优选地,上述补阳保健食品中各组分组成为:牡蛎肽45-50重量份、人参提取物10-15重量份、山药5-8重量份、大枣5-8重量份、枸杞5-8重量份、葡萄糖酸锌15-20重量份。

(1)将乙醇加入到人参中进行回流提取,乙醇用量为人参重量的3-5倍,然后减压蒸馏,得到人参提取液;
(2)将山药、大枣、枸杞分别清洗后混合,加入去离子水浸泡1-2小时,然后升温进行煎制,过滤得混合药液;
(3)将人参提取液与混合药液混合均匀,加入牡蛎肽和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌50-80min,离心分离,取下层沉淀;

(3)将人参提取液与混合药液混合均匀,加入牡蛎肽和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌70min,离心分离,取下层沉淀;
(4)将下层沉淀进行冷冻干燥,然后粉磨,制备得到补阳保健食品。
其中,述牡蛎肽的制备方法为:
(1)将牡蛎去壳后洗净,加入牡蛎重量6倍的水,再加入食用苏打粉,调节pH值至7.5-8.0,加入碱性蛋白酶;
(2)将混合物放入超临界萃取机,调节温度为55℃,压力为40MPa,萃取35min;
(3)将萃取液升温至90℃,保持20min,使其灭酶;
(4)将萃取液离心分离得到牡蛎提取液;
(5)将牡蛎提取液通过5KD超滤膜过滤,然后低温干燥即得牡蛎肽。
实施例3
一种补阳保健固体饮料,其成分包括46重量份牡蛎肽、15重量份人参提取物、8重量份山药、8重量份大枣、6重量份枸杞和17重量份葡萄糖酸锌。
该补阳保健食品的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙醇加入到人参中进行回流提取,乙醇用量为人参重量的4.6倍,然后减压蒸馏,得到人参提取液;
(2)将山药、大枣、枸杞分别清洗后混合,加入去离子水浸泡1.3小时,然后升温进行煎制,过滤得混合药液;
(3)将人参提取液与混合药液混合均匀,加入牡蛎肽和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌50min,离心分离,取下层沉淀;
(4)将下层沉淀进行冷冻干燥,然后粉磨,制备得到补阳保健食品。
其中,述牡蛎肽的制备方法为:

对比例1
一种补阳保健固体饮料,其成分包括35重量份人参提取物、18重量份山药、20重量份大枣、16重量份枸杞和11重量份葡萄糖酸锌。
该补阳保健食品的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙醇加入到人参中进行回流提取,乙醇用量为人参重量的4.6倍,然后减压蒸馏,得到人参提取液;
(2)将山药、大枣、枸杞分别清洗后混合,加入去离子水浸泡1.3小时,然后升温进行煎制,过滤得混合药液;
(3)将人参提取液与混合药液混合均匀,加入葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌50min,离心分离,取下层沉淀;
(4)将下层沉淀进行冷冻干燥,然后粉磨,制备得到补阳保健食品。
一、抗疲劳效果实验
1、受试动物:健康小鼠,体重20~25g,雌雄各半。
2、给药方式:
对照组:蒸馏水1.5mL/10g灌胃给药,一天两次,连续30天;
对比组:对比例1制备的成品配置成溶液1.5mL/10g灌胃给药,一天两次,连续30天;
实验组:实施例1~3制备的成品配置成溶液1.5mL/10g灌胃给药,一天两次,连续30天。
3、实验方法及结果分析:
末次灌胃后30min,负重投入水中,观察记录小鼠游泳力竭时间如下表1所示:

由上表可知,与空白对照组比较,实验组明显提高游泳时间,而对比组相对于实验组其游泳时间较短,实验组的效果最优。
二、免疫力功能实验
将实施例1~3和对比例1制备的成品配置成溶液进行灌胃,阴性对照组给予等体积水,实验每组20只小鼠,每天灌胃1次,连续60d,实验终末,处死小鼠,对小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫和NK细胞活性进行分析检测,检测实验结果如下表4所示:

由上表可知,实验组细胞增殖能力、抗体积数和NK细胞活性均高于对照组和对比组,表明了本发明具有增强整个免疫***的功能。
综上所述,本发明的保健食品,由于添加牡蛎肽成分,牡蛎肽中富含多种矿物质及微量元素,使得本发明的保健食品具有通经络、补阳的功效,通过实验发现可增强小鼠的抗疲劳和免疫效果。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种补阳保健食品,其特征在于,所述补阳保健食品的成分包括牡蛎肽、人参提取物、山药、大枣、枸杞和葡萄糖酸锌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补阳保健食品,其特征在于,所述补阳保健食品为固体饮料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种补阳保健食品,其特征在于,所述补阳保健食品中各组分组成为:牡蛎肽45-50重量份、人参提取物10-15重量份、山药5-8重量份、大枣5-8重量份、枸杞5-8重量份、葡萄糖酸锌15-20重量份。
4.权利要求1至3所述的任一种补阳保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙醇加入到人参中进行回流提取,乙醇用量为人参重量的3-5倍,然后减压蒸馏,得到人参提取液;
(2)将山药、大枣、枸杞分别清洗后混合,加入去离子水浸泡1-2小时,然后升温进行煎制,过滤得混合药液;
(3)将人参提取液与混合药液混合均匀,加入牡蛎肽和葡萄糖酸锌,搅拌50-80min,离心分离,取下层沉淀;
(4)将下层沉淀进行冷冻干燥,然后粉磨,制备得到补阳保健食品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种补阳保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述牡蛎肽的制备方法为:
(1)将牡蛎去壳后洗净,加入牡蛎重量5~8倍的水,再加入食用苏打粉,调节pH至弱碱性,加入碱性蛋白酶;
(2)将混合物放入超临界萃取机,调节温度为50-55℃,压力为30-50MPa,萃取30-50min;
(3)将萃取液升温至90-95℃,保持15-20min,使其灭酶;
(4)将萃取液离心分离得到牡蛎提取液;
(5)将牡蛎提取液通过3KD至10KD超滤膜过滤,然后低温干燥即得牡蛎肽。
