Description
この発明に係る車両用能動型騒音・振動・効果音発生制御システムは、上記の特徴を備える制御システムにおいて、前記エンジン振動の検出信号に基づいて基準信号を生成し、制振対象物付近に設置された振動センサの検出信号に基づいて当該基準信号の振幅や位相を変化させて第3制御信号を生成し、前記第3制御信号を前記制振対象物付近に設置されたアクチュエータに出力することで車両の振動を低減する能動型振動制御装置(以下、AVC:Active Vibration Controlという。)を、さらに備え、前記重み付け量設定手段は、前記走行状態がアイドル領域であることを検出すると、前記第1制御信号、及び前記第3制御信号の重み付け量を、前記第2制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定し、
前記走行状態がクルーズ領域であることを検出すると、前記第1制御信号の重み付け量を、前記第2制御信号、及び前記第3制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定し、前記走行状態が加速領域であることを検出すると、前記第2制御信号の重み付け量を、前記第1制御信号、及び前記第3制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定することを特徴とする。
前記走行状態検出手段は、エンジン回転周波数検出器と、検出したエンジン回転周波数の周波数変化量を検出する周波数変化量検出器を備え、前記重み付け量設定手段は、前記エンジン回転周波数と前記周波数変化量に基づき、前記第1乃至第3制御信号の重み付け量を設定するように構成することで、車両用能動型騒音・振動・効果音発生制御システムを簡易に構成できる。
この発明には、エンジン振動の検出信号に基づいて車室内の騒音を低減する能動型騒音制御装置(ANC)と、前記エンジン振動の検出信号に基づいて前記車室内に効果音を発生する能動型効果音発生制御装置(ASC)とを、少なくとも備える車両用能動型騒音・効果音発生制御システムを搭載した車両が含まれる。

Claims (5)
- エンジン振動の検出信号に基づいて基準信号を生成し、乗員位置付近に設置されたマイクロホンの検出信号に基づいて前記基準信号の振幅や位相を変化させて第1制御信号を生成し、前記第1制御信号を乗員に対して音響を聞かせるためのスピーカに出力することで車室内の騒音を低減する能動型騒音制御装置(以下、ANCという。)と、前記エンジン振動の検出信号に基づいて基準信号を生成し、加速に応じた効果音となるように当該基準信号の振幅や位相を変化させて第2制御信号を生成し、前記第2制御信号を前記スピーカに出力することで前記車室内に効果音を発生する能動型効果音発生制御装置(以下、ASCという。)と、を備える車両用能動型騒音・効果音発生制御システムであって、
車両の走行状態を検出する走行状態検出手段と、
検出された走行状態に応じて、前記第1制御信号、及び前記第2制御信号に対して行う重み付けの重み付け量を設定する重み付け量設定手段と、を備え、
前記重み付け量設定手段は、
前記走行状態がアイドル領域、又はクルーズ領域であることを検出すると、前記第1制御信号の重み付け量を前記第2制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定し、
前記走行状態が加速領域であることを検出すると、前記第2制御信号の重み付け量を前記第1制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定する
ことを特徴とする車両用能動型騒音・効果音発生制御システム。 - 請求項1記載の制御システムにおいて、
前記エンジン振動の検出信号に基づいて基準信号を生成し、制振対象物付近に設置された振動センサの検出信号に基づいて当該基準信号の振幅や位相を変化させて第3制御信号を生成し、前記第3制御信号を前記制振対象物付近に設置されたアクチュエータに出力することで車両の振動を低減する能動型振動制御装置(以下、AVCという。)を、さらに備え、
前記重み付け量設定手段は、
前記走行状態がアイドル領域であることを検出すると、前記第1制御信号、及び前記第3制御信号の重み付け量を、前記第2制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定し、
前記走行状態がクルーズ領域であることを検出すると、前記第1制御信号の重み付け量を、前記第2制御信号、及び前記第3制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定し、
前記走行状態が加速領域であることを検出すると、前記第2制御信号の重み付け量を、前記第1制御信号、及び前記第3制御信号の重み付け量に比べて大きく設定する
ことを特徴とする車両用能動型騒音・振動・効果音発生制御システム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の制御システムにおいて、
前記走行状態検出手段は、
エンジン回転周波数検出器と、検出したエンジン回転周波数の周波数変化量を検出する周波数変化量検出器を備え、
前記重み付け量設定手段は、
前記エンジン回転周波数と前記周波数変化量に基づき、前記第1乃至第3制御信号の重み付け量を設定する
ことを特徴とする車両用能動型騒音・振動・効果音発生制御システム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の制御システムにおいて、
前記車両の変速モードが自動変速モードと手動変速モードに切替可能であるとき、
前記重み付け量設定手段は、前記自動変速モードと前記手動変速モードとで前記第2制御信号の重み付け量を切り替える
ことを特徴とする車両用能動型騒音・振動・効果音発生制御システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の制御システムを搭載した車両。
