Claims (6)
- 전이계열의 알루미나에 도포되고 1:1 내지 20:1의 중량비로 팔라듐과 로듐을 0.03 내지 3중량%함유하는 활성 상을 가지며, 이산화세륨을 함유하고 [여기서, 귀금속, 이산화세륨 및 알루미나의 중량합계는 100%이다], 격자-안정화될 수 있거나 될수 없는 담체 물질을 팔라듐과 로듐염의 수용액으로 함침시키고, 필요에 따라, 수소-함유 가스유출중에 250℃ 이상의 온도에서 건조 및 가열시켜 수득되는 촉매에 있어서, 알루미나가 벌크형태로 존재하는 경우, 5내지 20중량%의 이산화세륨을 함유하고, 알루미나가 세라믹 또는 금속의 벌집형태의 불활성 담체 위에 피복물로서 존재하는 경우, 25 내지 50중량%의 이산화세륨을 함유하며[여기서,알루미나는 팔라듐과 로듐염의 용액으로 함침되기 전에 세륨염의 수용액으로 함침되거나, 또는 알루미나가 벌집형태의 불활성 담체위에 존재하는 경우, 세륨 화합물은 알루미나와 함께 고형으로 혼합된다], 수득된 촉매 전구체를 300 내지 950℃, 바람직하게는 600 내지 700℃에서 공기중에서 가열함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 20중량% 이하의 알루미나 양을 이산화지르코늄, 산화란탄(La2C3), 산화네오디뮴(Nd2O3), 산화프리세오디퓸(Pr6O11)또는 산화니켈(NiO)로 개개 물질의 형태 혼합물로서 대치시키는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화세륨을 아세트산세륨(Ⅲ)의 형태로 도입하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미나의 격자를 알칼리 토금속 산화물, 실리카 또는 이산화지르코늄으로, 또는 희토류 금속의 산화물로 안정화 시키는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알루미나가 불활성 벌집형태의 담체위에 피복물로서 침착되는 경우, 이산화세륨을 함유하며 다른 성분들을 함유할 수 있는 알루미나는 두층[여기서, 제1층은 팔라듐염 수용액으로 함침, 건조시키고, 필요에 따라 가열시키며, 제2층은 로듐염 수용액으로 함침 및 건조시킨다]중의 수성 현탁액에 의해 불활성 담체에 도포되며, 이와 같이 수득된 촉매 전구체를, 필요에 따라 수소-함유 가스유출중에서 가열하는 촉매.
- 내연 기관의 배기 가스로부터 일산화탄소, 탄화수소 및 질소 산화물을 동시에 전환시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
