背景技术

在传统的带子调节器中,其中带子围绕直的接口边缘环绕以附接到调节器框架,带子可能在使用中倾向于滑动到边缘的一侧或另一侧,尤其是如果以不垂直于或至少不基本垂直于边缘的角度下拉动带子或者以其他方式将带子置于张力中。例如,如果带子的末端部围绕直边缘固定到调节器框架上,并且围绕横杆缠绕的带子的自由端沿不垂直于直边缘的方向拉动,则会发生这种情况。例如,在车辆事故期间在带子上的载荷可能潜在地导致带子滑动到调节器的一侧或另一侧。带子的滑动可能增加使用中的带子上的应力并且可能降低带子的承载能力。然而,为带子调节器的带子接口边缘提供与上面参考图1C和4C描述的带子夹持特征(例如,扇形边缘,非线性边缘等)可以防止这种不期望的滑动-从而通过产生摩擦和/或干涉来防止或至少基本上减少带子移动到调节器的一侧或另一侧,来保持带子的承载能力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的约束***,其中所述框架包括基部,其中所述带子孔的所述边缘在所述基部的相对侧之间延伸穿过所述基部的至少一部分,并且其中所述边缘被配置为抑制所述带子相对于所述边缘的从一侧到另一侧的移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的约束***,其中所述边缘具有交替的凸起和凹陷部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的约束***,其中所述凸起部分具有与所述带子接触的直边缘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的约束***,其中所述凸起部分通常是矩形的。
6.根据权利要求3所述的约束***,其中所述凸起部分具有与带子接触的弯曲边缘。
7.根据权利要求3所述的约束***,其中所述凸起部分具有相对于所述凹陷部分约1.0mm的高度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的约束***,其中所述带子围绕所述边缘成环并附接到其自身,以将所述带子牢固地附接到所述框架。
9.根据权利要求1所述的约束***,其中所述带子是第一带子,并且其中所述约束***还包括:
第二带子,
其中所述框架包括基部和从所述基部的相对侧延伸的第一和第二侧壁部分,
其中,所述带子调节器还包括在所述第一和第二侧壁部分之间可移动地延伸的横杆,所述横杆具有纹理表面,和
其中所述第二带子延伸穿过所述带子孔并围绕所述横杆的所述纹理表面,以将所述第二带子固定到所述框架上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的约束***,其中所述边缘是第一边缘,其中所述带子孔包括与所述第一边缘相对的第二边缘,并且其中所述带子调节器还包括偏置构件,所述偏置构件被配置为将所述横杆朝向所述第二边缘偏置。
11.根据权利要求1所述的约束***,其中所述带子孔具有大致矩形的形状,并且其中所述边缘是所述带子孔的长边缘,所述边缘具有一个或多个突出。
12.一种带子调节器,包括:
基部;
从所述基部向上延伸的第一和第二侧壁部分;和
在所述第一和第二侧壁部分之间的所述基部中的孔,其中所述孔包括第一边缘和与所述第一边缘相对的第二边缘,其中所述第一边缘大致垂直于所述第一和第二侧壁部分延伸,并且其中所述第一边缘包括多个突出。
13.根据权利要求12所述的带子调节器,其中,当带子延伸穿过所述孔并围绕所述第一边缘时,所述第一边缘阻止所述带子在垂直于所述第一和第二侧壁部分的方向上移动。
14.根据权利要求12所述的带子调节器,还包括可移动地耦接到所述第一和第二侧壁部分的横杆,所述横杆具有纹理表面,所述纹理表面被配置为至少部分地夹持延伸穿过所述孔并围绕所述横杆的带子。
15.根据权利要求14所述的带子调节器,其中所述横杆具有椭圆形横截面。
16.根据权利要求14所述的带子调节器,还包括偏置构件,所述偏置构件在所述第一边缘处固定到所述基部,其中所述偏置构件在靠近所述第一和第二侧壁部分处配合所述横杆,以使所述横杆朝向所述第二边缘偏置。
17.一种带子调节器,包括:
框架包括-
基部;
从所述基部延伸的第一和第二侧壁部分;和
在所述第一和第二侧壁部分之间延伸穿过所述基部的孔,其中所述孔包括具有至少一个带子夹持特征的边缘,所述带子夹持特征被配置为当第一带子延伸通过所述孔并围绕所述边缘时,减少所述第一带子相对于所述框架的从一侧到另一侧的移动;和
横杆,其可操作地耦接到所述第一和第二侧壁部分,并被配置为当第二带子延伸穿过所述孔并围绕所述横杆时,相对于所述框架固定所述第二带子。
18.根据权利要求17所述的带子调节器,其中所述至少一个带子夹持特征包括多个凸起和凹陷边缘部分。
19.根据权利要求18所述的带子调节器,其中所述凸起边缘部分通常是直的。
20.根据权利要求17所述的带子调节器,其中所述横杆具有纹理表面,所述纹理表面被配置为减小所述第二带子通过所述孔的移动。
