図1及び図2を参照すると、本実施形態の面発熱光源10は、第一電極12と、第二電極14と、カーボンナノチューブ構造体16と、基板18と、を備える。前記第一電極12及び第二電極14は、所定の距離で分離され、それぞれ前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体16と電気的に接続されるように前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体16の表面に設置されている。
実施形態1と異なる点は、本実施形態のカーボンナノチューブ構造体16は複数のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含むことである。この場合、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブフィルム16は同じ又は異なる角度で重畳して設置されている。前記角度は0〜90°に設定されている。前記角度は0°である場合、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体16のカーボンナノチューブは相互に平行に、同じ方向に沿って並列されている。
図3を参照すると、前記面発熱光源10は次の工程により製造される。
図6及び図7を参照すると、本実施形態の面発熱光源20を利用して、サンプル30を加熱する方法について詳しく説明する。本実施形態の面発熱光源20は第一電極22と、第二電極24と、カーボンナノチューブフィルム26と、を含む。さらに、前記第一電極24及び第二電極26は所定の距離で分離して、カーボンナノチューブ構造体26に電気接続されるように前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体26の表面に設置されている。

Claims (4)
- 複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むカーボンナノチューブ構造体と、
所定の距離で分離し、それぞれ該カーボンナノチューブ構造体に設置された少なくとも二つの電極と、を備え、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブはそれぞれ前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体の表面に平行に配列されていて、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが等方的に配列されていて、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、カーボンナノチューブアレイをプレスして形成された少なくとも一枚のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含むことを特徴とする面発熱光源。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが、自立構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の面発熱光源。
- 前記少なくとも二つの電極は、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体の同じ表面又は対向する表面に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の面発熱光源。
- 前記面発熱光源は、真空装置又は不活性ガスを充填した装置を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体は前記装置の中に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の面発熱光源。
