参照图3和图4,在可替代实施例中,图示了联接***10。该联接***包括第一接收部件12(例如,仪表组)和第二配对部件14(例如,待定位在仪表组中的仪器或量规)。接收部件包括开口16,配对部件14将在其装配期间固定地***该开口16中。开口由接收壁18限定,该接收壁18从开口16向内,并且在开口16周围延伸。多个周向间隔开的接收凸起部20依次定位在接收壁18周围,并且从接收壁径向向内地延伸。接收凸起部20构造成具有一定程度的柔性,且因此可以是中空的以及由柔性材料构造而成,当施加径向向外方向上的力至其时其将弹性变形。与接收凸起部20轴向地间隔开的至少一个限位构件40从接收壁径向向内延伸。限位构件40可以如此构造,使得其配置为向内延伸的突出部(tab)44(图4),可以是接收部件12中的开口16的闭合底部46,或可包括依次定位在接收壁18周围的多个刚性的间隔开的定位凸起部22。接收凸起部20和限位构件40限定其间的轴向空间,其称作保持槽24。
将配对部件14装配到接收部件12中包括将配对部件14的第二端38***接收部件12的开口16中。将配对部件按压入接收部件中直到定位肋34接触在接收壁18的内圆周或周长周围延伸的一系列接收凸起部20。当将额外的***力施加到配对部件14上时,接收凸起部20在径向向外方向上屈曲,从而允许定位肋34进入保持槽24。如图4中所图示的,在实施例中,保持槽24具有轴向长度“L”,使得当配对部件的第二端38接触限位构件40时,在定位肋34和一系列接收凸起部20之间建立在轴向方向上的过盈干涉。结果是使得配对部件14在多个方向上(即,跨车,前/后和上/下)紧密、弹性平均地准确配合在接收部件12的开口16内。
预期到,本发明适用于实际上任何构型的装配,例如方形、矩形等。可期待此类构型用于例如存储箱和壳体的应用中。额外地,在上述示例中,接收凸起部20和定位凸起部22放置在接收部件的圆周周围,同时定位肋34在配对部件14的配对壁32周围延伸。预期到,可颠倒凸起部和肋的位置,而使凸起部定位在配对部件14上且定位肋34在接收部件周围延伸。在实施例中预期到,定位肋34的数量可大于本文迄今所描述的单个肋。例如,在所预期的实施例中,可利用多个定位肋来限制一系列定位凸起部。
虽然已参照示例性实施例描述了本发明,但本领域的技术人员将理解到,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可做出各种改变且可用等效物来代替其元件。另外,在不脱离本发明的基本范围的情况下,可作出许多修改以使特定的材料情形适合于本发明的教示。因此,旨在说明本发明并不受限于所公开的特定实施例,而是本发明将包括落入本申请范围内的所有实施例。
Claims (18)
1.一种联接***,其包括:
接收部件;
所述接收部件中的开口,其由接收壁限定;
多个间隔开的接收凸起部,其从所述接收壁径向向内延伸且依次定位在所述接收壁周围;
与所述接收凸起部轴向间隔开的间隔开的多个定位凸起部,所述定位凸起部从所述接收壁径向向内延伸,并且依次定位在所述接收壁周围,所述多个间隔开的接收凸起部与所述多个定位凸起部限定保持槽;以及
配对部件,其配置成放置在所述接收部件中的所述开口中,其包括配对壁和定位肋,所述定位肋形成于所述配对壁上并且在所述配对壁周围延伸,且配置成用于弹性保持在所述保持槽中,使得所述配对部件按压入所述接收部件中直到所述定位肋接触所述接收凸起部,并且当将额外***力施加到所述配对部件上时,所述接收凸起部在径向向外方向上屈曲,从而允许所述定位肋进入所述保持槽以相对于所述接收部件保持所述配对部件;
其中,所述保持槽的轴向长度(L)小于所述定位肋的轴向长度(l)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的联接***,其中,所述接收凸起部是中空的以增加其柔性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的联接***,其中,所述接收部件包括仪表组,且所述配对部件包括仪器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的联接***,其中,所述接收凸起部和所述定位凸起部中的一者或两者通过所述定位肋在所述径向向外方向上弹性地变形。
5.一种联接***,其包括:
接收部件;
所述接收部件中的开口,其由接收壁限定;
多个间隔开的接收凸起部,其从所述接收壁径向向内延伸且依次定位在所述接收壁周围以限定保持槽;以及
配对部件,其配置成放置在所述接收部件中的所述开口中,其包括配对壁和定位肋,所述定位肋形成于所述配对壁上并且在所述配对壁周围延伸,且配置成用于弹性保持在所述保持槽中,使得所述配对部件按压入所述接收部件中直到所述定位肋接触所述接收凸起部,并且当将额外***力施加到所述配对部件上时,所述接收凸起部在径向向外方向上屈曲,从而允许所述定位肋进入所述保持槽以相对于所述接收部件保持所述配对部件;以及
至少一个限位构件,所述限位构件与所述接收凸起部轴向间隔开,并且从所述接收壁径向向内延伸,以与所述接收凸起部一起限定所述保持槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的联接***,所述限位构件配置为向内延伸的突出部。
7.根据权利要求5所述的联接***,所述限位构件包括所述接收部件中的所述开口的闭合底部。
8.根据权利要求5所述的联接***,所述限位构件包括依次定位在所述接收壁周围的多个刚性的间隔开的定位凸起部。
9.根据权利要求5所述的联接***,所述保持槽具有轴向长度(L),使得当所述配对部件接触所述限位构件时,在所述定位肋和一系列接收凸起部之间建立在所述轴向方向上的过盈干涉。
10.根据权利要求5所述的联接***,所述接收部件包括仪表组,且所述配对部件包括仪器。
11.一种联接***,其包括:
接收部件;
所述接收部件中的开口,其由接收壁限定;
配对部件,其配置成放置在所述接收部件中的所述开口中,且其包括配对壁;
多个间隔开的接收凸起部,其从所述接收壁或所述配对壁中的一者径向地延伸且依次定位以限定保持槽;以及
定位肋,其形成于除了所述接收壁或所述配对壁中的所述一者的另一者上并在其周围延伸,且其配置成用于弹性保持在所述保持槽中,使得所述配对部件按压入所述接收部件中直到所述定位肋接触所述接收凸起部,并且当将额外的***力施加到所述配对部件上时,所述接收凸起部在径向方向上屈曲,从而允许所述定位肋进入所述保持槽以相对于所述接收部件保持所述配对部件;
其中,所述保持槽的轴向长度(L)小于所述定位肋的轴向长度(l)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的联接***,其中,所述接收凸起部是中空的以增加其柔性。
13.根据权利要求11所述的联接***,其进一步包括与所述接收凸起部轴向地间隔开的多个间隔开的定位凸起部,所述定位凸起部从所述接收壁或所述配对壁中的所述一者径向地延伸,以与所述接收凸起部一起限定所述保持槽。
14.根据权利要求13所述的联接***,其中,所述接收凸起部和所述定位凸起部中的一者或两者通过所述定位肋在所述径向方向上弹性地变形。
15.根据权利要求11所述的联接***,所述接收部件包括仪表组,且所述配对部件包括仪器。
16.一种联接***,其包括:
接收部件;
所述接收部件中的开口,其由接收壁限定;
配对部件,其配置成放置在所述接收部件中的所述开口中,且其包括配对壁;
多个间隔开的接收凸起部,其从所述接收壁或所述配对壁中的一者径向地延伸且依次定位以限定保持槽;以及
定位肋,其形成于除了所述接收壁或所述配对壁中的所述一者的另一者上并在其周围延伸,且其配置成用于弹性保持在所述保持槽中,使得所述配对部件按压入所述接收部件中直到所述定位肋接触所述接收凸起部,并且当将额外的***力施加到所述配对部件上时,所述接收凸起部在径向方向上屈曲,从而允许所述定位肋进入所述保持槽以相对于所述接收部件保持所述配对部件;以及
至少一个限位构件,所述限位构件与所述接收凸起部轴向间隔开并从所述接收壁径向地延伸,以与所述接收凸起部一起限定所述保持槽。
17.根据权利要求16所述的联接***,所述接收部件包括仪表组,且所述配对部件包括仪器。
18.根据权利要求16所述的联接***,所述限位构件包括依次定位在所述接收壁周围的多个刚性的间隔开的定位凸起部。
