背景技术:
众所周知,二十一世纪人类面临的最大危险不是武器,而是眼睛看不见的病毒!今天,当这个禽流感病毒再次突变,而扫过全球的时刻,受感染的人将会有70%因此而死亡!只会有30%的人,因为自已拥有较强的抵抗力而存活。过去科学界一直致力于研发药物,期望它能治愈疾病,但事与愿违,研究人员逐渐发现化学药品并非灵丹妙药,它无法完全治愈疾病,药物解决的是症状,而非病根。人体本身的防御机制一免疫***,倒具有不可思议的力量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是根据上述营养免疫不足之处而提供的一种纯天然营养免疫保健饮料的配制方法。《营养免疫学》是由美籍华人,美国第一批免疫学家之一,美国杨百翰大学微生物教授一陈昭妃博士创立的一门崭新学科,它是专门研究用什么样的营养才能提升人体免疫功能的学科。如今美国政府已经正式将《营养免疫学》纳入美国各大医学的教程,开始教授青年学子让他们掌握这门如何通过精确地营养提升人体免疫力的学问;减少国家在医疗费用方面的开支,提升国民身体素质,做到防范于未然。目前《营养免疫学》已成为一个新的研究热点,除美国大学开始教授这门学科外,昭妃博士本人也担任着美国在职医生再教育训练中的《营养免疫学》课程的教授工作。目前,中国的医学院亦将陆续教授这门学科。功能良好的免疫***随时处于备战状态,负起抵挡外来入侵者的责任,是防御疾病、克服疾病、甚至克服环境污染的武器。倘若没有免疫***,人们一刻也无法生存。值得注意的是,虽然是免疫***的功能令人惊叹,但仍可能因持续摄取不健康的食物而降低,导致细菌病毒入侵而得病。研究已经证实,摄取适当的营养可提高免疫***的功能,对人体的健康非常重要,而一旦染疾病才开始注意营养,则未免太迟了。

B、工艺:将淮山、茶多酚、蜂蜜、白砂糖按百分比配齐,先将淮山洗净、粉碎成汁,使颗粒度在2mm3以下,装入预先清洗杀菌提取罐内,倒入纯净水,煮沸30分钟,制得提取母液,经200目筛过滤,再经过真空过滤器,另将茶多酚、蜂蜜、白砂糖倒入适当软化水中煮沸10分钟后加入活性炭,再过滤器过滤,将过滤液与提取液合并加入摄氏90度纯净水中搅拌至PH值4.2,即得到原汁母液,再将原汁液与纯净水按3:7混合配置,经臭氧与紫外线杀菌后,制成饮料,装瓶即可。
发明的有益效果:人体的免疫***遍及全身,它由免疫器官,免疫组织和肉眼难以看见的免疫细胞、免疫分子组成,如人的胸腺、***、脾脏、血液及体液中的淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞以及各种抗体、被体等等,它们在人体内构成一道又一道防护线,阻挡外界各种有害物质(细菌、病毒及其他病原微生物等)的侵犯。任何方面存在缺陷,都能导致免疫功能的不全,丧失抵抗传染病的能力,形成各种类型的免疫性疾病。可见,免疫***的健全,免疫功能的正常,乃是人类待以生存的必需生理基础之一。
近年来医学研究表明,合理的营养免疫食品对保持免疫***功能正常,有重要的影响。许多免疫分子,都是多种蛋白质的混合物,例如:机体对流行性感冒、传染性肝炎、麻疹、艾滋病等疾病形成抗体都与丙种球蛋白有关;在人体内具有促进吞噬溶菌、杀菌中和病毒的补体,实际上是一类蛋白酶系的总称。蛋白质,热能等营养状况不良时,一些免疫器官的组织结构,血中淋巴细胞的数目都会出现变化,被体***也会受到损害。有些科学家认为,采取热量较低,但主要营养成分充足的营养,可提高人体免疫力;高脂肪饮食即使未引起肥胖,也可能妨碍免疫功能(淮山蛋白是低脂肪药膳食)。美国一项研究表明,在一些过度肥胖的青少年中,38%的人抵抗病毒的细胞免疫力减弱,这可能与缺少蛋白质的高脂肪食物有关。
我国医学记载淮山味甘,性凉润,入肺、脾、肾经,《得配本草》说它具有补虚益损的功能。清代医学家陈修园曾解释淮山的功能,说它气平入肺、味甘入脾,而脾统血,主四肢,脾血足则不饥,四肢轻捷;肺主气,肺气充则轻身,气为之倍增;又因其质地稠黏,能补肾填精,精足则强阴,延年益寿。现代药理研究提示:淮山含有的皂甙、糖蛋白、鞣质、止权素、淮山碱、胆碱、淀粉及钙、磷、铁等,具有诱生干扰素的作用,有一定的抗衰老物质基础,由此可见,营养免疫淮山保健饮料确能补虚疗损,延年益寿。中医认识脾为后天之本,而淮山是健脾疗损之圣药。脾为后天之本,气血生化之源。人体生长发育,其维持生命的一切物质均有赖于脾胃的运化,脾虚是机体衰老的重要环节。老年脾胃虚弱,其运动功能减退,水谷化生精、气、血、津障碍、则脏腑、经络、四肢百骸得不到充分的营养,而失去正常的生理活动,导致衰老。另外脾胃虚弱、升降失常、运化无力,则会导致痰阻,血淤等病理产物,从而加速衰老。
本发明营养分析与功效
(1)健脾益胃、助消化,淮山含有淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品。不论脾阳亏或胃阴虚,皆可食用。临床上常与胃肠饮同用治脾胃虚弱,食少体倦,泄泻等病症。
(2)滋肾益精:淮山药含有多种营养素,有强健机体,滋肾(肾为先天之本)益精的作用。大凡肾亏遗精,妇女白带多、小便频数等病,皆可服之;
(3)益肺止咳:淮山药含有皂甙、黏液质,有润滑,滋润的作用,故可益肺气,养肺阴,治疗肺虚痰嗽久咳之症;
(4)降低血糖:淮山药含有粘液蛋白,有降低血糖的作用,可用于治疗糖尿病,是糖尿病人的食疗佳品;
(5)延年益寿:淮山药含有大量的黏液蛋白、维生素及微量元素,能有效阻止血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防心血管疾病,取得益志安神、延年益寿的功效。
(6)在实验性关节炎大鼠的的研究中,淮山水提液能显著抑制Cu2+对γ球蛋白的变性作用,表明具有抗关节炎的作用。李时珍《本草纲目》中有“健脾补益、滋精固肾、治诸百病、疗五劳七伤”之说。
(7)控制进食欲望:淮山中富含大量蛋白质、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素E、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汗碱、尿囊素等;其中重要的营养成分薯蓣皂是合成女性荷尔蒙的先驱特质。营养学家称薯蓣皂是幸福女人的终身伴侣,女性荷尔蒙是女性养颜的妙药仙丹。元代脾胃专家李杲说“治皮肤干燥以此物(淮山)润之。李时珍写到:“淮山能润皮毛。”淮山对滋养皮肤,健美养颜有独特疗效。它的发现,如同观音菩萨宝瓶中的甘露,青春永驻再也不是一个遥远的梦,它把美丽的永留人间。
茶多酚:茶多酚(Tea Polyphenols)是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称。茶多酚通过调节免疫球蛋白的活性,间接实现提高人体综合免疫能力抗风湿因子,抗菌抗病毒的功效。
茶多酚具有很强的抗氧化作用,其抗氧化能力是人工合成抗氧化剂BHT、BHA的4-6倍,是VE的6-7倍,VC的5-10倍,且用量少:0.01-0.03%即可起作用,而无合成物的潜在毒副作用;而茶多酚对食品中的色素和维生素类有保护作用,使食品在较长时间内保持原有色泽与营养水平,能有效防止食品、食用油类的腐败,并能消除异味。
茶多酚不仅可以配制果味茶、柠檬茶,还能抑制豆奶、汽水、果汁等饮料中的VA、VC等多种维生素的降解破坏,从而保证各种饮料中的各种营养成份。
蜂蜜:爱因斯坦曾预言;“如果蜜蜂从地球上消失,人类最多能活四年。”这话路人皆知,且有数据支撑:据统计,全世界约有85%靠蜜蜂授粉,90%的果树靠蜜蜂授粉。也就是说“如果没有蜜蜂的传粉,约有4万种植物会繁殖困难,濒临灭绝,保护蜜蜂就是保护人类自身。”蜂蜜中含有的多种酶和矿物质,发生协同作用后可以提高人体免疫力,实验研究证明,用蜂蜜饲喂小鼠,可以提高小鼠免疫功能。
Claims (1)
1.一种纯天然营养免疫保健饮料的配制方法,其特征是以海南天然植物淮山为主要原料,并配以茶多酚、蜂蜜等功能营养免疫保健饮料加工而成,其配制方法如下:
A、配方2(按重量百分比)
淮山 40-60% 蜂蜜 3-5%
茶多酚 3-5% 白砂糖 4-10%
纯净水 30-40%
