Claims (19)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju strukturiranog materijala, naznačen time da se sastoji od koraka:
(a) osiguravanja celuloznih vlakana;
(b) osiguravanja barem jednog punila i/ili pigmenta;
(c) kombiniranja celuloznih vlakana iz koraka a) i barem jednog punila i/ili pigmenta iz koraka b);
(d) fibrilacije celuloznih vlakana u prisutnosti barem jednog punila i/ili pigmenta sve dok nema preostalih vlakana i stvaranje nano-vlaknastog gela samo sa primarnim vlaknima u vodenom okruženju, pri čemu se stvaranje gela provjerava promatranjem viskoznosti smjese u ovisnosti o brzini smicanja, pri čemu se viskoznost smjese smanjuje nakon što je stepeničasto povećanje brzine smicanja veće od odgovarajućeg povećanja viskoznosti poslije naknadnog stepeničastog smanjenja brzine smicanja tijekom barem dijela raspona brzine smicanja dok se smicanje približava nuli;
(e) osiguravanja dodatnih ne-fibriliranih vlakana;
(f) miješanja gela iz koraka d) sa vlaknima iz koraka c).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se iz kombinacije iz koraka f) uklanja voda u koraku odstranjivanja vode g).
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se celulozna vlakna iz koraka a) i/ili c) neovisno biraju iz onih sadržanih u pulpi odabranoj iz skupine koja sadrži pulpu eukaliptusa, pulpu smreke, pulpu ananasa, pulpu bukve, pulpu konoplje, pulpu pamuka, pulpu bambusa, otpadni vlaknasti materijal iz proizvodnje šećerne trske, kao i recikliranu i/ili pulpu odvojenu od tinte, i njihove mješavine.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su celulozna vlakna iz koraka a) predviđena u obliku suspenzije, koja poželjno ima sadržaj krutih tvari od 0.2 do 35 % tež., poželjnije 0.25 do 10 % tež., čak još poželjnije 0.5 do 5 % tež., naročito 1 do 4 % tež., najpoželjnije 1.3 do 3 % tež., npr. 1.5 % tež.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je punilo i/ili pigment iz koraka b) odabran iz skupine koja sadrži taložni kalcijev karbonat (PCC), prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat (GCC), površinski izmijenjeni kalcijev karbonat; dolomit; talk; bentonit; glinu; magnezit; bijeli satin; sepiolit, huntit, dijatomit; silikate; i njihove mješavine; te je poželjno odabran iz skupine koja sadrži taložni kalcijev karbonat koji ima vateritnu, kalcitnu ili aragonitnu kristalnu strukturu, naročito ultrafini diskretni prizmatični, skalenohedralni ili rombohedralni taložni kalcijev karbonat; prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat koji je odabran od mramora, vapnenca i/ili krede; te njihove mješavine.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da punilo i/ili čestice pigmenta iz koraka b) imaju srednju veličinu čestica od 0.01 do 15 μm, poželjno od 0.1 do 10 μm, poželjnije od 0.3 do 5 μm, naročito od 0.5 do 4 μm i najpoželjnije od 0.7 do 3.2 μm, npr. 2 μm.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se prije, tijekom ili poslije dodavanja dodanih vlakana u koraku e), ali poslije koraka d) i prije koraka f), dodaje barem jedno dodatno punilo i/ili pigment, koje je poželjno odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži taložni kalcijev karbonat; prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat; površinski izmijenjeni kalcijev karbonat; dolomit; talk; bentonit; glinu; magnezit; bijeli satin; sepiolit, huntit, dijatomit; silikate; i njihove mješavine; te je poželjno odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži taložni kalcijev karbonat koji ima vateritnu, kalcitnu ili aragonitnu kristalnu strukturu, naročito ultrafini diskretni prizmatični, skalenohedralni ili rombohedralni taložni kalcijev karbonat; prirodni usitnjeni kalcijev karbonat koji je odabran od mramora, vapnenca i/ili krede; te njihove mješavine.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da barem jedno dodatno punilo i/ili čestice pigmenta imaju srednju veličinu čestica od 0.41 do 5 μm, poželjno od 0.05 do 1.5 μm, poželjnije od 0.1 do 0.8 μm i najpoželjnije od 0.2 do 0.5 μm, npr. 0.3 μm.

Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je punilo i/ili pigment iz koraka b) i/ili barem jedno dodatno punilo ili pigment is povezano s disperzijskim sredstvima odabranim iz skupine koja sadrži homopolimere ili kopolimere polikarboksilnih kiselina i/ili njihove soli ili derivate kao što su esteri bazirani na, npr., akrilnoj kiselini, metakrilnoj kiselini, maleinskoj kiselini, fumarnoj kiselini, itakonskoj kiselini; npr. akril amid ili akrilni esteri kao što su metilmetakrilat, ili njihove mješavine; alkalni polifosfati, fosfonska-, limunska- i vinska kiselina i njihove soli ili esteri; ili njihove mješavine.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se kombinacija vlakana i barem jednog punila i/ili pigmenta iz koraka b) provodi dodavanjem punila i/ili pigmenta u vlakna, ili vlakana u punilo i/ili pigment u jednom ili nekoliko koraka.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se punilo i/ili pigment iz koraka b) i/ili vlakna iz koraka a) dodaju u cijelosti ili u dijelovima prije ili tijekom koraka fibrilacije (d), poželjno prije koraka fibrilacije (d).
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je težinski omjer vlakana prema punilu i/ili pigmentu iz koraka b) na bazi težine suhe tvari od 1:33 do 10:1, poželjnije 1:10 do 7:1, čak još poželjnije 1:5 do 5:1, uobičajeno 1:3 do 3:1, naročito 1:2 do 2:1, te najpoželjnije 1:1.5 do 1.5:1, npr. 1:1.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se fibrilacija provodi pomoću homogenizatora ili ultra-finog tarnog usitnjavanja.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su dodatna ne-fibrilirana vlakna iz koraka e) u obliku mreže vlakana.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da strukturirani materijal je papir.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da količina gela izražena kao celulozni udio gela u odnosu na dodatna ne-ftbrilirana vlakna (na bazi težine suhe tvari) može biti oko 0.5 do 20 % tež., poželjno 1 do 15 % tež., 2 do 10 % tež., 3 do 6 % tež., npr. 5 % tež.
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 15 ili 16, naznačen time da je ukupni sadržaj punila i/ili pigmenta na temelju suhe mase strukturiranog materijala od 1 % tež. do 60 % tež., poželjno od 5 % tež. do 50 % tež., poželjnije od 10 do 45 % tež., čak još poželjnije od 25 % tež. do 40 % tež., naročito od 30 do 35 % tež.
18. Uporaba nano-fibrilarnih celuloznih gelova kako je definirano u bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 17 naznačena time da je za proizvodnju strukturiranog materijala kombiniranjem gela sa dodatnim vlaknima, te se iz kombinacije naknadno odstranjuje voda.
19. Strukturirani materijal dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 17 ili uporaba prema zahtjevu 18, naznačen time da poželjno je papir.
