Description
Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Ablegen von auf einer Transporteinrichtung (4) mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit hintereinander und beabstandet voneinander angeförderten tafelförmigen Gütern (6), mit einer unterhalb der Transportebene angeordneten, mit dem Gut (6) verlagerbaren, das Gut (6) anziehenden Förderfläche (30) einer Bremseinrichtung (10), wobei die verlagerbare Förderfläche (30) die Oberfläche eines Transportriemens (32) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein mit dem Gut (6) verlagerbares, mit einer der ersten Geschwindigkeit entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit antreibbares, oberhalb der Transportebene angeordnetes Förderelement (16) einer das Gut (6) anziehenden Fördereinrichtung (8) zur Übernahme und zur translatorischen Beförderung der Güter (6) in Richtung auf eine Ablageposition umfaßt, und daß die Geschwindigkeit des Transportriemens (32) beim Auftreffen des Gutes (6) der der Fördereinrichtung (8) entspricht und ab einer Bremsposition verringert wird, und daß die das Gut (6) anziehende Wirkung der Fördereinrichtung (8) steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (8) von einem Saugriemen (16) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung (10) von einer Auftrefffläche (28) gebildet ist, die wenigstens eine mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbare Ansaugöffnung (34) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftrefffläche (28) eine verlagerbare Förderfläche (30) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderfläche (30) mit im wesentlichen der ersten Geschwindigkeit antreibbar ist und von dieser Geschwindigkeit auf eine zweite Geschwindigkeit verzögerbar und von der zweiten Geschwindigkeit auf die Anfangsgeschwindigkeit beschleunigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesteuert mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbaren Ansaugöffnungen (18) oder andere öffnungen im Bereich der Fördereinrichtung (8) zum Abstoßen einer angesaugten Tafel mit einer Überdruckquelle verbindbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit Positionssensoren (24) zusammenwirkende Steuerung (26) für die Beaufschlagung der Ansaugöffnungen (18) mit Unterdruck oder mit Überdruck.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung hinter und unterhalb der Auftrefffläche (28) oder der Bremseinrichtung (10) eine in Transportrichtung gerichtete und mit einer Gebläseeinrichtung (46) zusammenwirkende Düse (48) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Ablegen von auf einer Transporteinrichtung mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit hintereinander und beabstandet voneinander angeförderten tafelförmigen Gütern, mit einer verlagerbaren und mit im wesentlichen der ersten Geschwindigkeit entsprechender Geschwindigkeit antreibbaren Fördereinrichtung zur Übernahme und zur translatorischen Beförderung der Güter in Richtung auf eine Ablageposition und mit einer Bremseinrichtung, insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung oberhalb der Transportebene der angelieferten tafelförmigen Güter angeordnet ist und sich in Richtung auf die Ablageposition erstreckt, daß die Fördereinrichtung zum gesteuerten Halten der tafelförmigen Güter eine Magnetanordnung umfaßt und daß die Bremseinrichtung (10) unterhalb der Fördereinrichtung beziehungsweise der Transportebene vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magnetanordnung einen steuerbaren Elektromagneten umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Abstoßen einer an der Fördereinrichtung gehaltenen Tafel ein mechanisch wirkendes Abstoßelement vorgesehen ist.
