Abstract
L'invention concerne la production industrielle de produits alimentaires secs, que le consommateur doit faire cuire rapidement dans de l'eau avant consommation. Le produit contient un agent d'épaississement qui est une fécule de racines ou de tubercules présentant un retard à l'épaississement, notamment une fécule (de pomme de terre) traitée par la chaleur et l'humidité. Application : préparation de produits en sachets pour confectionner des potages, des sauces, etc.
