Claims (16)
- Folienbeutelherstellungs- und -packvorrichtung, insbesondere für Getränkefolienbeutel, mitzumindest zwei Zuführeinrichtungen (12, 14, 18, 10, 46) zum Zuführen von Folienmaterial (4, 6, 8),einer Verbindungseinrichtung (20) zum Verbinden des zugeführten Folienmaterials (4, 6) derart, daß sich Verbindungsbereiche quer zur Zuführrichtung (54) über die Folienbreite erstrecken,einer Schneideinrichtung (32) mit einer vertikal beweglichen Schneide (34), die die miteinander verbundenen Folien (22) entlang der Verbindungsbereiche in einzelne Folienbeutel zerschneidet,einer Fördereinrichtung (26), die die verbundenen Folien der Schneideinrichtung (32) taktweise zuführt,einer Aufnahme (40), in der die abgeschnittenen Folienbeutel (42) zur weiteren Verwendung gestapelt werden, undeiner Ablegevorrichtung (36), die die Folienbeutel (42) direkt nach dem Abschneideprozeß im wesentlichen in Bewegungsrichtung der Schneide (34) ablegt und in der Aufnahme (40) stapelt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Verbindungseinrichtung (20) eine Schweißeinrichtung umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schneideinrichtung (32) eine im Takt der Fördereinrichtung (26) gesteuerte Pneumatik zur Bewegung der Schneide (34) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verbundenen Folien (22) durch die Fördereinrichtung (26) im wesentlichen waagrecht bewegt werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ablegevorfichtung (36) mindestens ein Element (38) aufweist, das im Takt der Schneideinrichtung (32) bewegt wird und die bereits gestapelten Folienbeutel (42) zusammendrückt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das mindestens eine Element (38) unabhängig von der Schneideinrichtung (32) jedoch mit dem selben Takt angetrieben wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das mindestens eine Element (38) derart mit der Schneide (34) verbunden ist, daß es zusammen mit der Klinge (34) bewegt wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das mindestens eine Element mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Finger (38) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Finger (38) an der Schneide (34) befestigte flexible Kunststoffinger umfassen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fördereinrichtung (26) zumindest eine taktweise rotierende Walze umfaßt, die die verbundenen Folien (22) durch Reibschluß weiterfördert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zuführeinrichtung, die Verbindungseinrichtung (20), die Schneideinrichtung (32) und die Ablegevorrichtung (36) so ausgestaltet sind, daß sie Folien (4, 6, 22) einer Breite senkrecht zur Zuführrichtung (54) verarbeiten können, die den Ausmaßen mehrerer Folienbeutel (2) entsprechen, und
stromaufwärts der Schneideinrichtung (32) eine Teilungseinrichtung (30) vorgesehen ist, die die verbundenen Folien (22) in Teile schneidet, die senkrecht zur Förderrichtung dem Ausmaß eines Folienbeutel entsprechen. - Verfahren zum Herstellen und Verpacken von Folienbeuteln, insbesondere Getränkefolienbeuteln, bei dem zumindest zwei Folien (4, 6) taktweise zugeführt werden, entlang quer zur Zuführrichtung (54) ausgerichteten Verbindungsbereichen verbunden werden, die einen Abstand in Zuführrichtung (54) voneinander haben, der dem Außenmaß eines Folienbeutels (2) entspricht, die so verbundenen Folien (22) entlang der Verbindungsbereiche zur Bildung einzelner Folienbeutel mit einer sich im wesentlichen vertikal bewegenden Schneide (34) zerschnitten werden und direkt im Anschluß an den Schneidvorgang die abgetrennten Folienbeutel (42) im wesentlichen in Bewegungsrichtung der Schneide (34) von einer Ablegevorrichtung (36) gestapelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verbindungsbereiche Schweißnähte (48) umfassen, entlang denen die Folien (4, 6, 8) miteinander verschweißt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verbundenen Folien (22) der Schneideinrichtung (32) im wesentlichen waagrecht zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gestapelten Folienbeutel (42) von der Ablegevorrichtung (36) zusammendrückt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere Folienbeutel nebeneinander von einer gemeinsamen Schneidvorrichtung (32) abgeschnitten werden und von einer gemeinsamen Ablegevorrichtung (36) gestapelt werden.
