Description

Claims (10)
- 車輪軸受アセンブリであって、
軸を規定する車輪取付け部品と、
車両サスペンション構造に固定される非回転部品と、
前記車輪取付け部品が前記非回転部品に対して前記軸の周りを回転するように、前記車輪取付け部品を前記非回転部品に回転自在に連結する軸受要素と、を備え、
前記軸受要素は、複数の第1回転要素を回転自在に保持する第1アウター軸受軌道構造及び第1インナー軸受軌道構造を含み、
前記車輪取付け部品の回転環状面は、非回転環状面から軸方向外側に約0.04ミリメートル〜約0.30ミリメートルの軸方向間隙をおいて配置され、前記車輪取付け部品が前記軸方向間隙と同等の距離にわたって内側に変位しても、前記第1アウター軸受軌道構造又は前記第1インナー軸受軌道構造の前記第1回転要素から約3ミクロンより深い衝撃陥凹を生じさせず、前記非回転部品に対する前記車輪取付け部品の回転時に騒音又は振動を防止し、
前記回転環状面は、前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸を中心に展開して軸方向内側に向いており、
前記非回転環状面は、前記車両サスペンション構造に固定され、前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸を中心に展開して軸方向外側に向いており、
前記回転環状面が前記非回転環状面を介して前記車両サスペンション構造に接触して前記車両サスペンション構造に荷重を伝達することによって、前記軸方向間隙より大きい距離にわたる前記車輪取付け部品の内側への変位を阻止し、前記第1アウター軸受軌道構造又は前記第1インナー軸受軌道構造内の前記第1回転要素から受ける衝撃陥凹が深くなることを阻止し、
前記回転環状面及び前記非回転環状面は、前記軸に対して斜めになっており、前記軸を中心に展開して前記軸に対してほぼ同じ角度で傾斜しており、
前記車輪取付け部品の一部が、約2ミリメートル〜約5ミリメートルの幅を有する接触領域で前記非回転環状面に接触するように構成される、車輪軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記非回転環状面は前記非回転部品の表面である、請求項1に記載の車輪軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記非回転環状面は前記車両サスペンション構造の表面である、請求項1に記載の車輪軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記第1アウター軸受軌道構造及び前記第1インナー軸受軌道構造は外側軸受軌道構造であり、前記第1回転要素は外側回転要素であり、前記車輪軸受アセンブリは更に、前記外側軸受軌道構造よりも内側に配置される内側アウター軸受軌道構造及び内側インナー軸受軌道構造を備え、前記内側アウター軸受軌道構造及び前記内側インナー軸受軌道構造は複数の内側回転要素を回転自在に保持し、
前記非回転環状面からの前記回転環状面の前記軸方向間隙は、前記車輪取付け部品が前記軸方向間隙と同等の距離にわたって内側に変位しても、前記内側アウター軸受軌道構造又は前記内側インナー軸受軌道構造内の前記内側回転要素から、前記非回転部品に対する前記車輪取付け部品の回転時に騒音又は振動を生じさせるのに十分な深さの衝撃陥凹を受けないような大きさにされ、
前記回転環状面が前記非回転環状面を介して前記車両サスペンション構造に接触して前記車両サスペンション構造に荷重を伝達することによって、前記軸方向間隙より大きい距離にわたる前記車輪取付け部品の内側への変位を阻止し、前記内側アウター軸受軌道構造又は前記内側インナー軸受軌道構造内の前記内側回転要素から受ける衝撃陥凹が深くなることを阻止する、請求項1に記載の車輪軸受アセンブリ。 - 前記第1アウター軸受軌道構造は前記非回転部品に固定され、前記第1インナー軸受軌道構造は前記車輪取付け部品に固定される、請求項1に記載の車輪軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記第1アウター軸受軌道構造は前記車輪取付け部品に固定され、前記第1インナー軸受軌道構造は前記非回転部品に固定される、請求項1に記載の車輪軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記回転要素がボールである、請求項1に記載の車輪軸受アセンブリ。
- 前記第1アウター軌道構造及び前記第1インナー軌道構造のそれぞれが、前記ボールの直径の約30%〜約40%の肩部高さを有する、請求項7に記載の車輪軸受アセンブリ。
- 車輪軸受アセンブリであって、

車両サスペンション構造に固定される非回転部品と、
前記車輪取付け部品が前記非回転部品に対して前記軸の周りを回転するように、前記車輪取付け部品を前記非回転部品に回転自在に連結する軸受要素と、
前記車両サスペンション構造に固定され、前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸を中心にして展開する非回転環状面と、を備え、
前記軸受要素は、前記車輪取付け部品と少なくとも実質的に同軸に配置されたアウター軸受軌道構造及びインナー軸受軌道構造を含み、前記アウター軸受軌道構造及び前記インナー軸受軌道構造はそれぞれ、前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸からの距離が異なる弓状側面を有し、
前記アウター軸受軌道構造は、自身の前記弓状側面の前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸から最も遠い最下点にあるベースと、自身の前記弓状側面の前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸から最も近い最上点にある肩部と、を有し、
前記インナー軸受軌道構造は、自身の前記弓状側面の前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸から最も近い最下点にあるベースと、自身の前記弓状側面の前記車輪取付け部品の前記軸から最も遠い最上点にある肩部と、を有し、
前記アウター軸受軌道構造及び前記インナー軸受軌道構造は複数のボールを回転自在に保持し、
前記車輪取付け部品の内側への変位により前記ボールの少なくとも1つと前記アウター軸受軌道構造及び前記インナー軸受軌道構造の少なくとも1つとの間の接触点が前記アウター軸受軌道構造及び前記インナー軸受軌道構造の少なくとも1つの前記弓状側面に沿って上へ変位するように、前記車輪取付け部品が前記ボールに動作可能に連動しており、
