柱螺栓啮合装置
本发明总的涉及一种双向可逆的柱螺栓啮合装置,特别涉及一种具有一顶侧和一底侧的、能从其顶侧或底侧将该装置连接于一螺杆或柱螺栓,并一体地连接于一电缆扣的可逆式柱螺栓啮合装置。
人们已经广泛使用电缆扣来将诸电线或电缆捆扎在一起。各种各样的特殊电缆扣已经被用来进行各种特殊电线捆扎作业。一种特殊电缆扣的例子是用柱螺栓安装的电缆扣,这种电缆扣是用来将一捆电线紧固地固定于一具有一螺栓或柱螺栓的安装表面的装置。用柱螺栓安装的电缆扣包括一安装件,该安装件与一具有一搭接片和锁固头的电缆扣制成一体。当电缆扣固定一捆电线时,诸如一焊接式柱螺栓的螺杆从所述安装表面凸伸出来,从而将所述安装装置固定于其上。
在现有柱螺栓安装电缆扣的使用过程中经常发生的一个问题是安装装置的锁固机构是某种型式的具有一定角度的凸伸物,这些凸伸物限制了它们的适应性。这种结构导致了限制柱螺栓安装部分仅能以一个方向应用于柱螺栓上。因此,由于受到空间限制的缘故,使用柱螺栓安装电缆扣通常是较困难或不可能的。这样,有必要对已有的技术进行改进。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种改进型柱螺栓安装装置。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种双向柱螺栓安装装置,该安装装置能从该装置的顶侧或底侧应用在所述螺栓上。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种改进型柱螺栓安装电缆扣。
通常,一柱螺栓安装装置包括一形成有一腔室的壳体,该腔室包含具有一顶侧和一底侧的轴向孔,以及多个柔性地连接于所述腔室内壁的指状体,其中每一指状体包括一对反向延伸的、分别指向顶侧和底侧的螺纹啮合扁尾。
一柱螺栓啮合装置还可以包括一壳体,该壳体具有一顶部和一底部,并包括一圆柱孔,该孔形成一具有足够大直径的腔室,从而能使所述壳体放置在一螺杆上,该壳体还具有一柔性固定装置,该装置设置在圆柱孔内,并具有一定尺寸用来将壳体紧固于螺杆,从而能使壳体以其顶面朝下或底面朝下的方式将壳体安装在螺杆上。
图1是一柱螺栓安装电缆扣的立体图,该电缆扣作用于一捆电线,并固定于根据本发明一实施例的柱螺栓上。
图2是图1所示实施例的安装装置和电缆扣头部的局部平面图。

在各附图中,标号10总地表示本发明的一柱螺栓啮合装置。在图1中示出了柱螺栓啮合装置10安装在一安装面60的双头柱螺栓50上,并由一柔性件21连接于一围绕一捆电线70而紧固的电缆扣20上。如图2和图3所示,柱螺栓啮合装置10包括一具有顶面14和底面1 6的壳体12,以及一贯穿顶面和底面的圆柱通孔18。壳体12的内壁28包括四个锁固指状体30,该四个锁固指状体柔性连接,并从内壁28上成直角地凸伸出来,并位于壳体12内壁28的顶面14和底面16的中间位置。此外,这些锁固指状体30围绕内壁圆周以90°的间隔分开设置。诸锁固指状体30的末端还设有顶部和底部定向扁尾32,这些扁尾具有一定大小,从而适能配合安装在柱螺栓50的螺距内,并能与柱螺栓50的螺纹34啮合。
从图4和图5中可以很清楚地看到,壳体12的内部还包括多个引导部分26,这些引导部分设置在诸锁固指状体30之间,并制成一定形状,从而能提供一内壳体直径,该直径极接近但仍大于柱螺栓50的直径。制成一定形状的引导部分26有助于防止在柱螺栓50上发生柱螺栓啮合装置10的过度啮合。锁固指状体30延伸超出引导部分26。因此,由于柱螺栓啮合装置10安装在柱螺栓50上,锁固指状体30以顶侧或底侧置于柱螺栓50上、在诸锁固指状体30端部上的诸扁尾32将与柱螺栓50的螺纹的峰尖相干扰,并向上弯曲,伸入诸引导部分26之间形成的凹部。由一具有足够长度和柔性的铰接部分柔性地连接的锁固指状体30向上弯曲超过柱螺栓50的外螺纹直径。在将柱螺栓啮合装置10完全压在柱螺栓50上后,锁固指状体30的多个扁尾32将与螺纹凹槽34啮合,从而能防止壳体12与柱螺栓50松脱。
从图6-9可以看到,柱螺栓啮合装置10能从壳体12的顶侧14或底侧16而安装于一柱螺栓50。图6示出了柱螺栓啮合装置10首先以底侧作用于柱螺栓50。由于壳体12被放置在柱螺栓50上,诸锁固指状体30向上弯曲,进入在诸锁固指状体30上方和诸引导部分26之间形成的凹槽内。由于柱螺栓啮合装置10完全推压在柱螺栓50上,这使得指向壳体12底侧16的扁尾32能通过柱螺栓50的外螺纹直径40。从图7可以看到,当柱螺栓啮合装置10已经完全安装在柱螺栓50上时,一个锁固指状体30的至少一个扁尾32完全位于螺纹凹槽34内,从而防止从柱螺栓50退出。
图8和图9示出了同样的安装顺序,而只是柱螺栓啮合装置10首先用顶侧安装。在这种情况中,指向壳体12的顶侧14的定位扁尾32将与螺纹凹槽34啮合,以将柱螺栓啮合装置10固定于柱螺栓50。
从图6-9可以看到,诸锁固指状体30从内壁28凸出,锁固指状体30的基座部分形成为一台肩部分36,该台肩部分增强了锁固指状体,并提供了一附加的止动件来防止柱螺栓啮合装置10的退出。
应予注意的是,虽然在本文中结合附图进行描述和图示的本申请是一种柱螺栓安装型电缆扣,但是双向安装件也能用在其它包括它自身作为一螺母的各种应用场合中。此外,虽然本文中已示出了将它用在一焊接螺栓上,但是它还可以应用于其它类型的螺杆上,诸如螺钉或螺栓。
虽然对本发明的实施例已进行了图示和描述,但是对于那些在本技术领域的熟练人员来说,较为明显的是还能作出各种不背离本发明的精神的各种变化和改进。在上文和附图中示出的柱螺栓啮合装置仅仅是说明性的而非限定性。当立足于现有技术在基础上正确地看本发明时,本发明的确切范围由所附的权利要求书来确定。

Claims (22)

1.一种用来啮合一螺杆的柱螺栓啮合装置,它包括:
一形成一腔室的壳体,该腔室包括一具有一顶侧和一底侧的轴向孔;
多个柔性地连接于该腔室内壁的指状体,其中至少一个指状体包括一对反向延伸的、分别指向顶侧和底侧的螺纹啮合扁尾。
2.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,诸指状体大体上以垂直于内壁的方向延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述腔室内壁包括多个成形在诸指状体附近的引导部分。
4.如权利要求3所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述多个引导部分制成一定形状,从而能形成一稍大于柱螺栓外螺纹直径的内径。
5.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,诸指状体包括一成形在一基座处的台肩部分,在该基座处诸指状体从内壁凸伸出来。
6.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,设置有偶数个锁固指状体。
7.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于诸指状体由一具有足够长度和柔性的铰接部分柔性连接,从而使诸扁尾能向上弯曲,而在安装过程中超过一外螺纹直径。
8.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,诸指状体设置在该壳体内壁顶侧和底侧之间的中间位置上。
9.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,诸螺纹啮合扁尾设置在诸指状体的末端。
10.如权利要求1所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述壳体整体地连接于一具有头部和一搭接片(strap)的电缆扣。
11.一种用来啮合一螺杆的柱螺栓啮合装置,它包括:
一壳体,该壳体具有一顶部和底部并包括一圆柱孔,所述孔形成一具有足够大直径的腔室,从而能使该壳体安放在一螺杆上;
一柔性固定装置,该装置设置在圆柱孔内,并具有一定尺寸用来将壳体紧固于螺杆,从而能使壳体以其顶面朝下或底面朝下的方式将该壳体安装在螺杆上。
12.如权利要求11所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括多个柔性地连接于壳体内壁的锁固指状体,该锁固指状体包括多个螺纹啮合扁尾。
13.如权利要求12所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,至少一个锁固指状体包括一对成形在末端并分别指向壳体顶部和底部的螺纹啮合扁尾。
14.如权利要求12所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,诸锁固指状体垂直地从内壁凸伸出来。
15.如权利要求13所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,设置有四个锁固指状体。
16.如权利要求13所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,设置有两个锁固指状体。
17.如权利要求12所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括延伸伸入腔室内、并设置在诸锁固指状体附近的引导部分。
18.如权利要求17所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,成形所述引导部分使其形成一稍大于螺杆外径的内径。
19.如权利要求13所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述壳体整体地连接于具有一头部和一搭接片的电缆扣。
20.如权利要求19所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述壳体整体地连接于所述电缆扣的头部。
21.如权利要求19所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述壳体整体地连接于所述电缆扣的搭接片。
22.如权利要求13所述的柱螺栓啮合装置,其特征在于,所述诸锁固指状体包括一设置在壳体内壁上的台肩部分。
