Description
[繊維質基材]
28ゲージのポリエステルトリコット編地(厚み1.0〜1.2mm、比重0.03g/cm3)
主剤:水系ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン樹脂(BAYDERM Bottom DLV、固形分40質量%):90質量部
艶消し剤:シリカ入水系ポリカーボネート系ウレタン樹脂(HYDRHOLAC UD−2、固形分25質量%):10質量部
架橋剤:イソシアネート系架橋剤(AQUADERM XL−50、固形分50質量%):1重量部
顔料:カーボンブラック系黒色顔料(EUDERM Black B−N、固形分25質量%):20質量部
水:20質量部
レベリング剤:シリコーン系レベリング剤(AQUADERM Fluid H、固形分100質量%):1質量部
原料は、水を除き全てランクセス株式会社製である。
調製法:粘度を5,000cps(B型粘度計、ローター:No4、12rpm、23℃)に調製した。
主剤:水系ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン樹脂(LCC Binder UB−1770、固形分30質量%):100質量部
中空微粒子:既発泡マイクロカプセル(松本油脂製薬株式会社製、マツモトマイクロスフェアFN−100S(熱処理により既発泡状態にして使用)、平均粒径50μm、固形分100質量%、粉末状、外殻:アクリロニトリル系ポリマー(軟化温度:150℃、Tg:70℃)、内包物:イソペンタン、既発泡品):2.5質量部
架橋剤:イソシアネート系架橋剤(AQUADERM XL−50、固形分50質量%):1質量部
レベリング剤:シリコーン系レベリング剤(AQUADERM Fluid H、固形分100質量%):1質量部
水:20質量部
水および中空微粒子以外の原料は、ランクセス株式会社製である。
調製法:粘度を5,000cps(B型粘度計、ローター:No4、12rpm、23℃)に調製した。調製した塗料で作製したフィルムの軟化温度は150℃であった。また、処方2から中空微粒子を除いた処方で作製したフィルムの軟化温度(即ち、マトリックスの軟化温度)は175℃、Tgは−60℃であった。
主剤:水系ポリカーボネート系ポリウレタン樹脂(BAYDERM Finish 61UD 固形分35質量%):90質量部
艶消し剤:シリカ入水系ポリカーボネート系ウレタン樹脂(HYDRHOLAC UD−2、固形分25質量%):10質量部
架橋剤:イソシアネート系架橋剤(AQUADERM XL−50、固形分50質量%):1質量部
レベリング剤:シリコーン系レベリング剤(AQUADERM Fluid H、固形分100質量%):1質量部
水:20質量部
原料は、水を除き全てランクセス株式会社製である。
調製法:粘度を200cps(B型粘度計、ローター:No.1、12rpm、23℃)に調製した。
実施例2〜13及び比較例1〜5の合成皮革は、多孔質断熱層および多孔質断熱層の中空微粒子(いずれも、熱膨張マイクロカプセルを熱処理により所望の粒径に発泡させて既発泡状態で用いた)を表1及び表2に従って作製した以外は、全て実施例1と同様にして作製した。なお、表中の原料について、主剤、架橋剤及びレベリング剤はランクセス株式会社製であり、中空微粒子は松本油脂製薬株式会社製である。
レーザー顕微鏡として、VK−8500(株式会社キーエンス製)を用い、上記の方法により、表皮材のオモテ面の接触面積割合を算出した。
精密迅速熱物性測定装置(KES−F−M7サーモラボII型、カトーテック株式会社製)を用いて、上記の方法により、表皮材のオモテ面の接触冷感(Qmax)を測定した。測定対象としては、熱処理前の表皮材と、乾燥機中で70℃×2400時間による熱処理を行った熱処理後の表皮材とした。熱処理前のQmaxの実測値をQ1、熱処理後のQmaxの実測値をQ2として、それらの値を表1及び表2中に記載するとともに、Q2とQ1の差(Q2−Q1)を算出し、表1及び表2中に記載した。
熱処理前の表皮材と熱処理後の表皮材のそれぞれを試験片として、試験片を0℃で30分間放置した後、被験者が表皮材のオモテ面に手のひらを接触させた際に、被験者が感じた接触冷感を下記の基準に従って判定した。なお、被験者による官能評価は、10人の被験者による評価の平均を算出した。

5…急激な温度変化をごくわずかに感じるが、不快感はない
4…急激な温度変化をわずかに感じるが、不快感はない
3…急激な温度変化を感じ、わずかに不快感がある
2…急激な温度変化をかなり感じ、不快感がある
1…急激な温度変化を強く感じ、かなり不快感がある。
熱処理前の表皮材と熱処理後の表皮材のそれぞれを試験片として、試験片を70℃で30分間放置した後、被験者が表皮材のオモテ面に手のひらを接触させた際に、被験者が感じた接触温感を下記の基準に従って判定した。
6…急激な温度変化が全く感じられない
5…急激な温度変化をごくわずかに感じるが、不快感はない
4…急激な温度変化をわずかに感じるが、不快感はない
3…急激な温度変化を感じ、わずかに不快感がある
2…急激な温度変化をかなり感じ、不快感がある
1…急激な温度変化を強く感じ、かなり不快感がある。
被験者による官能評価を行い、下記の基準に従って判定した。
◎…かなり良好(かなり柔軟性がある)
○…良好(柔軟性がある)
△…やや悪い(やや柔軟性に欠ける)
×…悪い(硬く、柔軟性がない)。

Claims (4)
- 繊維質基材に多孔質断熱層と着色層を順次積層した表皮材であって、
前記多孔質断熱層がマトリックスとなる樹脂に中空微粒子を配合してなり、
前記表皮材のオモテ面に凹凸を有し、前記多孔質断熱層の軟化温度が110〜250℃であり、表皮材のオモテ面の接触冷感(Qmax)が70℃で2400時間の熱処理前及び熱処理後ともに0.30W/cm2以下である
ことを特徴とする表皮材。 - 前記マトリックスの軟化温度が110〜250℃かつガラス転移点が−100〜50℃であり、前記中空微粒子の外殻を形成する樹脂の軟化温度が110〜250℃かつガラス転移点が50〜150℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表皮材。
- 表皮材のオモテ面における接触面積割合が65%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の表皮材。
- 前記着色層の上に保護層を積層していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の表皮材。
