Claims (4)
- 圧電プレートまたは圧電素子の円筒状シェル部品の形で実施される超音波振動子と、音響振動を発生するための発生器と、被駆動要素と摩擦的に相互作用する摩擦要素とを含むリニア圧電超音波モーターであって、
被駆動要素(8)が少なくとも1個の弾性クランプまたは弓の形の保持具(13)によって取り囲まれ、保持具(13)の端部(21)が超音波振動子に接着剤で固定され、保持具(13)が音響伝導性材料から作られ、
被駆動要素(8)の摩擦表面(7)に対して押圧された摩擦要素(6)の振動により摩擦要素(6)が動作し、前記保持具(13)の振動が、保持具(13)と被駆動要素(8)間の摩擦損失を低減するように作用することを特徴とするリニア圧電超音波モーター。 - 前記保持具(13)が、丸い断面の金属ワイヤまたは矩形断面の金属紐から作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニア圧電超音波モーター。
- 前記被駆動要素(8)が、矩形、三角形、円形、または半円の断面と平坦な摩擦表面(7)のロッドの形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリニア圧電超音波モーター。
- 前記被駆動要素(8)が、それに固定された保持具(13)を備える超音波振動子がそれに対して動かされる静止案内要素(25)であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のリニア圧電超音波モーター。
