Claims (24)

  1. 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)와 브레이크 관(12)을 통해 그 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)와 소통하는 적어도 하나의 휘일 브레이크, 압력관(22)이 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)와 소통하는 펌프, 휘일 브레이크 압력의 슬립-응답 제어용 조절밸브(EV1,EV2,AV1,AV2), 상기 압력관에 제공된 댐핑수단(23) 및/또는 다이어프렘 (27)으로 구성되고, 상기 가압유체가 감압을 위해 휘일 브레이크로부터 배출되고, 증압을 위해 공급되는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 상기 압력관은 펌프(16)을 향해 차단하며 댐핑수단(23)과 마스터 실린더(2)사이에 놓여지는 체크밸브(28)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑수단(23)과 다이어프렘(27)은 일렬로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다이어프렘(27)은 댐핑수단(23)과 체크밸브(28) 사이에나 체크밸브(28)와 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2) 사이에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑수단(23) 댐핑챔버(24)의 체적을 확장시키기 위하여 스프링력으로 변위가능한 피스톤(25)에 의해 형성된 댐핑챔버(24)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑수단(23)은 피스톤(25)을 밀폐되게 안내하며, 댐핑챔버(24)의 체적을 줄이도록 압력을 피스톤(25)에 가하는 스프링(26)이 피스톤 (25)상에 지지되는 실린더로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 휘일 브레이크에는 브레이크 관(12)에 제공된 흡기밸브(EV1,EV2)와 릴리이프 관(14)에 제공된 배출밸브(AV1,AV2)가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 릴리이프관(14)은 펌프(16)의 흡기측에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프의 흡기측은 비작동 조건의 브레이크를 가지고 마스터 브레이크 실린더(2)의 작동챔버(7,11)와 소통하는 용기와 통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프(16)는 편심기(17)에 의해 작동되는 피스톤(18)을 구비한 피스톤형 펌프이며, 흡입밸브(19)는 흡기관에 그리고 가압밸브(20)는 가압관에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압밸브(20)는 댐핑수단(23)과 펌프쳄버(29)사이에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  11. 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 체크밸브(28)는 댐핑수단 (23)과 일체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프는 펌프쳄버(29)와 댐핑수단(23) 사이에서 펌프쳄버(29)를 향해 차단하는 가압밸브(20)를 구비한 가변 펌프형이고 체크밸브(28)와 가압밸브(20)는 구조유닛을 형성하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  13. 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 체크밸브(28)는 밀봉립이 댐핑수단에 있는 댐핑쳄버내의 형성벽과 맞닿는 과유동 칼라(38)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  14. 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 체크밸브(28)과 가압밸브 (20)는 공동밸브 하우징(33)내에 배치된 스프링 하중밸브 마개부재를 구비하는 체크밸브 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  15. 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교축기(31)는 댐핑수단과 일체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  16. 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교축기(31)는 댐핑쳄버 (24)의 형성벽과 밸브 하우징(33) 사이의 유동 횡단면부처럼 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  17. 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 댐핑쳄버(24)는 적어도 일부가 그 댐핑쳄버(24)와 이격져 접한 측부가 적어도 하나의 공동(43,53)을 형성하는 탄성중합체 사출부(41)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  18. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 공동은 탄성중합체 사출부에 있는 하나 또는 그 이상의 리세스(53)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  19. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 공동은 댐핑수단의 형성벽에 있는 하나 또는 그 이상의 리세스에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  20. 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑수단은 펌프의 하우징(30)과 일체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  21. 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 사출부(41)는 댐핑쳄버(24)에 대해 공동(43,53)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
  22. 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공동(43,53)은 대기압과 소통되는 것은 특징으로 하는 잠금방지 유압식 브레이크 시스템.
