Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PRODUTOS SECOS, E, PRODUTO SECO DE CONCENTRADOS DE FRUTA OU DE CONCENTRADOS DE VEGETAIS CONTENDO AMIDO EXTERNO". São preparados produtos secos de concentrados de fruta ou de concentrados de vegetais contendo amido externo em que os produtos podem ser reconstituídos com líquidos aquosos quentes ou frios para formar polpas de fruta ou polpas de vegetais. Os produtos secos são obtidos por secagem em rolo de concentrados de fruta e concentrados de vegetais contendo amido externo e moagem para a obtenção de flocos. Os flocos são aglomerados com concentrados de frutas ou com concentrados de vegetais para se obter um aglomerado. O aglomerado é tratado com vapor d' água e simultaneamente tratado termicamente ou, alternativamente, seco cuidadosamente e então tratado termicamente até o teor de água final desejado.
