju ruku djelomično neutraliziranih homopolimera ili kopolimera (met)akrilne kiseline, maleinske kiseline, fumarne kiseline, itakonske kiseline i derivata tih kiselina, po mogućnosti estera ili amida, poput metil-metakrilata, metil-akrilata, akrilamida, natrijevog hidrogenfosfata ili polifosfata, poput polifosfata alkanih metala, karboksimetilceluloza, sterična dispergirajuća sredstva, češljasti polimeri i/ili njihove smjese, po mogućnosti natrijev poliakrilat molekulske težine Mw od 4.000 do 10.000 g/mol, po mogućnosti od 4.000 do 8.000 g/mol, te najpoželjnije od otprilike 6 000 g/mol.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je sadržaj čvrste tvari u vodenoj suspenziji dobivenoj u koraku dispergiranja e) između 70,0 i 75,0 %, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine vodene suspenzije.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što postupak dodatno uključuje korak g) obrade najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat dobivenog u koraku d) ili f) najmanje jednim hidrofobizirajućim sredstvom, po mogućnosti alifatskom karboksilnom kiselinom s ukupnom količinom atoma ugljika od C4 do C24 i/ili najmanje jednim monosupstituiranim sukcinanhidridom, koji se sastoji od sukcinanhidrida monosupstituiranog skupinom koju se bira između nerazgranate, razgranate, alifatske i cikličke skupine s ukupnom količinom atoma ugljika od C2 do C30 u supstituentu i/ili smjese estera fosforne kiseline od jednog ili više monoestera fosforne kiseline i jednog ili više diestera fosforne kiseline, kako bi se dobilo vodenu suspenziju koja sadrži materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, koji u najmanju ruku ima dio dostupne površine obrađivanog sloja koji sadrži hidrofobizirajuće sredstvo.
