Abstract

1. Полиуретановый состав, включающий ! A) полиизоцианатный компонент, ! B) изоцианат-реакционноспособный компонент, включающий, меньшей мере, до 50 вес.%, в расчете на общую смесь B), полиэфирполиолов В1) со среднечисленными молекулярными весами больше 1000 г/моль, которые содержат одно или несколько оксиалкильных звеньев формул (I)-(III) ! -СН2-СН2-О- формула (I) -CH2-CH(R)-O- формула (II) -СН2-СН2-СН2О- формула (III) ! при этом R является алкильным или арильным остатком, который может быть замещен или прерван гетероатомами, ! C) соединения, которые содержат группы, реагирующие при действии актиничного излучения с этилен-ненасыщенными соединения с полимеризацией (отверждаемые излучением группы), и сами не содержат NCO-групп, ! D) стабилизаторы радикалов, ! E) фотоинициаторы, ! F) при необходимости, катализаторы, ! G) при необходимости, вспомогательные вещества и добавки. ! 2. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в A) используют полиизоцианаты и/или преполимеры, основанные на HDI, TMDI и/или TIN. ! 3. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в A) используют полиизоцианаты, основанные на HDI, со структурами изоцианурата и/или иминооксадиазиндиона или преполимеры с NCO-функциональностями от 2 до 5 и исключительно первичными NCO-группами. ! 4. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединения, используемые в А) в качестве полиизоцианатов, имеют остаточные содержания свободного мономерного изоцианата меньше, чем 0,5 вес.%. ! 5. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиэфирполиолы, используемые в B), имеют средние ОН-функциональности от 1,8 до 4,0 и среднечисленные молекулярные веса от 1000 до 8500 г/моль. ! 6. Полиуретанов�

Claims (13)

1. Полиуретановый состав, включающий
A) полиизоцианатный компонент,
B) изоцианат-реакционноспособный компонент, включающий, меньшей мере, до 50 вес.%, в расчете на общую смесь B), полиэфирполиолов В1) со среднечисленными молекулярными весами больше 1000 г/моль, которые содержат одно или несколько оксиалкильных звеньев формул (I)-(III)
-СН2-СН2-О- формула (I) -CH2-CH(R)-O- формула (II) -СН2-СН2-СН2О- формула (III)
при этом R является алкильным или арильным остатком, который может быть замещен или прерван гетероатомами,
C) соединения, которые содержат группы, реагирующие при действии актиничного излучения с этилен-ненасыщенными соединения с полимеризацией (отверждаемые излучением группы), и сами не содержат NCO-групп,
D) стабилизаторы радикалов,
E) фотоинициаторы,
F) при необходимости, катализаторы,
G) при необходимости, вспомогательные вещества и добавки.
2. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в A) используют полиизоцианаты и/или преполимеры, основанные на HDI, TMDI и/или TIN.
3. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в A) используют полиизоцианаты, основанные на HDI, со структурами изоцианурата и/или иминооксадиазиндиона или преполимеры с NCO-функциональностями от 2 до 5 и исключительно первичными NCO-группами.
4. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединения, используемые в А) в качестве полиизоцианатов, имеют остаточные содержания свободного мономерного изоцианата меньше, чем 0,5 вес.%.
5. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиэфирполиолы, используемые в B), имеют средние ОН-функциональности от 1,8 до 4,0 и среднечисленные молекулярные веса от 1000 до 8500 г/моль.
6. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в B1) используют полиэфирполиолы, основанные на пропиленоксиде, или статистические или блок-сополимеры, основанные на пропиленоксиде с другими 1-алкиленоксидами с долей 1-алкиленоксида не выше, чем 80 вес.%, и/или поли(триметиленоксиды).
7. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиэфирполиолы, используемые в компоненте B), имеют показатель преломления nD20<1,55.
8. Полиуретановый состав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединения, используемые в компоненте C), имеют показатель преломления nD20<1,55.
9. Полиуретановый состав по одному из пп.1-8, отличающийся тем, что в компоненте C) используют уретанакрилаты и уретанметакрилаты на основе ароматических изоцианатов и 2-гидроксиэтилакрилата, гидроксипропилакрилата, 4-гидрокси-бутил-акрилата, полиэтиленоксид-моно(мет)акрилата, полипропиленоксид-моно(мет)акрилата, полиалкиленоксид-моно(мет)акрилата и поли(ε-капролактон)-моно(мет)акрилатов.
10. Способ получения сред для записи визуальных голограмм, при котором полиуретановый состав по одному из пп.1-9 наносится на субстрат или в форму и отверждается.
11. Среда для записи визуальных голограмм, получаемых по способу по п.10.
12. Применение среды по п.11 в качестве оптических элементов изображений или для получения изображения или проекции.
13. Способ записи голограммы, при котором используют среду по п.12.
