Claims (8)
- Wagenkasten eines Schienenfahrzeuges, zumindest gebildet aus einem Untergestell (1), einer ein- oder mehrteiligen Fußbodenplatte (2), Seitenwandteilen (3) sowie einem Dach (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußbodenplatte (2) durch ihre Breite gemeinsam mit der Dicke von zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandteilen (3) das Funktionsmaß der Wagenkastenbreite definiert, wobei das Untergestell (1) eine Breite aufweist, die geringer ist als das Funktionsmaß der Wagenkastenbreite, und die Seitenwandteile (3) kraftübertragend am Untergestell (1) angeschlossen sind.
- Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem jeweiligen Seitenwandteil (3) und dem Untergestell (1) ein Querabstand besteht, der durch kraftübertragende Elemente (5) - beispielsweise einfache Anschlußwinkel - überbrückt wird.
- Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwandteile (3) einen unteren Längsträger (3a) enthalten, der einen ansonsten dem Untergestell (1) zugeordneten seitlichen Längsträger (1a) ersetzt.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußbodenplatte (2) an ihren Längsrändern Anschlagprofile (2a) für die Seitenwandteile (3) aufweist, wobei der Querabstand dieser Anschlagprofile (2a) in Verbindung mit der Dicke der Seitenwandteile (3) das Funktionsmaß der Wagenkastenbreite bestimmt.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußbodenplatte (2) und die Seitenwandteile (3) kraftübertragend miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fußbodenplatte (2) und die Seitenwandteile (3) über keilartig gestaltete Verzahnungen (6) formschlüssig zusammenwirken, wobei eine Kraftübertragung durch Flankenpressung an diesen Verzahnungen (6) erfolgt.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Komponenten Fußbodenplatte (2), Seitenwandteile (3) und Dach (4) als integrales Sandwich gestaltet ist.
- Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das integrale Sandwich eine von außen unsichtbare und im Sinne einer einfachen Demontage ausgebildete Schnittstelle - wie beispielsweise Anschlußprofil (2a) oder Längsträger (3a) - zu benachbarten Komponenten beinhaltet.
